Treatment:
A man fell while riding a horse and was injured by the keys he carried, resulting in a laceration of the scrotum. The two testicles were displaced but remained suspended by fascia without complete detachment. He suffered unbearable pain. Various physicians were at a loss; some sutured the scrotum with thread and applied external dressings to promote tissue regeneration and relieve pain. However, within three to five days, the sutures rotted, and the testicles detached again. I recalled that in my usual treatment of knife wounds with bleeding, applying *Biqian* (the nest of a spider-like insect) yields rapid results, as this injury is also a type of traumatic rupture. Therefore, I instructed someone to gently lift the testicles back into place, take a large amount of *Biqian*, and apply it to the damaged area. Over time, the condition gradually improved, and the scrotum returned to its normal state.
