加顶好麝香三钱。为膏贴一切肿毒神效。
以极细铁屑将好醋调之。煎二三沸。捞醋中铁屑铺于患处。将上好磁石。即吸铁石一大
块。频频吸之。阴症用之其毒自出也。
闹洋花五十斤。拣极净煎膏。将川乌、草乌、各一两。收之。凡遇疖毒用笔蘸药涂之。
采独茎苍耳草（一根连叶带子用）
切细不见铁器。用砂锅入水二大碗。熬至一碗。如疮在上部。饭后徐徐服讫。俟吐出。
吐定再服。以药尽为度。如疮在下部。空心服。疮自破出脓。以膏药贴之。 京兆张公伯王
榜示此方传人。后昆弟皆登科甲。
治发背对口及一切痈疽溃烂有回生功效
宫粉（一两） 轻粉 银朱 雄黄 乳香（制净） 没药（各二分五厘，制净）
共研极细末。听用先将好茶叶。煎浓汤洗患处。后将 猪腰子切开。掺药五分于腰子上。
盖患处。待药如蒸良久取去。一日一次。拔毒减痛。溃出脓秽。不可手挤。轻者二次愈。重
者七八次可愈。 此方济人甚多。
桐庐一人。因母患发背。百治不痊。得此方痊愈。
栝蒌五枚取子去壳
乳香五块如枣大
二味共研细末。以白蜜一斤。同熬成膏。每服三钱。温黄酒化服。
将瓦松阴干后研成粉末。先用槐枝、梅枝和葱白煎汤清洗患处，然后将药粉撒在伤口上，能立即见效。
治疗毒气的膏药：贴敷于一切肿毒处，效果神奇。

切碎时避免接触铁器。用砂锅加入两大碗水，熬至一碗。如果疮疡在上部，饭后慢慢服完，等待呕吐。吐定后再服用，直到药尽为止。如果疮疡在下部，空腹服用，疮疡自会破溃出脓，然后用膏药贴敷。京兆张公伯王榜将此方传给人，后来他的兄弟都考中了科举。
治疗发背、对口疮以及一切痈疽溃烂，有起死回生的功效。
配方：宫粉（一两）、轻粉、银朱、雄黄、乳香（制净）、没药（各二分五厘，制净）。
共同研磨成极细粉末。备用时先用好茶叶煎浓汤清洗患处，然后将猪腰子切开，撒上五分药粉在腰子上，覆盖在患处。等待药物像蒸一样发热一段时间后取下。一天一次，拔除毒素，减轻疼痛，促使溃烂处排出脓液秽物。不可用手挤压。轻者两次痊愈，重者七八次可痊愈。此方救人了很多人。
桐庐有一人，因为母亲患发背，各种治疗都不见效，得到此方后痊愈。
栝蒌五枚，取子去壳。
乳香五块，如枣大。
这两味药共同研磨成细末，用白蜜一斤，一同熬制成膏。每次服用三钱，用温黄酒化开送服。
Mash Chinese yam (Dioscoreae Rhizoma) into a paste. Apply it to the affected area, and it will disappear immediately.
Dry *Adenophorae Caulis et Folium* (Wasong) in the shade and grind it into powder. First, wash the affected area with a decoction of *Sophorae Flavescentis Ramulus* (Huai), *Pruni Mume Fructus* (Mei), and *Allii Fistulosi Bulbus* (Congbai). Then, sprinkle the powder on the wound. It will take effect immediately.
Burn crucian carp (Cyprinus carpio) to ash, mix with sauce, and apply to the affected area.
**Ointment for Toxic Sores**: Highly effective when applied to all types of swelling and sores.
Ingredients: *Ricini Semen* (Bimazi, 4 liang, de-oiled and skin removed), *Draconis Sanguis* (Xuejie, 3 liang), *Bufo Venenum* (Chansu, 1 liang, emulsified), *Olibanum* (Ruxiang, 1 liang, de-oiled), *Pistacia Resina* (Songxiang, 1.5 liang, kneaded until white).
Add 3 qian of top-grade *Moschus* (Shexiang). Prepare as an ointment and apply to all types of swelling and sores; it is highly effective.
Mix very fine iron filings with good vinegar, boil for two or three times boiling, then remove the iron filings from the vinegar and lay them on the affected area. Take a large piece of high-quality lodestone (magnet), and frequently use it to attract/suck over the area. For Yin-type conditions, this method will naturally expel the toxin.
Take 50 jin of *Datura Metel Flos* (Niaoyanghua), select the cleanest flowers, and decoct into an ointment. Add 1 liang each of *Aconiti Radix Lateralis Preparata* (Chuanwu) and *Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Preparata* (Caowu). When encountering furuncles or toxic sores, use a brush to dip the medicine and apply it to the affected area.
Harvest single-stem *Xanthii Herba* (Cangercao) (one whole plant including leaves and seeds).
Cut finely without using iron tools. Place in a clay pot with two large bowls of water, and decoct until one bowl remains. If the sore is in the upper part of the body, drink slowly after meals, wait for vomiting. After vomiting subsides, take again until the medicine is finished. If the sore is in the lower part, take on an empty stomach; the sore will spontaneously rupture and discharge pus. Then apply an ointment plaster. This formula was passed down by Mr. Zhang Bowang of Jingzhao; later, his brothers all passed the imperial examinations.
**Treatment for Back Carbuncle, Opposite Mouth Ulcer, and All Suppurative Sores with Ulceration**: Has life-saving effects.
Ingredients: *Plumbum Acetatum* (Gongfen, 1 liang), *Hydrargyri Oxydum Rubrum* (Qingfen), *Cinnabaris* (Yinzhu), *Realgar* (Xionghuang), *Olibanum* (Ruxiang, purified), *Myrrha* (Moyao, 2.5 li fen each, purified).
Grind all together into an extremely fine powder. To use, first wash the affected area with a strong decoction of good tea leaves. Then, cut open a pig kidney, sprinkle 5 fen of the powder onto the kidney, and cover the affected area with it. Wait until the medicine feels hot like steaming, then remove. Once a day. It extracts toxins, reduces pain, and promotes the discharge of pus and foul matter. Do not squeeze with hands. Mild cases heal in two applications; severe cases heal in seven or eight applications. This formula has saved many people.
In Tonglu, there was a person whose mother suffered from a back carbuncle. Various treatments failed to cure her. Upon obtaining this formula, she recovered completely.
Take 5 fruits of *Trichosanthes Fructus* (Gualou), extract the seeds, and remove the shells.
Take 5 pieces of *Olibanum* (Ruxiang), each the size of a date.
Grind these two ingredients into a fine powder. Use 1 jin of white honey to decoct together into an ointment. Take 3 qian per dose, dissolved in warm yellow wine.
