以上二十四味药，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次用温酒调服二钱匕，至三钱匕。空腹、午食前各服一次。如果出现口干、舌涩、喉中如烟熏感、鼻中辛辣疼痛，这是佳兆。如果症状严重，就煎少许甘豆汤来解除它。

治疗大风眉毛胡须脱落，退皮、去旧爪甲、换骨。苏木煎丸方：
苏枋木（三两，椎碎，依法用酒一斗煎至一碗，去渣）、附子（一枚，炮裂，去皮脐）、乌头（一枚，炮裂）、沉香（研）、没药（研）。

治疗大风疾，眉毛胡须脱落，皮肉已烂成疮的。白花蛇散方：

治疗大风癞，以及痈疽疥癞，骨肉败坏，百节烦痛，眉毛胡须凋落，身体苦痒，目盲耳聋，风疳龋齿。茵芋散方：
茵芋（去粗茎）、附子（炮裂，去皮脐）、天雄（炮裂，去皮脐）、踯躅花（炒至微黄色）、细辛（去芦头，一两半）、白附子（炮裂，去皮脐，煨，切片，各一两）、蔓荆子（去梗，炒出汗，各一两）。
以上十三味药，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次用温酒调服一钱匕。每日两次，夜间一次。在心腹稍空时服用，不要增加剂量。如果唇舌麻木严重，喝少许温甘豆汤止之。

The above twelve ingredients: pound eleven ingredients (excluding the paste) into powder, mix with Zaojia paste, knead evenly, and pound for two thousand strokes. Form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Dry in the sun. Take 20 pills with ginger soup, increasing to 30 pills. Increase dosage slightly for severe cases.

The above four ingredients: pound the first three into powder, mix with Zaojia paste until exhausted. Knead well and form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 15 pills, increasing to 20 pills, at any time, with warm wine. Three times daily.

Take when the heart and abdomen are slightly empty; do not increase the dose. If lip and tongue numbness is severe, drink a little warm Gandou Tang (Sweet Bean Decoction) to stop it.

Shanzhizi (Fructus Gardeniae, peeled, 2.5 liang), Xiong (Radix Chuanxiong, 1.5 liang), Gaoben (Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, de-seeds and soil, 3 fen), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, sliced and dried), Manjingshi (Fructus Viticis, 1 liang each), Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae, de-bristled, 1 liang each).
The above twelve ingredients are pounded and sieved into a powder. Take on an empty stomach daily, 2 qianbi mixed with warm wine, increasing to 3 qianbi. Take again before sleep. After finishing one batch, eyebrows and beard will regrow.
Formula for Kushen Wan (Sophora Pill) to treat Great Wind Leprosy with widespread urticaria, sores resembling rotten peaches and plums persisting for years, and severe cases with hair loss:
Kushen (Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, 16 liang, crushed and pounded to extract 8 liang of powder), Shenggan Dihuang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, dried and pounded to powder, 5.5 liang), Ruxiang (Resina Olibani, half liang, fried soft, cooled, ground, then ground together with Cinnabar powder), Dansha (Cinnabaris, ground, 1.1 liang).

Fangji (Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae, crushed, 1.5 liang), Wushe (Elaphe carinata, soaked in wine, skin and bones removed, roasted, 3 liang), Duhuo (Radix Angelicae Pubescentis, de-rhizome), Qinjiao (Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae, de-seeds and soil), Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae, crushed), Renshen (Radix Ginseng, crushed), Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, lightly fried), Shanzhizi (Fructus Gardeniae, fried, horns removed), Baifuling (Poria, black skin removed), Huajiao (Pericarpium Zanthoxyli, fried to sweat, closed ones and seeds removed, 1 liang each), Xuanshen (Radix Scrophulariae, 2 liang).
The above twenty-two ingredients are pounded and sieved into a powder. Take on an empty stomach, before meals, and before sleep, 2 qianbi mixed with warm wine, gradually increasing to 3 qianbi.
Formula for Lingyang Jiao Yin (Antelope Horn Drink) to treat Great Wind Leprosy with sores on the body, facial edema, loss of eyebrows and sideburns, and limb numbness:
Lingyangjiao (Cornu Saigae Tataricae, shaved), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, honey-fried, crushed, 3 fen each), Duhuo (Radix Angelicae Pubescentis, de-rhizome), Shanzhiren (Semen Gardeniae, 1.5 liang each), Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae, de-bristled, 1 liang), Zhiqiao (Fructus Aurantii, removed pith, bran-fried), Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae, honey-fried, crushed), Jili (Semen Tribuli, fried), Danshen (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, de-seeds and soil, lightly roasted), Xuanshen (Radix Scrophulariae), Mutong (Caulis Akebiae, crushed, 1 liang each).
The above eleven ingredients are coarsely pounded and sifted. Take 5 qianbi, decoct in one cup of water to obtain 0.7 cups, strain, and take warm. Once after morning meal and once before sleep daily.
Formula for Loulu Tang (Rhinacanthus Decoction) to treat Great Wind Leprosy with body sores, loss of eyebrows and sideburns, itching with yellow fluid upon scratching:
Loulu (Radix Rhinanthi, de-rhizome), Wushe (Elaphe carinata, skin and bones removed, wine-roasted), Duhuo (Radix Angelicae Pubescentis, de-rhizome), Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae, honey-fried), Bailian (Radix Belamcandae), Baifuling (Poria, black skin removed), Puhuang (Pollen Typhae, nine-joint, rice wash decoction, skimmed, dried), Zhishi (Fructus Aurantii Immaturus, removed pith, bran-fried), Shanzhiren (Semen Gardeniae, 1.1 liang), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum, calcined).
The above eighteen ingredients are cut like hemp seeds. Take 5 qianbi, decoct in 1.5 cups of water to obtain 1 cup, strain, and take warm. To promote bowel movement, take twice on an empty stomach and before sleep.
Formula for Cezi Wan (Aconite Side Root Pill) to treat Great Wind Leprosy with loss of eyebrows and beard, body sores, distension and numbness of hands and feet, contracture, but intact nasal bridge:
Cezi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, cracked and processed, skin and navel removed, 1.3 liang), Baizhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, lightly fried), Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, cracked and processed, skin and navel removed), Tianma (Rhizoma Gastrodiae, wine-soaked, sliced, dried), Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mammi), Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae), Renshen (Radix Ginseng), Shanyao (Rhizoma Dioscoreae).
The above thirteen ingredients are pounded and sieved into powder, mixed with refined honey, and formed into pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 30 pills on an empty stomach with warm wine, twice daily, gradually increasing to 50 pills. Mild numbness of lips and tongue indicates efficacy. Avoid external wind carefully.
Formula for Ruxiang Wan (Olibanum Pill) to treat sudden loss of eyebrows and beard in Great Wind Leprosy:
Ruxiang (Resina Olibani, fried soft, cooled, ground), Renshen (Radix Ginseng), Zishen (Radix Codonopsis? Or possibly another herb named Zishen, remove soil and shoots), Shashen (Radix Adenophorae, remove soil and shoots), Xuanshen (Radix Scrophulariae, remove soil and shoots), Kushen (Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, crushed and pounded).
The above nine ingredients are pounded and sieved into powder, mixed with refined honey, and formed into pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 20 pills with wine after meals, twice daily and once at night. Recovery within 100 days. Bleeding from both nostrils within 60 days is a sign of recovery.
Formula for Cebai Wan (Platycladus Pill) to promote growth of eyebrows and beard in Great Wind Leprosy:
Cebaiye (Cacumen Platycladi, any amount).
The above single ingredient is steamed and sun-dried nine times, pounded and sieved into powder, mixed with refined honey, and formed into pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 50 pills with cooked water on an empty stomach, before meals, and before sleep. Hair grows within 100 days.
Legal Process Castor Bean Formula to treat Great Wind disease with eyebrow loss:
Bimazi (Semen Ricini, any amount, peeled), soaked in Huanglian water for seven days. Take 4 grains, on an empty stomach with Huanglian water. Take for one month, until limbs swell, prick with needle to drain fluid. Take for another month to permanently eradicate the root.
Cypress Fat Fermented Wine to treat Great Wind Leprosy, promoting hair growth and thickening eyebrows and sideburns:
Liancheng Bozhi (Refined Cypress Resin, 10 jin, ground to powder, refined like pine resin), Nuomi (Glutinous Rice, 1 dan), Xiqu (Fine Qu, 15 jin), Duanshi (Calcined Lime, 1 dan).
