The above six herbs: pound and sieve four herbs into powder, mix evenly with the other two ground herbs. Each dose is half qianbi, taken with cooked honey water; mint cooked water is also acceptable. Adjust dosage according to the child's age and size.

Take one gallbladder of a yellow ox in the twelfth lunar month, select good quality Tiannanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma), process it, remove skin and umbilicus, pound into fine powder, fill into the gallbladder, tie tightly, dry in a ventilated place, remove the gallbladder skin to obtain the medicine. For every one liang of this medicine, add ten small pieces of Jinbo (Gold Foil) [Aurum] and Yinbo (Silver Foil) [Argentum], one and a half qian of Dansha (Cinnabar) [Cinnabaris], one zi of Longnao (Borneolum Syntheticum) [Borneolum Syntheticum] and Shexiang (Musk) [Moschus], grind extremely finely, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a corn kernel.
