咳 鼽衄，鼻窒疡，寒热， 肿，心痛，胃脘痛，厥逆，鬲不通，热上，皮肤痛，色变
黄赤，传而为水，身面 肿，腹满，仰息，泄注赤白，疮疡，唾血，烦心，胸中热，甚则鼽
衄。
少腹坚满，里急暴痛，心痛汗发，呕吐，饮食不入而复出，筋骨掉眩，清厥，甚则入脾
食痹而吐。
燠热内作，烦躁鼽 ，少腹绞痛，火见燔 ，嗌燥，分注时止，气动于左，上行于右，
咳，皮肤痛，暴喑，心痛，郁冒不知人，乃洒浙恶寒振栗，谵妄，寒已而热，渴而欲饮，少
气，骨痿，膈肠不便，外为浮肿，哕噫，疮疡痈痤，甚则入肺，咳而鼻渊。
体重中满，食饮不化，阴气上厥胸中不便，饮发于中，咳喘有声，头顶痛重而掉螈，尤
呕而密默，唾吐清液，甚则入肾窍泄无度。
惊螈咳衄，心热烦躁，便数憎风，厥气上行，面如浮埃，目而 螈，火气内发，上为口
噤呕逆，血溢血泄，发而为疟，恶寒鼓 ，寒极反热，嗌络焦槁，渴引水浆，色变黄赤，少
气，脉萎，化而为水，传为浮肿，甚则入肺，咳而血泄。
病生 胁，气归于左，善太息，甚则心痛，痞满，腹胀而泄，呕苦，咳哕，烦心，病在
鬲中，头痛，甚则入肝，惊骇筋挛。
心胃生寒，胸中不利，心痛，痞满，头痛，善恐，时眩仆，食减，腰 反痛，屈伸不便
，少腹控 引腰脊，上冲心，唾出清水，及为哕噫，甚则入心，善忘善悲。
咳嗽，鼻塞流涕及鼻出血，鼻腔阻塞生疮，寒热往来，身体浮肿，心痛，胃脘疼痛，四肢厥冷，膈部气机不通，热气上冲，皮肤疼痛，面色变为黄赤色，病情传变导致水液停聚，全身及面部浮肿，腹部胀满，仰卧时呼吸急促，腹泻且排泄物为赤白相间的脓血，疮疡，唾液中带血，心烦，胸中发热，严重时出现鼻塞流涕及鼻出血。
腹泻且排泄物为赤白相间的脓血，少腹（小腹）疼痛，小便颜色红赤，严重时出现便血，其症状表现与少阴病候相同。
少腹坚硬胀满，腹部拘急且突发剧痛，心痛并伴有出汗，呕吐，饮食无法进入或进入后立即吐出，筋骨震颤眩晕，四肢清冷厥逆，严重时病邪传入脾脏，导致饮食停滞不化而呕吐。
体内产生燠热之感，烦躁不安，鼻塞流浊涕，少腹绞痛，火热之象显现如焚烧，咽喉干燥，腹泻呈喷射状且时有停止，气机扰动于左侧，上行至右侧，咳嗽，皮肤疼痛，突然失音，心痛，头目昏蒙不知人事，随即出现洒浙恶寒、战栗，寒战过后转为发热，口渴想饮水，气短，骨痿无力，膈部和肠道排便不畅，体表出现浮肿，呃逆嗳气，疮疡痈疽痤疮，严重时病邪传入肺脏，咳嗽且鼻渊（鼻涕浑浊如泉）。
身体沉重，中部胀满，饮食不能消化，阴气上逆于胸中导致不适，水饮发于体内，咳嗽气喘伴有声响，头顶沉重疼痛且伴有抽搐，频繁呕吐且沉默寡言，唾吐清稀液体，严重时病邪传入肾脏，导致二便失禁无度。
惊风抽搐，咳嗽鼻出血，心中发热烦躁，小便频数且憎恶风邪，厥逆之气上行，面色如同蒙尘，眼睛直视且伴有抽搐，火气在内发作，向上导致牙关紧闭、呕吐逆气，血液溢出或从下部泄出，发作成为疟疾，恶寒战栗，寒冷至极反而发热，咽喉脉络干枯焦槁，口渴引饮水浆，面色变为黄赤，气短，脉象萎弱，转化为水病，传变为浮肿，严重时病邪传入肺脏，咳嗽且血液外泄。
疾病生于胁肋部位，气机归于左侧，喜欢长叹息，严重时心痛，痞塞胀满，腹部胀大且腹泻，呕吐苦水，咳嗽呃逆，心烦，病位在膈中，头痛，严重时病邪传入肝脏，出现惊骇、筋脉挛急。
心胃产生寒邪，胸中气机不利，心痛，痞塞胀满，头痛，容易恐惧，时常眩晕跌倒，食欲减退，腰部反侧疼痛，屈伸不便，少腹牵引腰脊疼痛，气机上冲至心脏，唾出清水，以及出现呃逆嗳气，严重时病邪传入心脏，容易健忘和悲伤。
Cough, rhinorrhea (runny nose) and epistaxis (nosebleed), nasal obstruction with sores, alternating chills and fever, edema, heart pain, epigastric pain, limb coldness (Jue Ni), obstruction of Qi mechanism in the diaphragm, rising heat, skin pain, complexion changing to yellow-red, progression to water retention, generalized and facial edema, abdominal fullness, orthopnea (difficulty breathing while lying flat), dysentery with red and white discharge, sores and ulcers, hemoptysis (blood in sputum), vexation, heat in the chest, severe cases presenting with rhinorrhea and epistaxis.
Dysentery with red and white discharge, lower abdominal pain, dark urine, severe cases presenting with bloody stool; the symptomatic presentation is identical to that of Shaoyin disease.
Lower abdomen hard and distended, sudden severe abdominal pain with a sensation of tightness, heart pain accompanied by sweating, vomiting, inability to retain food or immediate regurgitation after ingestion, tremors and dizziness of sinews and bones, cold extremities, severe cases where pathogenic factors enter the Spleen leading to food stagnation and vomiting.
Internal sensation of intense heat, restlessness, turbid nasal discharge, severe colic in the lower abdomen, manifestation of fire-like burning, dry throat, projectile diarrhea that stops intermittently, Qi movement stirring on the left side and ascending to the right, cough, skin pain, sudden loss of voice, heart pain, syncope with unconsciousness, followed by aversion to cold with shivering, transition from chills to fever, thirst with desire to drink, shortness of breath, bone weakness, obstruction in the diaphragm and intestines causing difficult defecation, external edema, hiccups and belching, sores, carbuncles, furuncles, and acne, severe cases where pathogenic factors enter the Lung leading to cough and rhinorrhea (purulent nasal discharge).
Heavy body sensation, central abdominal fullness, indigestion, counterflow of Yin Qi causing discomfort in the chest, internal fluid retention leading to coughing and wheezing with audible sounds, heavy pain in the vertex of the head accompanied by convulsions, frequent vomiting with muteness, spitting clear fluid, severe cases where pathogenic factors enter the Kidney leading to uncontrolled leakage of essence and fluids (incontinence).
Convulsions, cough, and epistaxis, heart heat with restlessness, frequent urination with aversion to wind, counterflow of rebellious Qi ascending, face appearing dusty, fixed gaze with convulsions, internal emission of Fire Qi leading upward to lockjaw and vomiting/regurgitation, hemorrhage (blood overflow or bleeding from lower orifices), progression to malaria, aversion to cold with shivering, extreme cold turning into heat, drying and withering of throat collaterals, thirst with desire to drink fluids, complexion changing to yellow-red, shortness of breath, withered pulse, transformation into water disease, progression to edema, severe cases where pathogenic factors enter the Lung leading to cough and hematochezia/hemoptysis.
Disease originating in the hypochondrium, Qi gathering on the left side, frequent sighing, severe cases presenting with heart pain, stuffiness and fullness, abdominal distension with diarrhea, bitter vomiting, coughing and hiccupping, vexation, disease located in the diaphragm region, headache, severe cases where pathogenic factors enter the Liver leading to fright, terror, and tendon contraction.
Cold pathogens generating in the Heart and Stomach, obstruction of Qi mechanism in the chest, heart pain, stuffiness and fullness, headache, frequent fear, occasional dizziness and fainting, reduced appetite, pain in the lumbar region radiating to the back, difficulty in flexion and extension, lower abdominal pain radiating to the waist and spine, Qi rushing upward to the heart, spitting clear saliva, and hiccups/belching, severe cases where pathogenic factors enter the Heart leading to forgetfulness and sadness.
