初三日在股内少阴分，犯之小腹痛。
初四日在腰太阳分，犯之腰偻无力。
初五日在口太阴分，犯之舌强。
初六日在两手阳明分，犯之咽喉不利。
初七日在内踝少阴分，犯之阴经筋急。
初八日在手腕太阳分，犯之腕不收。
初九日在尻厥阴分，犯之病结。
初十日在腰背太阳分，犯之腰背偻。
十一日在鼻柱阳明分，犯之齿面肿。
十二日在发际少阳分，犯之令人耳重。
十三日在牙齿少阴分，犯之气寒。
十四日在胃脘阳明分，犯之气肿。
十五日在遍身，不宜补泻，针灸大忌。
十六日在胸太阳分，犯之逆息。
十七日在气冲阳明分，犯之难息。
十八日在股内少阴分，犯之引阴气痛。
十九日在足趺阳明分，犯之发肿。
二十日在内踝少阴分，犯之经筋挛。
二十一日在手小指太阳分，犯之不仁。
二十二日在足外踝少阳分，犯之经筋缓。
二十三日在肝及足厥阴分，犯之发转筋。
二十四日在手阳明分，犯之咽喉中不利。
二十五日在足阳明分，犯之胃气胀。
二十六日在胸太阴分，犯之令人咳嗽。
二十七日在膝阳明分，犯之足厥逆。
二十八日在阴少阴分，犯之小腹急痛。
二十九日在膝胫厥阴分，犯之筋痿少力。
三十日在足趺，皆忌针灸。
初一，人神位于足大趾的厥阴经部位，若在此处施以针灸刺灸，会导致足背和足跟受伤。
初二，人神位于足外踝的少阳经部位，若误犯此处，会导致该处的经筋松弛无力。
初三，人神位于大腿内侧的少阴经部位，若误犯此处，会导致小腹部疼痛。
初四，人神位于腰部的太阳经部位，若误犯此处，会导致腰部弯曲且无力。
初五，人神位于口部的太阴经部位，若误犯此处，会导致舌体僵硬。
初六，人神位于双手阳明经的部位，若误犯此处，会导致咽喉部气机不利。
初七，人神位于内踝的少阴经部位，若误犯此处，会导致阴经的经筋拘急。
初八，人神位于手腕的太阳经部位，若误犯此处，会导致手腕无法自如收持。
初九，人神位于尻骨（尾骶部）的厥阴经部位，若误犯此处，会导致病邪结聚。
初十，人神位于腰背部的太阳经部位，若误犯此处，会导致腰背部弯曲。
十一，人神位于鼻梁柱的阳明经部位，若误犯此处，会导致牙齿和面部肿胀。
十二，人神位于发际线的少阳经部位，若误犯此处，会导致听力沉重（耳鸣或耳聋）。
十三，人神位于牙齿的少阴经部位，若误犯此处，会导致体内寒气生发。
十四，人神位于胃脘部的阳明经部位，若误犯此处，会导致气机壅滞肿胀。
十五，人神遍布全身，此时不宜进行补法或泻法的操作，是针灸的大忌。
十六，人神位于胸部的太阳经部位，若误犯此处，会导致呼吸逆乱急促。
十七，人神位于气冲穴所在的阳明经部位，若误犯此处，会导致呼吸困难。
十八，人神位于大腿内侧的少阴经部位，若误犯此处，会牵引导致阴部气痛。
十九，人神位于足背的阳明经部位，若误犯此处，会导致局部发生肿胀。
二十，人神位于内踝的少阴经部位，若误犯此处，会导致经筋痉挛。
二十一，人神位于手小指的太阳经部位，若误犯此处，会导致局部感觉麻木不仁。
二十二，人神位于足外踝的少阳经部位，若误犯此处，会导致经筋松弛无力。
二十三，人神位于肝脏及足厥阴经的部位，若误犯此处，会导致发生转筋（肌肉抽搐）。
二十四，人神位于手阳明经的部位，若误犯此处，会导致咽喉部气机不利。
二十五，人神位于足阳明经的部位，若误犯此处，会导致胃气胀满。
二十六，人神位于胸部的太阴经部位，若误犯此处，会导致引发咳嗽。
二十七，人神位于膝盖的阳明经部位，若误犯此处，会导致足部厥冷逆乱。
二十八，人神位于阴部的少阴经部位，若误犯此处，会导致小腹部紧急疼痛。
二十九，人神位于膝胫部的厥阴经部位，若误犯此处，会导致筋脉痿软、力量不足。
三十，人神位于足背，此时皆忌讳针灸。
On the first day, the Shen (Vital Spirit) is located in the Jueyin division of the big toe of the foot; violating this area injures the dorsum and heel of the foot.
On the second day, the Shen is located in the Shaoyang division of the lateral malleolus of the foot; violating this area causes flaccidity of the sinews and tendons.
On the third day, the Shen is located in the Shaoyin division of the medial thigh; violating this area causes pain in the lower abdomen.
On the fourth day, the Shen is located in the Taiyang division of the waist; violating this area causes lumbar flexion and weakness.
On the fifth day, the Shen is located in the Taiyin division of the mouth; violating this area causes stiffness of the tongue.
On the sixth day, the Shen is located in the Yangming division of both hands; violating this area causes dysfunction of the throat.
On the seventh day, the Shen is located in the Shaoyin division of the medial malleolus; violating this area causes tension of the Yin meridians' sinews and tendons.
On the eighth day, the Shen is located in the Taiyang division of the wrist; violating this area causes inability to control the wrist.
On the ninth day, the Shen is located in the Jueyin division of the sacrum/coccyx; violating this area causes pathological accumulation.
On the tenth day, the Shen is located in the Taiyang division of the back and waist; violating this area causes curvature of the back and waist.
On the eleventh day, the Shen is located in the Yangming division of the nasal bridge; violating this area causes swelling of the teeth and face.
On the twelfth day, the Shen is located in the Shaoyang division at the hairline; violating this area causes deafness or heavy hearing.
On the thirteenth day, the Shen is located in the Shaoyin division of the teeth; violating this area causes internal coldness.
On the fourteenth day, the Shen is located in the Yangming division of the epigastrium; violating this area causes Qi distension and swelling.
On the fifteenth day, the Shen pervades the entire body; tonification and sedation are contraindicated, making acupuncture and moxibustion a major taboo.
On the sixteenth day, the Shen is located in the Taiyang division of the chest; violating this area causes dyspnea and irregular breathing.
On the seventeenth day, the Shen is located in the Yangming division of the Qichong point; violating this area causes difficulty in breathing.
On the eighteenth day, the Shen is located in the Shaoyin division of the medial thigh; violating this area draws Qi causing pain in the genital region.
On the nineteenth day, the Shen is located in the Yangming division of the dorsum of the foot; violating this area causes swelling.
On the twentieth day, the Shen is located in the Shaoyin division of the medial malleolus; violating this area causes spasms of the sinews and tendons.
On the twenty-first day, the Shen is located in the Taiyang division of the little finger of the hand; violating this area causes numbness and insensitivity.
On the twenty-second day, the Shen is located in the Shaoyang division of the lateral malleolus of the foot; violating this area causes flaccidity of the sinews and tendons.
On the twenty-third day, the Shen is located in the Liver and the Jueyin division of the foot; violating this area causes muscle cramps (torticollis/cramping).
On the twenty-fourth day, the Shen is located in the Hand Yangming division; violating this area causes dysfunction of the throat.
On the twenty-fifth day, the Shen is located in the Foot Yangming division; violating this area causes stomach Qi distension.
On the twenty-sixth day, the Shen is located in the Taiyin division of the chest; violating this area induces coughing.
On the twenty-seventh day, the Shen is located in the Yangming division of the knee; violating this area causes coldness and reversal in the feet.
On the twenty-eighth day, the Shen is located in the Shaoyin division of the yin region (genitals); violating this area causes urgent pain in the lower abdomen.
On the twenty-ninth day, the Shen is located in the Jueyin division of the knee and tibia; violating this area causes sinew atrophy and weakness.
On the thirtieth day, the Shen is located on the dorsum of the foot; acupuncture and moxibustion are universally contraindicated.
