论曰肛门者，大肠之候，若小儿大肠虚冷，久痢不已， 气于下，里急后重，或致用力
，则其气下坠，故令肛门脱出，是为下痢脱肛之病。
治小儿腹中积冷，脱肛疼痛不入。鳖头丸方
鳖头（炙焦） 皮（炙焦各一枚） 磁石（ 醋淬七遍四两）
上三味，捣罗为末，炼蜜丸如绿豆大，每服五丸至七丸，温酒空腹下。三岁以上，稍增
丸数。
治小儿下痢久不瘥，肛肠下脱方
用大蜘蛛湿纸裹，烧焦存性，入麝香少许，同研细，先用温汤淋洗肛边，软帛 干，掺
药敷之立效。
治小儿痢后，肠头脱出。蚺蛇胆丸方
蚺蛇胆（去皮汤浸软一枚） 乌梅（焙干七枚） 芜荑仁（炒研） 黄连（去须各一两）
上四味，捣研三味为细末，以蚺蛇胆和捣，如硬更加炼蜜少许和丸，如麻子大，每服
三丸至五丸，米饮下日三，更量儿大小加减。
治小儿脱肛。黄连丸方
黄连（去须） 黄柏（去粗皮炙各半两）
上二味，捣罗为末，炼蜜和丸，如麻子大，每服五丸至七丸，早晚食前米饮下，更量儿
大小加减。
治小儿因患泻痢后，脱肛不得收。地龙散方
地龙（炒） 干姜（炮） 当归（切焙） 缩砂仁（各一分）
上四味，捣罗为散，每服半钱匕，生蜜少许和，热酒调下、日三。
治小儿脱肛，先用洗药。蛇床子散方
蛇床子 藜芦 槐白枝 苦参 芜荑仁 白矾（各一两）
上六味，捣罗为散，每用半两，水三升，煎取一升，密室中洗肛门，一日一度，仍敷后
方黄 散。
治小儿脱肛，洗后。黄 散敷方
黄 （锉炒三分） 附子（去皮脐生用） 桑黄（蜜炙熟各一两） 白矾（烧灰半两）
上四味，捣罗为散，以新绵 、药敷之，更以手 入肠头。
治小儿脱肛。方
莨菪子（炒） 橡实（五枚） 曼陀罗（一枚）
上三味，捣罗为末，干掺在上，以手按入，续令嚏喷，更不脱下。
治小儿脱肛。鳖头散方
鳖头（一枚烧灰存性） 莨菪子（炒三分）
上二味，捣罗为散，先以新砖一片烧赤，以醋半升泼之，候冷热得所，即掺药于砖上坐
之，三两次即瘥。
治小儿久痢，肠头挺出。黄连丸方
黄连（一两去须微炒） 蚺蛇胆（半两） 芜荑（一两微炒）
上三味，捣罗为末，用软饭和丸，如绿豆大，每服以粥饮下五丸，日三四服，量儿大小
，以意加减。
论述说：肛门是大肠的外候，如果小儿大肠虚寒，久痢不止，气陷于下，伴有里急后重，或者因为用力排便，导致气机下坠，从而使肛门脱出，这就是下痢脱肛的病证。
治疗小儿腹中积冷，脱肛疼痛不能回纳的方剂：鳖头丸方
鳖头（炙至焦黑）一枚，皮（炙至焦黑）一枚，磁石四两（用醋淬炼七遍）。
以上三味药，捣碎过筛成细末，用炼蜜制成如绿豆大小的丸药。每次服用五丸到七丸，空腹时用温酒送服。三岁以上儿童，可适当增加丸数。
治疗小儿下痢日久不愈，肛肠脱出的方剂：
取大蜘蛛一只，用湿纸包裹，烧焦保留药性，加入少许麝香，共同研成细末。先用温水清洗肛门周围，用软布擦干，将药粉敷在患处，立即见效。
治疗小儿痢疾后，直肠脱出的方剂：蚺蛇胆丸方
蚺蛇胆一枚（去皮，用汤浸泡至软），乌梅七枚（焙干），芜荑仁（炒后研碎），黄连一两（去须）。
以上四味药，将除蚺蛇胆外的三味药捣研成细末，用蚺蛇胆汁调和捣匀，如果太硬可加少许炼蜜和丸，制成如麻子大小的丸药。每次服用三丸到五丸，用米饮送服，每日三次，并根据患儿大小酌情增减剂量。
治疗小儿脱肛的方剂：黄连丸方
黄连（去须），黄柏半两（去粗皮，炙）。
以上两味药，捣碎过筛成细末，用炼蜜和丸，制成如麻子大小的丸药。每次服用五丸到七丸，早晚饭前用米饮送服，并根据患儿大小酌情增减剂量。
治疗小儿因患泻痢后，脱肛不能收回的方剂：地龙散方
地龙（炒），干姜（炮制），当归（切片焙干），缩砂仁各一分。
以上四味药，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次服用半钱匕，加少许生蜜调和，用热酒调服，每日三次。
治疗小儿脱肛，先使用洗剂的方剂：蛇床子散方
蛇床子、藜芦、槐白枝、苦参、芜荑仁、白矾各一两。
以上六味药，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次取半两，加水三升，煎取一升药液，在密室中清洗肛门，每日一次，随后敷上方中的黄散。
治疗小儿脱肛，清洗后敷药的方剂：黄散敷方
黄三分（锉碎炒制），附子半两（去皮脐，生用），桑黄一两（用蜜炙熟），白矾半两（烧成灰）。
以上四味药，捣碎过筛成散剂，用新棉蘸药粉敷在患处，更用手将脱出的肠头推入。
治疗小儿脱肛的方剂：
莨菪子（炒），橡实五枚，曼陀罗一枚。
以上三味药，捣碎过筛成细末，直接干撒在患处，用手按压使其复位，并令其连续打喷嚏，之后不再脱出。
治疗小儿脱肛的方剂：鳖头散方
鳖头一枚（烧成灰保留药性），莨菪子三分（炒）。
以上两味药，捣碎过筛成散剂。先取一块新砖烧红，泼上半升醋，待温度适宜时，让患儿坐在撒有药粉的砖上，两三次即可痊愈。
治疗小儿久痢，直肠挺出的方剂：黄连丸方
黄连一两（去须，微炒），蚺蛇胆半两，芜荑一两（微炒）。
以上三味药，捣碎过筛成细末，用软饭和丸，制成如绿豆大小的丸药。每次用粥饮送服五丸，每日三四次，根据患儿大小酌情增减剂量。
Commentary states: The anus is the external manifestation of the Large Intestine (大肠). If a child suffers from deficiency-cold in the Large Intestine with chronic dysentery that does not cease, Qi sinks downward, accompanied by tenesmus (里急后重), or due to straining during defecation causing Qi to collapse downward, the anus may prolapse. This condition is known as dysentery-induced anal prolapse (下痢脱肛).
Formula for treating cold accumulation in the abdomen of children with painful anal prolapse that cannot be reduced: Die Tou Wan (Turtle Head Pill)
Die Tou (Turtle head, roasted until charred) one piece; Pi (Turtle shell, roasted until charred) one piece; Cishi (Magnetite, four taels, quenched seven times in vinegar).
The above three ingredients are crushed, sieved into fine powder, and mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of mung beans. Take 5 to 7 pills per dose, on an empty stomach, washed down with warm wine. For children over three years old, the number of pills may be slightly increased.
Formula for treating persistent anal prolapse due to long-standing dysentery in children:
Take one large spider, wrap it in wet paper, roast until charred but retain its medicinal properties. Add a small amount of Shexiang (Moschus/Musk) and grind together into a fine powder. First, wash the area around the anus with warm water, dry gently with soft cloth, and apply the powder to the affected area for immediate effect.
Formula for treating rectal prolapse after dysentery in children: Ran She Dan Wan (Python Gallbladder Pill)
Ran She Dan (Gallbladder of Python, skin removed, soaked soft in hot water) one piece; Wumei (Mume fruit, baked dry) seven pieces; Wuyi Ren (Seed of Trogopterus dung beetle, stir-fried and ground); Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome, one tael, remove stamens).
The above four ingredients: Crush and grind the three solid ingredients into fine powder. Mix with Ran She Dan (Python gallbladder juice) and knead. If too hard, add a little refined honey. Form pills the size of hemp seeds. Take 3 to 5 pills per dose, washed down with rice drink, three times daily. Adjust dosage according to the child's age and size.
Formula for treating anal prolapse in children: Huanglian Wan (Coptis Pill)
Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome, remove stamens); Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark, half a tael, remove rough bark, roasted).
The above two ingredients are crushed, sieved into fine powder, and mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Take 5 to 7 pills per dose, morning and evening before meals, washed down with rice drink. Adjust dosage according to the child's age and size.
Formula for treating anal prolapse that cannot be reduced after diarrhea/dysentery in children: Dilong San (Earthworm Powder)
Dilong (Pheretima/Earthworm, stir-fried); Ganjiang (Dried Ginger, processed); Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root, sliced and baked); Suaren (Amomum Fruit, each one fen).
The above four ingredients are crushed and sieved into powder. Take half a qianbi (approx. 1-2 grams) per dose, mix with a little raw honey, and take with warm wine, three times daily.
Pre-wash formula for treating anal prolapse in children: Shechuangzi San (Cnidium Powder)
Shechuangzi (Cnidium Fruit); Lilu (Veratrum Nigrum Rhizome); Huaibai Zhi (Branch of Chinese Hackberry tree); Kushen (Sophora Root); Wuyi Ren (Seed of Trogopterus dung beetle); Baifan (Alum, each one tael).
The above six ingredients are crushed and sieved into powder. Use half a liang (approx. 30 grams) per dose, add three sheng (approx. 600 ml) of water, decoct to obtain one sheng (approx. 200 ml). Wash the anus in a sealed room once daily. After washing, apply the following Huangsan (Yellow Powder).
Post-wash application formula for treating anal prolapse in children: Huangsan Application Formula
Huang (Astragalus Root, cut and roasted) three qian; Fuzi (Aconite Lateral Root, peeled and navel removed, used raw) half a liang; Sanghuang (Fomes Officinalis, honey-roasted cooked) one tael; Baifan (Alum, burned to ash) half a liang.
The above four ingredients are crushed and sieved into powder. Dip new cotton wool into the medicine and apply to the area. Then, use hand to manually reduce the prolapsed rectum.
Formula for treating anal prolapse in children: Langdang Zi (Datura Seed) Formula
Langdang Zi (Datura Seed, stir-fried); Xiangshi (Oak Acorn) five pieces; Tuoluo (Datura Flower) one piece.
The above three ingredients are crushed and sieved into fine powder. Apply the dry powder directly to the prolapse, press it back in with hand, and induce sneezing continuously to prevent further prolapse.
Formula for treating anal prolapse in children: Die Tou San (Turtle Head Powder)
Die Tou (Turtle head, burned to ash retaining properties) one piece; Langdang Zi (Datura Seed, stir-fried) three qian.
The above two ingredients are crushed and sieved into powder. Heat a new brick until red-hot, pour half a sheng (approx. 200 ml) of vinegar on it. When the temperature is suitable, have the child sit on the brick sprinkled with the powder. Two or three applications will cure the condition.
Formula for treating rectal prolapse due to chronic dysentery in children: Huanglian Wan (Coptis Pill)
Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome, one tael, remove stamens, lightly stir-fried); Ran She Dan (Gallbladder of Python) half a liang; Wuyi (Seed of Trogopterus dung beetle, one tael, lightly stir-fried).
The above three ingredients are crushed and sieved into fine powder. Mix with soft cooked rice to form pills the size of mung beans. Take 5 pills per dose washed down with porridge drink, three to four times daily. Adjust dosage according to the child's age and size.
