头发烧灰，水服一钱。日三次。秘方也。
马兰头根，杵汁半碗，冲酒服之。每日一服。半月即愈。
甜瓜蒂（七个研细） 白矾（一钱）
无根水调送下，即吐痰。过五日再吃一服，全愈。
黑羊粪，瓦上焙干。为末一钱，糖汤下。
陈细茶、白矾、各三钱为末。饭捣丸，梧子大。朱砂一钱，研细为衣，发时服三钱。
真郁金七两，明矾三两，为末。薄糊丸，梧子大。每白汤服五十丸。
冬瓜子为末。温酒服之。
元参（一两二钱）
水二钟，煎一钟，去渣趁热服。盖暖衣被，出汗即愈。小儿减半用之。此方系仙传。
粉甘草（六分） 冰片（四分）
病起一日至六日，男左女右点之，出汗即愈。如过七日，不论男女两眼并点，神效。
陈香糟（六两） 冰姜 菖蒲根（各四两） 盐（二两）
共研匀炒熟为饼，贴胸前痛处，以火熨之，内响即去。如口渴任其吃茶水。待大便利下
恶物，即愈。
上好蒸酒，炖热。将布二块，蘸酒，自胸向下擦抹。如布冷，另换一热布，轮替擦抹。
如此数次，病气下通，即能大便而痊。
此非误下陷胸之症，故治法不同于用汤液。诚补古法之所不及者也。
麦冬（三钱，去心） 乌梅肉（三个） 芫荽梗（三十寸） 灯心（三十寸） 竹叶（三
十片） 红枣（三枚，去核）
水煎热服。 少宰云，此系秘方最效。

加水两钟，煎至一钟，去渣趁热服用。盖上暖和的衣服和被褥，出汗后即可痊愈。小儿用量减半。此方系仙人传授。

上好的蒸酒，炖热。将两块布蘸酒，从胸部向下擦拭。如果布变冷，另换一块热布，轮流擦拭。如此数次，病气下行通畅，就能大便而痊愈。
这不是误下导致的陷胸证，所以治法不同于使用汤剂。这确实弥补了古法的不足。

加水煎煮后热服。少宰说，这是秘方中最有效的。
Hair burnt to ash, taken with water, one qian. Three times daily. This is a secret prescription.
Root of *Kalimeris indica* (Malantou), crushed to extract juice, half a bowl, mixed with wine and taken. Taken once daily. Recovery in half a month.
*Trichosanthes kirilowii* fruit stalk (seven pieces, ground fine) Alum (one qian)
Mixed with "rootless water" (rainwater or dew) and taken, inducing vomiting of phlegm. After five days, take another dose for complete recovery.
Black sheep feces, dried on tiles. Ground into powder, one qian, taken with sugar water.
Aged fine tea, Alum, three qian each, ground into powder. Pounded with rice grains to form pills, size of *Koelreuteria paniculata* seeds. Cinnabar (one qian), ground fine as coating, taken three qian at onset of illness.
True *Curcuma aromatica* (Yujin) seven liang, Ming Alum three liang, ground into powder. Formed into pills with thin starch paste, size of *Koelreuteria paniculata* seeds. Fifty pills taken each time with plain warm water.
*Benincasa hispida* seed powder, taken with warm wine.
Scrophularia root (Shen Shen) (one liang two qian)
Add two zhong of water, decoct to one zhong, remove dregs, and take while hot. Cover with warm clothes and bedding; sweating leads to recovery. Dosage for children is halved. This prescription was transmitted by immortals.
Glycyrrhiza root (Fen Gancao) (six fen) Borneol (Bingpian) (four fen)
From the first to the sixth day of illness, apply to the left eye for males and right eye for females; sweating leads to recovery. If past seven days, apply to both eyes regardless of gender; this is highly effective.
Fermented rice residue (Chen Xiangzao) (six liang) Ginger (Bingjiang) Acorus root (Changpu Gen) (each four liang) Salt (two liang)
Grind together evenly, stir-fry until cooked, and form into cakes. Apply to the painful area on the chest, iron with heat; remove when internal rumbling sounds are heard. If thirsty, allow drinking tea or water. Wait for foul matter to be discharged via stool, then recovery occurs.
Eggshells from which chicks have hatched, soaked in water and taken as soup; sleep ensues.
High-quality steamed liquor, heated. Dip two cloths in the liquor, wipe downwards from the chest. When the cloth cools, replace with a new hot cloth, alternating wiping. After several times, pathogenic qi descends and flows freely, leading to defecation and recovery.
This is not a syndrome of chest collapse due to erroneous purgation, hence the treatment method differs from using decoctions. Indeed, it supplements what ancient methods lacked.

Decoct with water and take hot. Vice Minister stated that this is the most effective among secret prescriptions.
