Commentary states: The *Neijing* (Inner Canon) mentions that when a disease originates from the "One Yang," it manifests as shortness of breath, frequent coughing, and frequent diarrhea. If this condition transmits, it becomes Xinche (Heart Palpitation/Drawback). The Heart belongs to Ministerial Fire (Jun Huo), and the Sanjiao (Triple Burner) belongs to Ministerial Fire (Xiang Huo). When Qi and Blood are in harmony, and the Sanjiao's ascending and descending functions are normal, the Spirit (Shen Ming) remains stable and tranquil. Once the Sanjiao is diseased, it leads to coughing above, diarrhea below, and shortness of breath, causing the Heart Fire to resonate with it and become restless. The sensation of movement resembling pulling or tugging constitutes the manifestation of this syndrome.
