上水煎服。
杏仁不拘甜苦皆用。剖开两瓣。择选棱齐全者数枚。涂以溏鸡粪。加麝香些须。罨在疮
上。即吸住不脱。移时毒聚。则杏仁迸起。随以第二枚罨之。仍如前吸注迸起乃毒未尽也。
即以第三枚罨之。其毒起必轻。一触即脱。无不愈者。
治一切恶毒大疮无名肿毒及一切痞块神效。

将香油炸枯树枝。用铁丝小网杓捞出树枝。再入木鳖子、象皮、穿山甲、巴豆仁、红栀
子炸化。用绢袋滤去渣滓。将前油复入锅内熬沸。撤火稍定。入炒过黄丹搅匀。将锅取起。
再入血竭、儿茶、制乳香、制没药、各三钱。硼砂五钱。细细搅匀。用凉水一盆。将膏倾入
水内。用手扯药千余遍。再换水数次。拔去火气。收贮瓷罐内。临用重汤炖开。摊贴忌用火
烘。
泽兰叶（一两） 广胶（五钱另器酒化冲入） 白芨（三钱） 淮牛膝（三钱） 白芷
（三钱）
人身以脐为中。如患脐以上及头面者。去牛膝。入白芷。脐以下及足膝者。去白芷入牛
膝。上下俱患者。二味并用。水煎临卧时服。接饮热陈酒。必得酩酊。盖被出汗为度。已溃
未溃。服一二剂即愈。
当归、熟地黄（各二钱）、白芍（一钱）、川芎（一钱五分）。
以上药材加水煎煮后服用。
杏仁不论甜苦均可使用。将其剖开成两瓣，挑选棱角完整的数枚，涂抹上稀薄的鸡粪，加入少许麝香，敷贴于疮口之上，即刻吸附牢固不脱落。过一段时间后毒气聚集，杏仁便会自行崩起脱落。随即用第二枚敷贴，仍然像之前那样吸附并崩起，说明毒气尚未排尽。便再用第三枚敷贴，此时毒气已起但程度较轻，轻轻一触即脱落，没有不能治愈的。
此方治疗一切恶毒大疮、无名肿毒以及一切痞块，效果神奇。
木鳖子（二十一个）、象皮（一两）、大穿山甲（四十九片，用油煎至熔化为止）、巴豆仁（三十五粒）、山栀子（八十一个，红色的去掉外壳熬化后滤去药渣）、真芝麻油（四斤）、桃枝、柳枝、杨枝、槐枝、桑枝（五种嫩枝，每种九条，折断备用）。
先将上述树枝在香油中炸至枯焦，用铁丝小网勺捞出树枝。再放入木鳖子、象皮、穿山甲、巴豆仁、红栀子炸至熔化。用绢袋过滤去除药渣。将前面的药油重新倒入锅内煮沸，撤火稍作冷却。加入炒过的黄丹搅拌均匀。将锅端离火源。再加入血竭、儿茶、制乳香、制没药，各三钱，硼砂五钱，细细搅拌均匀。准备一盆凉水，将药膏倾入水中，用手拉扯药团一千多遍，再更换数次水，以拔去火气。收贮在瓷罐内。使用时隔水炖化，摊涂贴敷时忌讳用火烘烤。
泽兰叶（一两）、广胶（五钱，另器用酒烊化后冲入）、白及（三钱）、淮牛膝（三钱）、白芷（三钱）。
人体以肚脐为中界。如果患处位于肚脐以上及头面部，去掉牛膝，加入白芷；如果患处位于肚脐以下及足膝部，去掉白芷，加入牛膝；如果上下都有患病部位，这两味药同时使用。加水煎煮，临睡前服用，接着饮用热的陈年旧酒，务必喝到酩酊大醉的程度，盖好被子出汗作为疗效标准。无论疮疡已溃破或未溃破，服用一二剂即可痊愈。
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Prepared Rehmanniae Radix (Shudi) (each 2 qian), White Peony Root (Baishao) (1 qian), Szechwan Lovage Rhizome (Chuanxiong) (1.5 qian).
Decoct these ingredients in water and take orally.
Almond (Xingren), whether sweet or bitter, may be used. Split into two halves, select several with complete edges, smear with thin chicken manure, add a small amount of Moschus (Shexiang), and apply to the sore. It will adhere firmly and not fall off. After some time, when the toxin gathers, the almond will pop up and detach. Immediately apply a second almond as before; if it adheres and pops up again, the toxin is not yet exhausted. Apply a third almond; the toxin will have diminished, detaching upon slight touch. There are no cases that cannot be cured.
This formula is miraculously effective for treating all kinds of malignant sores, unnamed swellings and toxins, and all types of masses.
Strychnos Nux-vomica Seed (Mubiezi) (21 pieces), Elephant Skin (Xiangpi) (1 liang), Pangolin Scales (Chuanshanjia) (49 slices, fried in oil until melted), Semen Crotonis (Badouren) (35 grains), Gardenia Fruit (Shanzhizi) (81 pieces, red ones, shells removed, boiled down and filtered), Pure Sesame Oil (Zhimayou) (4 jin), branches of Peach (Tao), Willow (Liu), Poplar (Yang), Locust Tree (Huai), and Mulberry (Sang) (five types of tender branches, 9 sticks of each type, broken).
Fry the branches in fragrant sesame oil until withered. Remove the branches using a small wire mesh ladle. Then add Mubiezi, Xiangpi, Chuanshanjia, Badouren, and Shanzhizi, frying until melted. Filter the dregs through a silk bag. Return the oil to the pot and boil. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add calcined Litharge (Huangdan) and stir evenly. Take the pot off the fire. Add Dragon's Blood (Xuexue), Catechu (Ercha), Processed Frankincense (Zhiruxiang), and Processed Myrrh (Zhimoyao), each 3 qian, and Borax (Pengsha) 5 qian. Stir finely until uniform. Prepare a basin of cold water, pour the ointment into the water, and pull the medicine with hands for over a thousand times. Change the water several times to remove the "fire qi." Store in a porcelain jar. When needed, melt by steaming in hot water. Avoid baking with fire when spreading and applying.
Eupatorium Leaf (Zelan Ye), Guang Glue (Guang Jiao) (5 qian, dissolved separately in wine and mixed in), Bletilla Tuber (Baiji) (3 qian), Achyranthes Bidentata Root (Huainiuxi) (3 qian), Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi) (3 qian).
The human body takes the navel as the center. If the lesion is above the navel and on the head/face, remove Niuxi and add Baizhi. If the lesion is below the navel and on the feet/knees, remove Baizhi and add Niuxi. If lesions exist both above and below, use both. Decoct in water and take at bedtime. Follow immediately with drinking hot aged wine until thoroughly intoxicated. Cover with blankets and induce sweating as the therapeutic goal. Whether the sore has ulcerated or not, recovery occurs after taking one or two doses.
