上一十味，捣罗七味为末，及三味胆汁和丸，如梧桐子大，每服三十丸，食后温熟水下
，随胆汁多少，以丸得为度，如硬入炼蜜少许不妨。
治风热攻目，碜涩疼痛，致倒睫，洗眼蕤仁汤方

上四味，捣罗为末，炼蜜和丸，如梧桐子大，每服二十丸，食后临卧，温熟水下，日再

论述说：脏腑长期积聚风热，向内熏蒸肝经，冲击并发于眼部。起初表现为眼睑肿胀、发红、隐隐作痛且多泪；日久则津液干涩减少，眼睑皮肤紧绷，导致睫毛卷曲倒刺，摩擦瞳孔和角膜。治疗方法应当使倒睫直立，并针刺太阳经使其出血，以及用铍镰刀去除恶血，同时服用祛风退热的药剂。
治疗眼睑紧急、倒睫拳挛的犀角芎散方：
犀角（镑片）、川芎、羚羊角（镑片）、木香、槟榔（煨后锉碎）、茯神（去木质部）、山芋、前胡（去芦头）、牛膝（去苗）、桂枝（去粗皮）、枳壳（去瓤麸炒）、大黄（锉碎炒制，以上各等分）。
以上十二味药，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次服用三钱匕，空腹或食前，用温酒调服。
治疗倒睫拳挛、眼睛如针刺感、目系紧张且有异物感、多生眼屎流泪的木通汤方：
木通（锉碎）、麦门冬（去心焙干）、旋复花、黄芩（去黑心）、茯神（去木质部，各一两）、大黄（锉碎炒制，三分）。
以上六味药，粗捣过筛。每次服用五钱匕，用水一盏半，煎至八分，加入新鲜地黄自然汁一合，再煎至沸腾，加入朴硝末“一字”量，饭后临睡前温服。
治疗风热冲击肝脏、眼睛多倒睫的防风汤方：
防风（去叉）、甘菊花、旋复花、决明子（微炒）、麦门冬（去心焙干）、栀子仁、葳蕤、升麻、秦皮（去粗皮锉碎）、黄连（去须）、甘草（炙，以上各等分）。
以上十一味药，粗捣过筛。每次服用五钱匕，用水一盏半，煎至八分，去渣，饭后临睡前温服。
治疗眼睛逐渐出现倒睫、隐涩疼痛的菊花散方：
菊花、羚羊角（镑片）、蔓荆实（各三分）、玄参（半两）、防风（去叉）、芍药（各一两半）、黄芩（一两）。
以上七味药，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次服用二钱匕，用水一盏，煎至六分，不去渣，加入马牙硝末“一字”量搅匀，饭后临睡前温服。
治疗倒睫赤眼、疼痛睁不开的车前散方：
车前子（二两）、马蹄决明（微炒）、蕤仁（各一两半）、龙胆草、地肤子、菊花、甘草（炙锉，各半两）、青葙子、山栀子仁（各一两）、前胡（去芦头，三分）。
以上十味药，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次服用二钱至三钱匕，空腹时用粟米饮调服，饭后及临睡前再服一次。
治疗倒睫拳挛、摩擦瞳孔的决明丸方：
决明子（微炒）、车前子、山栀子仁、枸杞子、熊胆汁（干燥者亦可，各半两）、黄连（去须）、牵牛子（炒熟）、甘草（炙锉，各三分）、牛胆汁（半合）、猪胆汁（五枚）。
以上十味药，将前七味捣碎过筛成粉末，与后三种胆汁混合制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用三十丸，饭后用温开水送下，根据胆汁的多少调整丸药硬度，以丸药成型为度，如果太硬可加入少许炼蜜。
治疗风热攻目、涩痛导致倒睫的洗眼蕤仁汤方：
蕤仁、秦皮（去粗皮锉碎）、防风（去叉，各一两）、菊花、山栀子仁、葳蕤（各半两）、竹叶（两握）。
以上七味药细锉，用水三升，煎取一升半，去渣，趁热淋洗眼睛，冷了再加热，共进行三次。
治疗倒睫拳挛、眼睛红肿溃烂的二黄丸方：
黄连（去须，一两半）、大黄（锉炒，一两）、细辛（去苗叶）、龙脑（各半两）。
以上四味药，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜和丸，大小如梧桐子。每次服用二十丸，饭后临睡前，用温开水送下，每日两次，小儿酌情减量。
Commentary states: Wind-heat accumulates in the Zang-Fu organs for a long time, internally steaming the Liver Meridian (Liver Channel), and rushing to manifest in the eyes. Initially, there is swelling, redness, dull pain, and excessive tearing. Over time, body fluids become dry and scanty, causing the eyelid skin to tighten, resulting in curled and inverted eyelashes that rub against the cornea and pupil. The treatment method should aim to straighten the inverted eyelashes, puncture the Taiyang Meridian (Bladder Channel) to induce bleeding, use a Pi-Lian knife (a surgical blade) to remove bad blood, and administer formulas that dispel wind and clear heat.
Formula of Xijiao and Xiong for treating tight eyelids, inverted and curled eyelashes:
Rhinoceros Horn (sliced thin), Ligusticum Wallichii Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Antelope Horn (sliced thin), Aucklandia Root (Muxiang), Areca Seed (Binglang, baked and crushed), Poria Cocos (Fushen, woody core removed), Dioscorea Opposita (Shanyu), Peucedanum Root (Qianhu, radix removed), Achyranthes Bidentata Root (Niuxi, sprouts removed), Cinnamon Twig (Gui, outer bark removed), Aurantium Fructus (Zhike, pulp and bran removed), Rheum Palmatum Root (Dahuang, crushed and stir-fried; all in equal parts).
The above twelve ingredients are pounded and sifted into a powder. Take three Qianbi per dose, on an empty stomach or before meals, mixed with warm wine.
Tongue Decoction (Mutong Tang) for treating inverted and curled eyelashes, sensation of needles in the eyes, tension in the eye system, grittiness, excessive discharge and tearing:
Akebia Stem (Mutong, crushed), Ophiopogon Tuber (Mendong, heart removed and baked), Inula Flower (Xuanfuhua), Scutellaria Root (Huangqin, blackened center removed), Poria Cocos (Fushen, woody core removed, each 1 liang), Rheum Palmatum Root (Dahuang, crushed and stir-fried, 3 qian).
The above six ingredients are coarsely pounded and sieved. Take 5 Qianbi per dose, with 1.5 cups of water, decoct until 0.8 cup remains, add 1 he of fresh Rehmannia Root juice (Sheng Dihuang Ziran Zhi), boil again until bubbling, add 1 zi amount of Mirabilite powder (Piaoxiao), and take warm after meals and before retiring.
Fangfeng Decoction for treating wind-heat attacking the Liver, with many inverted eyelashes:
Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng, forked parts removed), Chrysanthemum Flower (Gan Juhua), Inula Flower (Xuanfuhua), Cassia Seed (Juemingzi, lightly stir-fried), Ophiopogon Tuber (Mendong, heart removed and baked), Gardenia Fruit (Zhizi Ren), Polygonatum Rhizome (Weirui), Cimicifuga Rhizome (Shengma), Fraxinus Bark (Qinpi, coarse bark removed and crushed), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian, fibers removed), Licorice Root (Gancao, honey-fried; all in equal parts).
The above eleven ingredients are coarsely pounded and sieved. Take 5 Qianbi per dose, with 1.5 cups of water, decoct until 0.8 cup remains, strain, and take warm after meals and before retiring.
Juahua Powder for treating gradually developing inverted eyelashes, dull dryness and pain:
Chrysanthemum Flower (Juhua), Antelope Horn (Lingyangjiao, sliced thin), Vitex Fruit (Manjingzi, each 3 qian), Scrophularia Root (Xuanshen, 0.5 liang), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng, forked parts removed), Peony Root (Shaoyao, each 1.5 liang), Scutellaria Root (Huangqin, 1 liang).
The above seven ingredients are pounded and sifted into a powder. Take 2 Qianbi per dose, with 1 cup of water, decoct until 0.6 cup remains, do not strain, add 1 zi amount of Sodium Sulfate (Mayaxiao), mix well, and take warm after meals and before retiring.
Cheqian Powder for treating inverted eyelashes, red eyes, pain preventing opening:
Plantago Seed (Cheqianzi, 2 liang), Cassia Seed (Matijueming, lightly stir-fried), Prunus Armeniaca Kernel (Ruiren, each 1.5 liang), Gentiana Root (Longdan), Kochia Fruit ( Difuzi), Chrysanthemum Flower (Juhua), Licorice Root (Gancao, honey-fried and crushed, each 0.5 liang), Celosia Seed (Qingxiangzi), Gardenia Fruit (Shanzhizi Ren, each 1 liang), Peucedanum Root (Qianhu, radix removed, 3 qian).
The above ten ingredients are pounded and sifted into a powder. Take 2 to 3 Qianbi per dose, mixed with millet drink on an empty stomach, and take again after meals and before retiring.
Jueming Pill for treating inverted and curled eyelashes rubbing against the cornea:
Cassia Seed (Juemingzi, lightly stir-fried), Plantago Seed (Cheqianzi), Gardenia Fruit (Shanzhizi Ren), Goji Berry (Gouqizi), Bear Gallbladder Juice (Xiongdan Zhi, dried is acceptable, each 0.5 liang), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian, fibers removed), Pharbitis Seed (Qianniuzi, stir-fried until ripe), Licorice Root (Gancao, honey-fried and crushed, each 3 qian), Ox Gallbladder Juice (Niudan Zhi, 0.5 he), Pig Gallbladder Juice (Zhudan Zhi, 5 pieces).
The above ten ingredients: pound the first seven into powder, and mix with the three types of bile juices to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 30 pills per dose, with warm boiled water after meals. Adjust the pill hardness according to the amount of bile; if too hard, add a little refined honey.
Rui Ren Decoction for washing eyes, treating wind-heat attacking the eyes, grittiness and pain leading to inverted eyelashes:
Prunus Armeniaca Kernel (Ruiren), Fraxinus Bark (Qinpi, coarse bark removed and crushed), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng, forked parts removed, each 1 liang), Chrysanthemum Flower (Juhua), Gardenia Fruit (Shanzhizi Ren), Polygonatum Rhizome (Weirui, each 0.5 liang), Bamboo Leaves (Zhuye, two handfuls).
The above seven ingredients are finely crushed, decocted in 3 sheng of water until 1.5 sheng remains, strained, and used hot to wash the eyes. Re-warm if cooled. Use three times.
Erhuang Pill for treating inverted and curled eyelashes, red and ulcerated eyes:
Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian, fibers removed, 1.5 liang), Rheum Palmatum Root (Dahuang, crushed and stir-fried, 1 liang), Asarum Root (Xixin, sprouts and leaves removed), Borneol (Longnao, each 0.5 liang).
The above four ingredients are pounded and sifted into powder, mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 20 pills per dose, after meals and before retiring, with warm boiled water, twice daily. Reduce dosage for children.
