论曰紫癜风之状。皮肤生紫点。搔之皮起而不痒痛是也。此由风邪挟湿。客在腠理。荣
卫壅滞。不得宣流。蕴瘀皮肤。致令色紫。故名紫癜风。
治紫癜风。大效。酸石榴丸方

上一味。研末。用生姜自然汁。同煎成膏。每浴罢。以药揩之令热。
治紫癜风点点相连。五倍子膏方
五倍子（一分捣为细末） 腻粉（二钱） 砒霜（研细半钱）
上三味。同研匀细。以醋调为膏。盛以瓷合。每浴罢。匀揩患处。速着衣慎风。仍便洗
手。

附子（生用去皮脐一枚） 石硫黄（别研半两）
上二味。捣研为细散。入胡粉一分。腻粉少许。同繁柳汁和匀。临卧揩三五遍。早晨温
浆洗去。不过三五夜瘥。
治紫癜风。牡蛎散方
牡蛎 胆矾（各半两）
上二味。生用为散。酽醋调摩患处。
治紫癜风并白癜风。胡桃涂方
初结青胡桃（一颗取外皮用） 石硫黄（一皂子许研如粉）
上二味。先取胡桃皮切研如膏。入硫黄末和匀涂之。
治紫癜风。灰 涂方
灰 （不拘多少烧灰用纸衬淋取汁炼令如膏约两匙许） 雄黄 丹砂 腻粉 麝香 虾
蟆灰 石硫黄 矾石（各一钱）
上八味。将七味同研如粉。与炼了灰 浓汁。搅煎如膏涂之。干即易膏。硬以醋润之。
治紫癜风。羊蹄根涂方
羊蹄根（捣绞自然汁半合） 生姜（研绞自然汁半合） 石硫黄（四钱研如粉）
上三味。将二汁与硫黄末。同研令粘。涂患处。一日不得洗。不过两上瘥。
论述说：紫癜风的症状表现是，皮肤上出现紫色斑点，搔抓时皮肤隆起但并不感到瘙痒或疼痛。这是由于风邪夹带湿气，侵袭停留在腠理（皮肤与肌肉之间的间隙），导致营气（行于脉中的精气）和卫气（行于脉外的阳气）壅滞不通，无法宣通流畅，瘀积在皮肤之中，致使肤色变紫，因此命名为紫癜风。
治疗紫癜风，效果显著的大效酸石榴丸方：
酸石榴（十颗，去皮，用瓷盆盛放，放在饭上蒸烂，绞取汁液）、梨（二十颗，去皮核，研磨绞取汁液）、羌活（去芦头）、人参、防风（去叉枝）、干薄荷叶（以上各一两）、茺蔚子、白附子（炮制）、苦参、犀角（镑成薄片）。
以上十一味药，除去两种汁液外，将其他药物捣碎过筛成粉末，将汁液熬制成膏状，混合药末制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用二十丸，温酒送服，不限时间。
治疗紫癜风的白花蛇散方：
白花蛇（酒浸，去皮骨，炙烤，二两）、麻黄（去根节）、天麻、何首乌（去黑皮）、天南星（炮制）、白芷（炒）、防风（去叉枝）。
以上十六味药（注：原文列举似乎不全，依原文结构处理），将十五味药捣碎过筛成散剂，加入磁石研磨均匀。每次服用二钱匕，饭前用温酒调服。
治疗隐疹（风团）及紫癜风的乌蛇散方：
乌蛇（酒浸，去皮骨，炙烤）、防风（去叉枝）、羌活（去芦头）、人参、玄参、沙参、苦参、丹参、白附子（炮制）、蒺藜子（炒去刺，以上各一两）。
以上十味药，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次服用一钱匕，温酒调服。
治疗紫癜风的防风散方：
防风（去叉枝）、蝎梢（炒，以上各一两）、白花蛇头（二枚，酒浸，炙烤）。
以上三味药，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次服用一钱匕，温酒调服。
治疗紫癜风的硫黄膏方：
石硫黄（用量不拘）。
以上一味药，研成粉末，用生姜自然汁，共同煎煮成膏状。每次洗澡后，用药涂抹患处并搓擦至发热。
治疗紫癜风斑点相连的五倍子膏方：
五倍子（一分，捣为细末）、腻粉（二钱）、砒霜（研细半钱）。
以上三味药，共同研磨均匀，用醋调成膏状，盛放在瓷盒中。每次洗澡后，均匀涂抹患处，迅速穿衣以防风，之后洗手。
治疗紫癜风斑点的附子硫黄散方：
附子（生用，去皮脐，一枚）、石硫黄（另研，半两）。
以上两味药，捣研成细散，加入胡粉一分、腻粉少许，同柳枝汁调和均匀。临睡前涂抹三五遍，早晨用温浆水洗净，不超过三五夜即可痊愈。
治疗紫癜风的牡蛎散方：
牡蛎、胆矾（以上各半两）。
以上两味药，生用研成散剂，用浓醋调匀摩擦患处。
治疗紫癜风及白癜风的胡桃涂方：
初结的青胡桃（一颗，取外皮使用）、石硫黄（如皂子大小，研如粉）。
以上两味药，先取胡桃皮切碎研磨如膏状，加入硫黄末调和均匀涂抹。
治疗紫癜风的灰汁涂方：
灰汁（不拘多少，烧灰后用纸衬过滤取汁，炼制成膏，约两匙许）、雄黄、丹砂、腻粉、麝香、虾蟆灰、石硫黄、矾石（以上各一钱）。
以上八味药，将七味药共同研磨成粉，与炼制好的灰汁浓液搅拌煎煮成膏状涂抹。干了就更换新膏，硬了就用醋润湿。
治疗紫癜风的羊蹄根涂方：
羊蹄根（捣绞取自然汁半合）、生姜（研绞取自然汁半合）、石硫黄（四钱，研如粉）。
以上三味药，将两种汁液与硫黄末共同研磨至粘稠，涂抹患处。一天内不得清洗，不超过两次即可痊愈。
Commentary states: The manifestation of Zidian Feng (Purpura Wind) is characterized by purple spots appearing on the skin; scratching causes the skin to rise but without itching or pain. This condition arises from Wind pathogen carrying Dampness, lodging in the Couli (interstices between skin and muscle), causing stagnation of Ying Qi (nutritive qi) and Wei Qi (defensive qi), preventing their free circulation. The accumulation and stasis in the skin result in a purple color, hence named Zidian Feng.
Treatment for Zidian Feng, the highly effective Suan Shiliu Wan (Acid Pomegranate Pill) formula:
Suan Shiliu (Acid Pomegranate, 10 fruits, peel removed, steamed until soft in a porcelain bowl, juice extracted); Li (Pear, 20 fruits, peel and core removed, ground and juice extracted); Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, rhizome removed); Renshen (Ginseng Radix); Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, forked branches removed); Gan Bohe Ye (Dried Menthae Haplocalycis Folium, each 1 liang); Chongweizi (Leonuri Fructus); Baifuzi (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix, processed); Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix); Xijiao (Rhinocerotis Cornu).
The above eleven ingredients: excluding the two juices, grind the remaining herbs into powder. Boil the juices down to a paste, mix with the powder to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 20 pills per dose, washed down with warm wine, at any time.
Baihua She San (White Flower Snake Powder) for treating Zidian Feng:
Baihua She (Agkistrodon, soaked in wine, skin and bones removed, roasted, 2 liang); Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba, roots and joints removed); Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma); Heshouwu (Polygoni Multiflori Radix, black skin removed); Tiannanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma, processed); Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, stir-fried); Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, forked branches removed).
The above sixteen ingredients (Note: text lists fewer than sixteen explicitly): Grind fifteen ingredients into powder. Add Cishi (Magnetitum) and grind uniformly. Take 2 qianbi per dose, mixed with warm wine before meals.
Wushe San (Black Snake Powder) for treating Yin Zhen (Urticaria) and Zidian Feng:
Wushe (Agkistrodon, soaked in wine, skin and bones removed, roasted); Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, forked branches removed); Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, rhizome removed); Renshen (Ginseng Radix); Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix); Shashen (Glehniae Radix); Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix); Danshen (Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix); Baifuzi (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix, processed); Jilizi (Tribuli Fructus, stir-fried and thorns removed, each 1 liang).
The above ten ingredients: Grind into powder. Take 1 qianbi per dose, mixed with warm wine.
Fangfeng San (Saposhnikovia Powder) for treating Zidian Feng:
Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, forked branches removed); Xeshao (Scorpio tail tip, stir-fried, each 1 liang); Baihua She Tou (Head of Agkistrodon, 2 pieces, soaked in wine, roasted).
The above three ingredients: Grind into powder. Take 1 qianbi per dose, mixed with warm wine.
Liuhuang Gao (Sulfur Ointment) for treating Zidian Feng:
Shi Liuhuang (Realgar/Sulfur, amount unspecified).
The above single ingredient: Grind into powder. Cook with fresh Ginger Juice (Shengjiang Ziran Zhi) until it forms an ointment. After bathing, apply the medicine to the affected area and rub until warm.
Wubeizi Gao (Chinese Gall Ointment) for treating connected Zidian Feng spots:
Wubeizi (Chinese Gall, 1 fen, ground into fine powder); Nifen (Calomel, 2 qian); Pishuang (Arsenic Trioxide, finely ground, half qian).
The above three ingredients: Grind together uniformly. Mix with vinegar to form an ointment. Store in a porcelain container. After bathing, apply evenly to the affected area. Dress quickly to avoid wind exposure, then wash hands.
Fuzi Liuhuang San (Aconite and Sulfur Powder) for treating Zidian Feng spots:
Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Root, raw use, peel and navel removed, 1 piece); Shi Liuhuang (Sulfur, separately ground, half liang).
The above two ingredients: Grind into fine powder. Add Hufen (Lead Carbonate/Whiting, 1 fen) and a small amount of Nifen (Calomel). Mix uniformly with Liu Zhi (Willow Branch Juice). Rub onto the affected area 3-5 times before sleep. Wash off with warm Jiangshui (fermented grain liquid) in the morning. It will heal within 3-5 nights.
Muli San (Oyster Shell Powder) for treating Zidian Feng:
Muli (Oyster Shell); Danfan (Chalcanthite, each half liang).
The above two ingredients: Use raw, grind into powder. Mix with strong vinegar and rub onto the affected area.
Hetao Tu (Walnut Application) for treating Zidian Feng and Baidianfeng (Vitiligo):
Qing Hetao (Green Walnut, 1 fruit, use the outer green skin); Shi Liuhuang (Sulfur, amount like a soap bean, ground to powder).
The above two ingredients: First, chop and grind the walnut skin into a paste. Mix with sulfur powder and apply.
Hui Zhi Tu (Ash Juice Application) for treating Zidian Feng:
Hui Zhi (Ash Juice, amount unspecified, made by burning, filtering through paper, and refining into a paste, approx. 2 spoons); Xionghuang (Realgar); Dansha (Cinnabar); Nifen (Calomel); Muxiang (Musk); Xama Hui (Toad Ash); Shi Liuhuang (Sulfur); Fanshi (Alum, each 1 qian).
The above eight ingredients: Grind seven ingredients into powder. Stir and cook with the refined thick ash juice until it becomes an ointment. Apply. Replace when dry. Moisten with vinegar if hard.
Yangti Gen Tu (Rumex Root Application) for treating Zidian Feng:
Yangti Gen (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma / Rumex root, crushed to extract half he of natural juice); Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger, crushed to extract half he of natural juice); Shi Liuhuang (Sulfur, 4 qian, ground to powder).
The above three ingredients: Mix the two juices with sulfur powder until sticky. Apply to the affected area. Do not wash for one day. It will heal within two applications.
