狗牙要大者。炒黑研细末。听用先将生葱熬汤。洗疮。再将前末。用好醋调敷患处即愈。
鲜苦参根去泥洗净捣烂。同鸡蛋清搅如糊。未溃者满涂之。已溃者四围敷之。中心留顶。
若经时药干。以井水扫润之。有起死回生之功。真神方也。勿以平常忽之。

用针多刺小孔。每张秤药末五钱。用真好芝麻油调摊在油纸上。再用油纸一块。盖上周遭。
用线将二纸合缝一处。贴疮上用软绢扎紧。自然止痛。化腐生新。过三日将膏揭开。浓煎葱
汤将疮上洗净。软绢拭干。将膏翻过。用针照前多刺小孔贴之。因药品甚贵。取其又得一面
之药力也。无火之人。内服十全十补汤。 有火之人。减去肉桂姜枣煎服。兼以饮食滋补。
无不取效。至重者。用膏二张。百无一失。宝之。

滴乳香（用箬叶包裹，放在烧红的砖上压去油分，四两） 净没药（用箬叶包裹，放在烧红的砖上压去油分，四两） 鲜红血竭（四两） 白色儿茶（四两） 上好银朱（四两） 杭州定粉（四两） 上好黄丹（四两） 上好铜绿（二两）。以上各味药材分别单独研磨至无声响，筛成细末混合在一起。使用时根据疮口的大小，取一块夹连四油纸，用针在上面多刺小孔。每张纸上称取药末五钱，用好芝麻油调匀摊在油纸上，再取一张油纸盖在上面，四周用线将两张纸的接缝处扎紧。贴在疮上，用软绢扎紧固定，自然能止痛，化腐生新。三天后将膏药揭开，用浓煎的葱汤将疮面洗净，用软绢擦干，将膏药翻面，用针照前法多刺小孔后再贴上去。因为药品很贵重，这样做是为了利用另一面的药效。体内无火的人，内服十全十补汤；体内有火的人，减去肉桂、姜、枣，煎服，同时配合饮食滋补，没有不取得疗效的。病情极重的，使用两张膏药，百无一失。务必珍藏。
紫花地丁，在三伏天时采收，晒干后研成粉末，用精细的面粉制成糊状，将药末和面粉混合做成饼状，收藏保存。临用时用盐和醋浸泡一夜，贴敷患处，效果很好。
Select large dog teeth, stir-fry until charred black, and grind into a fine powder for later use. First, boil raw green onions (Cong Bai) in water to make a decoction, and use it to wash the sore. Then, mix the aforementioned powder with high-quality vinegar, apply it to the affected area, and it will heal immediately.
Take fresh Sophora flavescens root (Kushen), remove the mud, wash clean, and pound into a paste. Mix it with egg white (Dan Qing) to form a paste-like consistency. For sores that have not yet ulcerated, apply it fully over the lesion; for those that have already ulcerated, apply it only around the periphery, leaving the center uncovered. If the medication dries out after some time, moisten it by sprinkling well water. This method has the power to revive the dying and is truly a miraculous prescription. Frankincense (Dingxiang Xiang, wrapped in bamboo leaves and pressed on a red-hot brick to remove oil, 4 liang) Myrrh (Moyao, wrapped in bamboo leaves and pressed on a red-hot brick to remove oil, 4 liang) Fresh Dragon's Blood (Xuejie, 4 liang) White Child's Tea (Ercha, 4 liang) High-quality Cinnabar (Yinzhu, 4 liang) Hangzhou Calamine (Dingfen, 4 liang) High-quality Lead Monoxide (Huandan, 4 liang) High-quality Malachite (Tonglü, 2 liang). Each of the above ingredients should be separately ground until silent, sifted into fine powder, and mixed together. When using, according to the size of the sore, take one piece of Jialian Si oil paper, prick many small holes in it with a needle. Weigh five qian of the powder for each sheet of paper, mix well with genuine sesame oil, and spread it onto the oil paper. Cover with another sheet of oil paper, tie the edges of the two papers together tightly with thread, and apply it to the sore, securing it firmly with soft silk. It will naturally relieve pain, resolve necrotic tissue, and promote new tissue growth.
