治
凡遇汤火所伤，先以盐末，和米醋调和，敷疮上，次以醋泥涂之，仍用醋涂
不绝，暂救痛苦。一面急捣烂生地黄，醋调，敷疮上，直候疼止。须浓至数寸不妨事。若一用冷水、
冷物、冷泥，热气得冷气，则却深入搏烂人筋骨。慎之，慎之！
方
保生救苦散 治火烧汤荡，或热油烙及脱肌肉者。
寒水石 大黄 黄柏（各三钱）
上为末，香油调涂患处。或湿烂干掺。
黑白散（刘知府传） 治汤荡火烧伤。
百草霜 轻粉（减半）
上为末，狗油调搽患处，立愈。
一白散 治汤荡火烧，破痛不可忍。
生白矾不拘多少，香油调搽。
清烟膏（李电川传）
鸡子清磨京墨涂患处，上用三层湿纸盖，则不起泡，冷如冰，效。
一黄散（刘嵩洛传）
大黄末，蜜水调搽。
治汤火咒云∶龙树王如来授，吾行持北方壬癸水，禁火大法。
龙树王如来，吾是北方壬癸水，收斩天下火星辰，千里火星辰
必降，急急如律令。咒毕，即握真武印吹之，即用少许水洗，虽火烧手足成疮，亦可疗。
病
凡春夏初交，犬多发狂，但见其尾，直下不卷，口中流涎。舌黑者，即是癫狗。若被所伤，不可视为
泛常，乃九死一生之患。急用针刺去血，以小便洗刮令净，用核桃壳半边，以人粪填满，掩其疮孔，着艾于壳
上灸之。壳焦粪干，则易之灸，灸之百壮，次日又灸百壮，灸之三五百壮，为佳。灸后用生南星、防风等分为
末，再以口噙浆水洗净伤处，用绵试干掺之，更不作脓，其内须服后药，以散其毒可也。
治
孙真人曰∶春末夏初，狗多发狂，被其所伤者，无出于艾灸。其法只就咬处，牙迹上灸之。一日灸
三壮，直灸至一百二十日乃止。常宜食炙韭菜，永不再举发，亦良法也。

上为末，能饮酒者，时酒调服；不饮酒者，米饮下。或从大小
便出，或吐出毒即愈。以伤处去三寸，灸之三壮，永不再发，神效。
治癫狗咬伤成破伤风者。
如圣散（方见破伤风） 加两头尖、红娘子（各一钱）
治狗咬方
甘草、杏仁嚼烂，搭伤处，用银杏捣涂患处，又宜蓖麻子五十
粒，去壳，以井花水研成膏，先以盐水洗之，敷上，效。
雄灵散 治毒蛇所伤，昏闷欲死者。
雄黄（五钱） 五灵脂（一两）
上为末，每服二钱，好酒调服，乃敷患处，良久再进一服，即愈，又宜雄黄、青黛等分为末，每二钱，新
汲水调服。又宜白矾溶化，滴伤处。又宜蜈蚣一条，去头足，炒川椒一钱，去目，
略炒为末，酒调服，出汗即愈。
同生酒（周梅江传） 治毒蛇所伤至死。
扛板归（不拘多少，其草四五月生，九月见霜即收，叶青如犁头尖，藤上有小茨子，圆黑味酸用藤叶）
上取研烂用汁，与生酒调服，随量饮之，用渣贴患处，立已。渣若火烧，仍痛。
海上方 治蛇咬。
丝瓜根洗净，捣研生酒吃一醉，立已。又方用半边莲，研酒服。
妙化丹（刘彬齐传） 治蝎螫蛇伤，点眼即效，端午制，忌妇人鸡犬见之。
没药 乳香 轻粉 海螵蛸 雄黄（各五分） 硫黄（二厘）
上为末，左边被伤点左眼大 ，右边点右。
神妙丸（刘前溪传） 治蝎螫，端午日制，忌妇人鸡犬。
雄黄 蟾酥 胆矾 半夏（各等分） 麝香（少许）
上为末，用猫儿草捣汁和为丸，用口嗒痛处令净，用丸药揩擦。
六神散（周东泉传） 治蝎螫。
川乌 草乌 南星 半夏 白芷 石菖蒲（一寸九节者，各等分）
上端午日，取药为末，每用少许，先以津液抹患处，以药擦之。
杖蝎螫法 每年除夜，左手拽起前裾，右手执三尺长棍，向门楣上敲三下，念咒云∶蝎蝎蜇蜇，不向
梁上走，却来这里蜇。一敲敲八节。咒毕，吸气一口，吹于杖头，复吸其气，吹于执杖手心。
如此三吹，即已。遇有蝎蜇，以手摩之，即不痛。可用一年，次年除夜，又如法为之，否则不验。
治疗
凡是遇到被沸水或火烧伤的情况，先用盐末与米醋调和，敷在伤口上；接着用醋调制的泥涂抹，并持续不断地用醋涂抹，以暂时缓解痛苦。同时立即捣烂生地黄，用醋调匀后敷在伤口上，直到疼痛停止为止。即使烫伤深度达到数寸也不必担心。如果一上来就用冷水、冷物或冷泥，热气遇到冷气，就会使热力反而深入体内，侵蚀腐烂人的筋骨。务必谨慎，千万谨慎！
方剂
保生救苦散：治疗火烧、沸水烫、热油烙以及肌肉脱落的情况。
寒水石、大黄、黄柏（各三钱）
以上药物研成细末，用香油调匀涂抹患处。或者如果伤口湿润溃烂则干撒药粉。
黑白散（刘知府传授）：治疗沸水烫、火烧伤。
百草霜、轻粉（用量减半）
以上药物研成细末，用狗油调匀搽抹患处，立刻痊愈。
一白散：治疗沸水烫、火烧伤，破皮疼痛难以忍受。
生白矾不拘多少，用香油调匀搽抹。
清烟膏（李电川传授）
用鸡蛋清研磨京墨涂抹患处，上面覆盖三层湿纸，这样就不会起泡，感觉冷如冰，效果显著。
治疗汤火伤的咒语说：龙树王如来传授，我施行持守北方壬癸水的禁火大法。
龙树王如来，我是北方壬癸水，收斩天下的火星辰，千里之外的火星辰
必定降服，急急如律令。念完咒语后，即握真武印吹气，然后用少许水洗，即使是手脚被火烧成疮，也可以治疗。
病症
凡是春夏交替之初，狗容易发狂，只见其尾巴直垂不卷曲，口中流涎水。舌头发黑的，就是疯狗。如果被疯狗咬伤，不可视为平常小事，这是九死一生的祸患。急忙用针刺破出血，用小便清洗刮净伤口，用半个核桃壳，用人粪填满，覆盖在伤口孔洞上，在壳上放艾绒进行艾灸。当壳焦粪干时，更换新的继续灸，灸一百壮，第二天再灸一百壮，总共灸三五百壮为最佳。灸完后用生南星、防风等分研成细末，再用口含浆水洗净伤口，用棉布拭干后撒上药粉，这样就不会化脓。内部必须服用以下药物，以消散毒素即可。
治疗方法
孙真人说：春末夏初，狗多发狂，被狗咬伤的，没有比艾灸更好的方法。做法只是在被咬处，牙印上进行艾灸。每天灸三壮，一直灸到第一百二十天为止。平时宜常吃烤韭菜，可以永远不再发作，这也是好方法。
方剂
溯源散：治疗疯狗咬伤。
斑蝥七个，去掉头、翅、足，研成细末，用温酒调服。在小便桶内，看到衣物泡沫呈现狗的形状即为有效。如果没有出现，再服七次，即便没有狗形也不再发作。之后服用益元散一两，用水煎服以解毒。忌饮酒、吃猪肉、鸡、鱼、油腻食物一百天，终身忌食犬肉。凡是遇到此病，根据前面的针刺、清洗、艾灸方法，再服用此药，没有不愈的。
扶危散（周景阳传授）：治疗疯狗咬伤。
斑蝥（七日内用七个，七日外每日加一个，百日百个，去掉头、翅、足弄干净，与糯米同炒至红）
雄黄（一钱） 滑石（一两） 麝香（一分，小儿也可不用）
以上药物研成细末，能喝酒的人，随时用酒调服；不能喝酒的人，用米汤送下。毒物从大小便排出，或者吐出毒物即痊愈。在伤口周围距离三寸处，灸三壮，永不再发作，神效。
治疗疯狗咬伤导致破伤风的。
如圣散（方见破伤风章节） 加入两头尖、红娘子（各一钱）
治疗狗咬的方子
甘草、杏仁嚼烂，敷在伤口处，用银杏捣碎涂在患处，也宜用蓖麻子五十粒，去壳，用井花水研磨成膏，先用盐水清洗伤口，然后敷上，有效。
雄灵散：治疗毒蛇咬伤，昏迷闷乱快要死亡的情况。
雄黄（五钱） 五灵脂（一两）
以上药物研成细末，每次服用二钱，用好酒调服，然后敷在患处，过一会儿再进一服，即痊愈。也宜用雄黄、青黛等分研成细末，每次二钱，用新汲取的水调服。也宜用白矾溶化，滴在伤口处。也宜用蜈蚣一条，去掉头足，炒川椒一钱，去掉椒目，略炒后研成细末，用酒调服，出汗即痊愈。
同生酒（周梅江传授）：治疗毒蛇咬伤致死的情况。
扛板归（不拘多少，这种草四五月生长，九月见霜就采收，叶子青色像犁头尖，藤上有小刺，圆形黑色味酸，用藤叶）
以上取来研烂取汁，与生酒调匀服用，随量饮用，用渣滓贴敷患处，立刻痊愈。如果渣滓像火烧一样痛，则无效。
海上方：治疗蛇咬伤。
丝瓜根洗净，捣碎研磨，用生酒喝醉一次，立刻痊愈。另一个方子用半边莲，研碎后用酒服。
妙化丹（刘彬齐传授）：治疗蝎子蜇、蛇咬伤，点入眼睛即刻见效，端午节制作，忌妇人、鸡、狗看见。
没药、乳香、轻粉、海螵蛸、雄黄（各五分） 硫黄（二厘）
以上药物研成细末，左边被伤点左眼大眦，右边被伤点右眼大眦。
神妙丸（刘前溪传授）：治疗蝎子蜇，端午节制作，忌妇人、鸡、狗看见。
雄黄、蟾酥、胆矾、半夏（各等分） 麝香（少许）
以上药物研成细末，用猫儿草捣汁调和做成丸药，用嘴舔舐疼痛处使其干净，用药丸擦拭。
六神散（周东泉传授）：治疗蝎子蜇。
川乌、草乌、南星、半夏、白芷、石菖蒲（一寸九节者，各等分）
以上在端午节当天，取药研成细末，每次用少许，先用唾液涂抹患处，用药擦拭。
杖蝎蜇法：每年除夕夜，左手拉起前襟，右手执三尺长棍，向门楣上敲三下，念咒语说：蝎蝎蜇蜇，不向梁上走，却来这里蜇。一敲敲八节。念完咒语，吸气一口，吹在杖头，再吸气，吹在执杖的手心。
如此吹三次，就没事了。遇到蝎子蜇伤，用手抚摸它，就不痛了。这种方法可用一年，次年除夕夜，又如法操作，否则不灵验。
Treatment
Whenever one encounters burns from boiling water or fire, first mix salt powder with rice vinegar and apply it to the wound. Then smear it with mud mixed with vinegar, and continue applying vinegar continuously to temporarily relieve pain. Simultaneously, immediately crush fresh Rehmanniae Radix (Sheng Di Huang), mix with vinegar, and apply to the wound until the pain stops. Even if the burn is several inches deep, there is no cause for concern. If cold water, cold objects, or cold mud are used immediately, the heat will encounter the cold, causing the pathogenic heat to penetrate deeper and corrupt the bones and sinews. Be extremely cautious!
Formulas
Baosheng Jiuku San (Preserve Life and Save Suffering Powder): Treats burns from fire, scalds from boiling water, cauterization by hot oil, and detachment of muscle tissue.
Hanshuishi (Calcitum), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) (each 3 qian).
Grind the above into powder, mix with sesame oil, and apply to the affected area. Or sprinkle dry powder if the wound is moist and ulcerated.
Heibai San (Black and White Powder) (Transmitted by Prefect Liu): Treats scalds and burns.
Baicaoshuang (Soot from hundred herbs), Qingfen (Calomelas) (use half the dose).
Grind the above into powder, mix with dog oil, and apply to the affected area; cure is immediate.
Yi Bai San (One White Powder): Treats scalds and burns where the skin is broken and pain is unbearable.
Sheng Baifan (Raw Alum) in any amount, mix with sesame oil and apply.
Qingyan Gao (Clear Smoke Ointment) (Transmitted by Li Dianchuan):
Grind Jingmo (Beijing Ink Stick) with egg white (Jizi Qing) and apply to the affected area. Cover with three layers of wet paper; this prevents blistering and feels cold as ice; effective.
Yi Huang San (One Yellow Powder) (Transmitted by Liu Songluo):
Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) powder, mix with honey water and apply.
Incantation for treating scalds and burns:
"The Dragon Tree King Tathagata has taught me. I practice the great method of suppressing fire by holding the waters of Ren and Gui in the North.
Dragon Tree King Tathagata, I am the water of Ren and Gui in the North, collecting and beheading the stars of fire in the world.
The stars of fire a thousand miles away must submit. Act swiftly according to the law."
After reciting the incantation, grasp the Zhenwu Seal and blow upon it, then wash with a small amount of water. Even if hands and feet are burned into sores, they can be treated.
Disease
In early spring and summer, dogs often go mad. Their tails hang straight down without curling, and they drool. If their tongues are black, they are rabid dogs. If bitten by such a dog, do not treat it lightly; it is a perilous condition with nine chances of death and only one of life. Immediately prick the wound with a needle to let blood out, clean and scrape it with urine. Take half a walnut shell, fill it with human feces, and cover the wound hole with it. Place moxa on the shell and moxibustion. When the shell scorches and the feces dry, replace them and continue moxibustion. Moxibustion should total 100 Zhuang, repeated the next day for another 100 Zhuang, totaling 300-500 Zhuang is best. After moxibustion, grind Sheng Nanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma) and Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) in equal parts into powder. Rinse the wound with saliva-diluted water (Jiangshui), dry with cotton, and sprinkle the powder. This prevents suppuration. Internally, administer the following medicine to dissipate the toxin.
Treatment Method
Sun Simiao said: In late spring and early summer, dogs often go mad. For bites, nothing is better than moxibustion. The method is to perform moxibustion directly on the bite marks. Perform 3 Zhuang daily until the 120th day. Regularly eat roasted Chinese chives to prevent recurrence permanently; this is also a good method.
Formulas
Suyuan San (Tracing the Source Powder): Treats rabid dog bites.
Banmao (Mylabris) seven pieces, remove head, wings, and feet, grind into powder, take with warm wine. Effectiveness is indicated when foam in the urine bucket resembles a dog shape. If not seen, take seven more doses; even if the shape does not appear, it will not recur. Afterwards, take Yi Yuan San (1 liang), decocted in water to resolve toxicity. Avoid alcohol, pork, chicken, fish, and greasy foods for 100 days; avoid dog meat for life. For this condition, follow the previous methods of needling, washing, and moxibustion, then take this medicine; all cases will heal.
Fuwei San (Rescue from Danger Powder) (Transmitted by Zhou Jingyang): Treats rabid dog bites.
Banmao (Mylabris) (7 pieces within 7 days, add 1 piece daily after 7 days, up to 100 pieces by 100 days; remove head, wings, feet, stir-fry with glutinous rice until red).
Xionghuang (Realgar) (1 qian), Huashi (Talcum) (1 liang), Shexiang (Moschus) (1 fen, optional for children).
Grind the above into powder. Those who drink alcohol may take it mixed with wine; those who do not, take with rice gruel. Toxicity may exit via urination, defecation, or vomiting, leading to cure. Perform 3 Zhuang of moxibustion at points 3 cun away from the wound; this prevents recurrence forever; miraculous effect.
For rabid dog bites resulting in Tetanus (Poshang Feng):
Rusheng San (See Tetanus section) plus Liangtoujian (Gastrodiae Rhizoma) and Hongniangzi (Lyttae Carabus) (each 1 qian).
Formula for Dog Bites
Chigan (Glycyrrhizae Radix) and Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum) chewed thoroughly and applied to the wound; Alhagi fruticosa (Yinxing) crushed and applied. Also, use 50 Ricinus seeds (Bimazi), shelled, ground into paste with well water. Wash the wound with salt water first, then apply; effective.
Xiongling San: Treats venomous snake bites causing coma and impending death.
Xionghuang (Realgar) (5 qian), Wulingzhi (Trogopterori Faeces) (1 liang).
Grind into powder, take 2 qian each time mixed with good wine, then apply to the wound. After some time, take another dose; cure follows. Alternatively, mix Xionghuang (Realgar) and Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) in equal parts, take 2 qian mixed with fresh water. Alternatively, dissolve Baifan (Alumen) and drip onto the wound. Alternatively, use 1 Centipede (Wugong), remove head and feet, stir-fry Sichuan pepper (Chuanjiao) (1 qian), remove eyes, stir-fry slightly, grind into powder, take mixed with wine; sweating indicates cure.
Tongsheng Jiu (Same-Life Wine) (Transmitted by Zhou Meijiang): Treats fatal venomous snake bites.
Kangbangui (Polygoni Multiflori Caulis) (any amount; harvested in September after frost, leaves green like plow tips, vines have small thorns, round black, sour taste; use vine and leaves).
Crush and extract juice, mix with raw wine and drink according to tolerance. Apply the dregs to the wound; immediate recovery. If the dregs cause burning pain, discard.
Haishang Fang (Sea Above Prescription): Treats snake bites.
Clean Luffae Fructus Truncatus root (Sigua Gen), crush and grind, drink enough to become intoxicated with raw wine; immediate recovery. Another formula uses Banbianlian (Lobeliae Chinensis Herba), grind and take with wine.
Miaohua Dan (Miraculous Transformation Pill) (Transmitted by Liu Binqi): Treats scorpion stings and snake bites; apply to eyes for immediate effect. Prepared on Dragon Boat Festival; avoid exposure to women, chickens, and dogs.
Moyao (Myrrha), Ruxiang (Olibanum), Qingfen (Calomelas), Haipiaoxiao (Sepiae Endoconcha), Xionghuang (Realgar) (each 5 fen), Liuhuang (Sulfur) (2 li).
Grind into powder. If injured on the left, apply to the inner canthus of the left eye; if on the right, apply to the right eye.
Shenmiao Wan (Divine Marvel Pill) (Transmitted by Liu Qianxi): Treats scorpion stings. Prepared on Dragon Boat Festival; avoid exposure to women, chickens, and dogs.
Xionghuang (Realgar), Chansu (Bufonis Venenum), Danfan (Melanterite), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) (equal parts), Shexiang (Moschus) (small amount).
Grind into powder, mix with juice of Mao'ercao (Plantago asiatica) to form pills. Lick the painful area clean with mouth, then rub with the pill.
Liushen San (Six Gods Powder) (Transmitted by Zhou Dongquan): Treats scorpion stings.
Chuanwu (Aconiti Radix Preparata), Caowu (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix), Nanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma) (choose those with 9 joints per inch, equal parts).
On Dragon Boat Festival, grind into powder. Use a small amount, first wipe the affected area with saliva, then rub with the medicine.
Method for Scorpion Stings using a Staff:
On New Year's Eve, pull up the front hem with the left hand, hold a 3-foot long staff in the right hand, and knock three times on the door lintel while chanting: "Scorpions, sting not on the beams, but come here to sting. One knock strikes eight nodes." After chanting, inhale deeply and blow onto the staff head, inhale again, and blow onto the palm holding the staff.
Repeat this blowing three times, and it is resolved. When stung by a scorpion, rub the area with your hand to stop pain. This method works for one year. On the following New Year's Eve, repeat the ritual; otherwise, it is ineffective.
