白水煎服。热甚者加黄芩。去防风亦可。
一方用土牛膝根。将人乳捣烂。吹入。如口不开者。其蛾在左吹左鼻。在右吹右鼻。
一方用自己指甲。左剪三个。右剪四个。将银器烧红。放甲在内。 为末。男左女右。

（治疗男子下疳。疼痛剧烈且伴有阵发性瘙痒。女子阴户两侧分泌物潮湿。疮疡脓水淋漓不尽。红肿结块疼痛。同时治疗阴茎上的疮疡、虫蛀腐烂，以及小儿痘疤溃烂横生，还有痘疹后余毒未清导致的满头发黄水泡等疮疡。使用此方均有效。）

以上共同研磨均匀。用瓷瓶盛装贮存，不要让气体逸出。临用时用麻油调和涂抹。在潮湿处，直接干撒药粉。效果神奇。
用菜油三两。加入少年男子的头发三钱。用铜勺煎至枯焦，滤去药渣。取去壳鸡蛋三枚，放入碗中。将滚热的油倒入碗中。
（突然发生肛周痈肿疼痛。如果距离肛门一寸左右，名叫偷粪鼠。如果生于谷道前方、阴囊后方，名叫骑马痈。极其疼痛，属于恶症。男女患病，治疗方法相同。）

以上药物等分为末。用陈米饭做丸剂。每次服用五钱。空腹时开水送服。止痛消毒。服用三剂见效。如果已经溃破的，
用鲜土牛膝根一两。或者二三两洗净去泥。捣汁。开水冲服。重症可减轻。轻症可痊愈。加服大甘桔梗汤：

白水煎服。热势严重的加黄芩。去掉防风也可以。
一方用土牛膝根。用人乳捣烂。吹入鼻腔。如果口张不开者，蛾子在左边就吹左鼻，在右边就吹右鼻。
一方用自己指甲。左边剪三个。右边剪四个。将银器烧红。把指甲放在里面。研为末。男左女右。吹入鼻腔。

(Treats chancre in men. Severe pain with paroxysmal itching. In women, dampness and discharge on both sides of the vaginal opening. Ulcers with dripping pus. Red swelling and painful nodules. Also treats ulcers, insect-boring rot on the penis, as well as horizontal ulceration of smallpox scars in children, and other sores such as full-head yellow blisters caused by residual toxins after smallpox. This formula is effective for all these conditions.)
White Snail Shell (Select white ones from wall tops; calcine, remove mud, grind finely, take pure powder, 1 liang) Olive Pit (Calcine until carbonized but retaining efficacy, grind to take pure powder) Hanshui Shi (Calcite)
Grind all together uniformly. Store in a porcelain bottle, ensuring no gas escapes. When used, mix with sesame oil for topical application. For moist areas, sprinkle dry powder directly. Miraculous effect.
Use 3 liang of rapeseed oil. Add 3 qian of hair from young men. Fry in a copper spoon until charred, then filter out the dregs. Take 3 shelled eggs, place them in a bowl. Pour the boiling hot oil into the bowl.
(Sudden onset of perianal abscess with swelling and pain. If located about one cun away from the anus, it is named "Tou Fen Shu" (Stealing Feces Rat). If located anterior to the anal canal and posterior to the scrotum, it is named "Qi Ma Yong" (Horse-riding Abscess). Extremely painful, belonging to malignant syndromes. The treatment method is the same for both men and women.)
Sheng Bai Fan (Raw Alum) Bai La (White Beeswax)
Grind the above medicines into equal parts powder. Form pills using aged rice paste. Take 5 qian per dose, swallowed with warm water on an empty stomach. Relieves pain and detoxifies. Efficacy observed after three doses. For those already ulcerated,
Take 1 liang of fresh Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae (Tu Niu Xi). Or 2-3 liang, wash clean, remove mud. Crush to extract juice. Mix with warm water and drink. Severe cases can be alleviated; mild cases can be cured. Additionally administer Da Gan Jie Geng Tang (Large Licorice and Platycodon Decoction):
Jie Geng (Platycodon Root, 8 fen) Gan Cao (Licorice Root, 1.2 qian) Niu Bang Zi (Arctii Fructus, each 6 fen) She Ye (Belamcanda Rhizome, each 6 fen) Fang Feng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, each 4 fen) Yuan Shen (Scrophulariae Radix, each 4 fen)
Decoct in plain water. For severe heat, add Huang Qin (Scutellariae Radix). Removing Fang Feng is also acceptable.
Another prescription uses Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae (Tu Niu Xi), crushed with human milk, blown into the nostrils. If the mouth cannot open, if the condition is on the left, blow into the left nostril; if on the right, blow into the right nostril.
Another prescription uses one's own fingernails. Cut three from the left hand, four from the right hand. Heat a silver vessel until red-hot. Place the nails inside. Grind into powder. For men, use the left side; for women, the right side. Blow into the nostrils.

Administer several doses. Combined with blowing powder therapy, it can be cured.
