程郊倩说:痰中带红线,咳嗽有血点,日久逐渐形成痿证。因为肺位于五脏最高处,肺叶间分布着细小的窍道,气从此出入。若久病不愈,则……(原文此处有残缺,意为肺气受损严重)。

Treats conditions of Lung deficiency with fire, coughing without body fluids, and cough accompanied by choking or upward rushing of Qi.
Zhen Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin) [1 liang 5 qian], Niubangzi (Fructus Arctii) [2 qian 5 fen, stir-fried], Madouling (Fructus Aristolochiae) [5 qian, baked and roasted], Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae) [5 qian], Xingren (Semen Pruni Armeniacae) [7 pieces, skin and tip removed, stir-fried].
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take approximately 1 liang per dose, decocted in water and taken orally.
Cheng Jiaoqian stated: When phlegm contains red threads and coughing produces blood spots, it gradually progresses to Wei syndrome (flaccidity syndrome). This is because the Lung resides at the highest position among the Zang organs, and its lobes are distributed with fine orifices through which Qi enters and exits. If the condition persists for a long time... [text fragmentary].
For cases where pathogenic Wind remains lingering and does not dissipate, or where spontaneous sweating is incessant, this formula is also suitable.
Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae), Huangqi (Radix Astragali), Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae) in equal proportions.
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with wine, and take orally.
Ke Yunbo stated: Wherever pathogenic factors gather, Qi must be deficient. Therefore, in treating Wind, one does not worry about the inability to expel it, but rather worries about the inability to defend against it; one does not fear that the Wind will not leave, but fears that Zheng Qi (Upright Qi) cannot hold fast... Treats Heat in the Bladder, obstruction of the water passages, dribbling and painful urination with difficulty in discharge, urine resembling bean juice, formation of stones, urine resembling paste or grease, or hematochezia due to heat stagnation.
Chi Fuling (Poria Cocos with Red Cortex) [1 qian 5 fen], Chi Shaoyao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra), Shanzhiren (Fructus Gardeniae) [each 1 qian], Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Xi Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, finely sliced) [each 1 qian 2 fen].
Take the above five herbs, add Dengxincao (Medulla Junci), decoct in water, and take orally.
Ke Yunbo stated: The Classics state that the Kidney harmonizes with the Bladder; thus, the Kidney is the Water Zang, and the Bladder is the Water Fu organ. The Kidney governs Gui Water, receiving and storing the essence of the Five Zang and Six Fu organs, and can discharge... [text fragmentary]. The root of urine... [text fragmentary]. Pathogenic Qi...
