Discussion states: Children's Spleen and Stomach Qi are weak; if care is not taken, it leads to dysfunction of the Sanjiao (Triple Burner). Milk and food fail to digest, accumulating into Phlegm. The Phlegm flows into the hypochondrium, where Cold pathogen attacks it, forming a mass (Pi Ji).
