胸中不利，阴萎，气大衰而不起，不用，当其时，反腰 痛，动转不便，心下痞满，少
腹痛，时害于食， 肿，骨痛，阴痹，阴痹者，按之不得，腰脊头项痛，时眩，大便难，阴
气不用，饥不欲食，咳唾则有血，心如悬。
饮积，心痛，耳聋，浑浑 嗌肿，喉痹，阴病血见，少腹痛肿，不得小便，病冲头痛
，目似脱，项似拔，腰似折，髀不可以回， 如结， 如别。
两胁下少腹痛，目 痛，皆疡，耳无所闻，体重烦冤，胸痛引背，两胁满，且痛引少腹
，甚则喘逆气咳，肩背痛，尻阴股膝髀 足皆病。
胁痛，目赤，掉振鼓栗，筋痿，不能久立，小便变，寒热如疟，甚则心痛，左 胁痛，
寒清于中，感而疟咳，腹中鸣，注泄， 溏，心胁暴痛，不可反侧，嗌干，面尘，腰痛，丈
夫疝，妇人少腹痛，目昧， 疡，疮痤痈。
病喜呕，呕有苦，太息，心胁痛，不能反侧，甚则嗌干面尘，身无膏泽，足外反热。
身热烦心躁悸阴厥，上下中寒谵妄，心痛，甚则腹大，胫肿喘咳，寝汗出，憎风。
心热烦，嗌干，善鼽 ，喜悲，数欠，热气妄行，善忘，甚则心痛呕血，血泄，鼽衄，
善悲。□□时眩仆，腹满，手热，肘挛掖肿，心澹澹大动，胸胁胃脘不安，面赤目黄，善噫
嗌干，甚则色炱渴而饮。
胸中气机不畅，阴器痿软无力，元气极度衰弱而不能振奋，功能丧失。在此时节，反而出现腰痛，身体转动不便，胃脘部痞塞胀满，小腹部疼痛，时常影响进食，身体浮肿，骨骼疼痛，阴痹（指阴经经脉痹阻）。所谓阴痹，表现为按压时感觉不到痛处，腰脊、头部和项部疼痛，时常感到头晕目眩，大便困难，阴气运行失常，虽然饥饿但不想进食，咳嗽吐痰时带有血液，心中感觉空虚悬吊不安。
饮邪停滞积聚，导致心痛，耳聋，咽喉浑浊肿胀，喉痹（咽喉肿痛闭塞），阴分病变见血，小腹部疼痛肿胀，小便不通利，病气上冲引起头痛，眼睛感觉像要脱出，项部感觉像被拔起，腰部感觉像折断，大腿不能回转，关节拘急如结聚，肢体分离感如别异。
两侧胁下及小腹部疼痛，眼睛疼痛，均为疡证（疮疡类疾病），耳朵听不见声音，身体沉重且心中烦闷冤屈，胸痛牵引背部，两胁部胀满且疼痛牵引至小腹部，严重时出现气喘逆气咳嗽，肩背部疼痛，臀部、阴部、大腿、膝盖、小腿和足部均发生病变。
胁肋部疼痛，眼睛发红，震颤鼓栗，筋脉痿软，不能久立，小便性状改变，寒热往来如同疟疾，严重时心痛，左侧胁肋疼痛，体内寒冷清冷，感受邪气后引发疟疾样咳嗽，腹中肠鸣，腹泻如水，大便稀溏，心部和胁部突然剧痛，身体不能左右翻转，咽喉干燥，面色如蒙尘垢，腰痛，男子患疝气，女子小腹部疼痛，视物模糊，疡证，疮疡痤疮痈肿。
疾病表现为喜欢呕吐，呕吐物有苦味，频繁叹气，心部和胁部疼痛，身体不能左右翻转，严重时咽喉干燥，面色如蒙尘垢，皮肤缺乏润泽，足外侧反向发热。
身体发热，心烦，躁动，心悸，阴厥（阳气衰微，四肢逆冷），上下皆寒，胡言乱语，心痛，严重时腹部胀大，小腿肿胀，气喘咳嗽，夜间盗汗，厌恶风邪。
心脏热盛烦躁，咽喉干燥，容易鼻塞流涕，喜欢悲伤，频繁打哈欠，热气妄行，容易健忘，严重时心痛呕血，便血，鼻出血，喜欢悲伤。时而头晕跌倒，腹部胀满，手部发热，肘部拘挛，腋下肿胀，心跳剧烈动荡，胸部、胁部和胃脘部不安宁，面色红赤，眼睛发黄，喜欢嗳气，咽喉干燥，严重时面色黑晦，口渴饮水。

The so-called Yin Bi is characterized by an inability to locate tenderness upon palpation, pain in the lower back, spine, head, and neck, occasional dizziness, difficulty in defecation, dysfunction of Yin qi, hunger without desire to eat, hemoptysis (blood in sputum) when coughing, and a sensation of the heart hanging empty.
Accumulation of fluids causing heart pain, deafness, turbid swelling of the throat, pharyngeal obstruction (Hou Bi - sore throat with obstruction), bleeding from Yin pathologies, lower abdominal pain and swelling, inability to urinate, rebellious Qi rushing upward causing headache, eyes feeling as if they are falling out, neck feeling as if being pulled, waist feeling as if broken, thighs unable to rotate, joints bound as if knotted, limbs feeling separated.
Pain in the hypochondrium and lower abdomen, eye pain, all representing Yang ulcers (sores/ulcers), hearing loss, heavy body with mental vexation and grievance, chest pain radiating to the back, fullness and pain in both hypochondria radiating to the lower abdomen, severe cases involving wheezing, rebellious Qi, and cough, shoulder and back pain, pathology affecting the sacrum, yin region, thighs, knees, calves, and feet.
Hypochondriac pain, red eyes, tremors and shivering, tendon flaccidity (Jin Wei - atrophy syndrome), inability to stand for long periods, changes in urine, chills and fever alternating like malaria, severe cases involving heart pain, left-sided hypochondriac pain, internal cold, contracting pathogens leading to malaria-like cough, borborygmus (stomach rumbling), profuse diarrhea, loose stools, sudden severe pain in the heart and hypochondrium preventing side-turning, dry throat, dusty complexion, lower back pain, hernia in men, lower abdominal pain in women, blurred vision, ulcers, sores, acne, and carbuncles.
The disease manifests as a tendency to vomit, bitter vomiting, frequent sighing, heart and hypochondriac pain, inability to turn sides, severe cases with dry throat and dusty complexion, lack of luster on the skin, heat reversing outward on the lateral aspect of the foot.
Body heat, mental vexation, restlessness, palpitations, Yin Jue (cold extremities due to Yang collapse), cold throughout the upper and lower body, delirium, heart pain, severe cases with abdominal distension, calf swelling, wheezing and cough, night sweats, aversion to wind.
Heart heat causing vexation, dry throat, frequent nasal congestion, propensity for sadness, frequent yawning, reckless wandering of hot Qi, amnesia, severe cases with heart pain and hematemesis (vomiting blood), bloody stool, epistaxis (nosebleed), propensity for sadness. Occasional dizziness and fainting, abdominal fullness, warm hands, elbow contracture, axillary swelling, palpitations with a large beating sensation, discomfort in the chest, hypochondrium, and epigastrium, red face, yellow eyes, frequent belching, dry throat, severe cases with darkened complexion, thirst, and drinking water.
Lower abdominal pain radiating to the lower back and spine, upward rushing causing heart pain, bleeding, sore throat, swollen mandible.
