脉
人遇事急，智尽术穷。或为人所陷，始自服毒或误中其毒，
其脉洪大者生，微细者死。又曰∶洪大而迟者生，微细而数者死。
治
大法∶甘草、绿豆，能解百毒。又法∶不问一切诸毒，急多灌香油无虑。
方
解毒丹 治中信毒，若于饮食中得者，易治；酒中得者，难
治。若在胸腹作楚可吐，急用胆矾研水灌之，即吐；若在腹中可下，后服此。
黄丹 水粉 青黛 焰硝 绿豆粉
上为末，以小蓝 水调下。腹痛，倍黄丹、绿豆粉，井花水调下。

用苗竹成竿，而未有叶者，截筒留两头节，去竹青，置厕中，经月不取，遇有中信者，旋
取一个净洗，取筒内红汁服之，即解。

入药内，仍以竹钉塞孔，于端午日置厕中，浸至次年端午日取出，洗令净，悬屋脊上，风吹
日晒，须尽一月余，内中自干，劈破取出再晒，研末，以小蓝自然汁，调作丸弹子大。每遇信
毒，以井花水磨一丸，作一服，灌之立解。仍以乌梅枚研水二合，以井水解饮，良久泻下，
即愈。又法∶卒急无药，只用真香油灌之，立解。又法∶取稻秆烧灰，新汲水淋汁，滤
过冷服一碗，毒随利下。又方∶治信毒，用腊月猪胆收起，遇人中毒，割开一个，入水化开，服之立解。
脉象
人在遇到紧急事件时，往往智谋用尽、医术穷竭。有的人被人陷害，开始是服用毒药或者误中了别人的毒，如果脉象洪大，预后良好（生）；如果脉象微细，预后不良（死）。又说：脉象洪大而迟缓的预后良好，脉象微细而急促的预后不良。
治疗大法
主要原则：甘草、绿豆，能够解各种毒素。另一种方法：不问是什么毒，紧急情况大量灌服香油即可，无需顾虑。
方剂
解毒丹 治疗饮食中中毒，如果在饮食中得到毒物，容易治疗；如果在酒中得到毒物，难治。如果毒在胸腹部感到疼痛不适，可以催吐，紧急使用胆矾研成水灌服，就会呕吐；如果毒在腹中，可以泻下，之后服用此方。
黄丹、水粉、青黛、焰硝、绿豆粉
以上药物研成粉末，用小蓝草的水调服。如果腹痛，加倍使用黄丹、绿豆粉，用井花水调服。

选用已经长成竹竿但还没有长叶子的苗竹，截取竹筒保留两头节，去掉竹青皮，放置在厕所中，经过一个月不取出，遇到有人饮食中毒，随即取一个洗净，取筒内的红色汁液服用，即可解毒。

Pulse Diagnosis
When people encounter urgent situations, their wisdom is exhausted and medical skills are depleted. Some may be framed by others, initially ingesting poison themselves or accidentally poisoned by others. If the pulse is surging and large (Hong Da), survival is likely; if the pulse is faint and fine (Wei Xi), death is likely. It is also said: a pulse that is surging, large, and slow indicates survival, while a pulse that is faint, fine, and rapid indicates death.
General Treatment Principles
The primary principle: Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae) and Lüdou (Vigna mungo) can detoxify all kinds of poisons. Another method: regardless of the type of poison, in an emergency, administer a large amount of sesame oil orally without hesitation.
Formulas
Jiedu Dan (Detoxification Pill): Treats poisoning from food and drink. If the poison is ingested through food, it is easier to treat; if ingested through alcohol, it is difficult to treat. If the poison causes pain and discomfort in the chest and abdomen, induce vomiting by urgently administering water prepared with Danfan (Alumen) for oral intake, which will induce vomiting; if the poison is in the intestines and stomach, promote purgation, and then administer this formula.
Huangdan (Minium), Shuifen (Lead Carbonate), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis), Yanxiao (Saltpeter), Lüdou Fen (Vigna Mungo Powder).
Grind the above ingredients into powder, and take them mixed with water extracted from Xiaolan (Isatis indigotica). If abdominal pain occurs, double the dosage of Huangdan and Lüdou Fen, and take them mixed with well water (Jinghua Shui).

Select young bamboo shoots that have grown into culms but have not yet produced leaves. Cut the culm sections retaining the nodes at both ends, remove the outer green skin (bamboo layer), and place them in a latrine. Leave them there for one month without retrieval. When someone suffers from food poisoning, immediately retrieve one section, wash it clean, and administer the red juice inside the culm orally to detoxify.
Secret Recipe
Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) 5 liang, Lüdou (Vigna mungo) 1 sheng. Remove the shells and grind into coarse powder. Take one young bamboo culm, retain the nodes at both ends, remove the outer bark, and drill a hole at the node. Insert the medicine into the culm, and seal the hole with a bamboo peg. Place it in a latrine on the day of the Dragon Boat Festival (Duanwu). Soak until the following year's Dragon Boat Festival, then retrieve it, wash it clean, and hang it on the roof ridge. Expose it to wind, sun, and rain for over a month until it dries naturally inside. Split it open, dry it again, grind it into powder, and mix with natural juice from Xiaolan (Isatis indigotica) to form pills the size of bullet seeds. Whenever food poisoning occurs, grind one pill with Jinghua Shui (well water), administer as a single dose orally for immediate detoxification. Additionally, crush one Wumei (Fructus Mume) with 2 he of water, dilute with well water, and drink. After some time, diarrhea will occur, and recovery will follow. Another method: in sudden emergencies without medicine, simply administer pure sesame oil orally for immediate detoxification. Another method: burn rice straw to ash, leach with freshly drawn well water, filter the liquid, and consume one bowl cold; the toxin will be expelled through bowel movements. Another prescription: for treating food poisoning, collect pig bile in the twelfth lunar month. When someone is poisoned, cut open one gallbladder, dissolve it in water, and administer orally for immediate detoxification.
