论曰肾心痛者，心痛与背相引，善螈 ，如物从后触其心，身伛偻者是也，盖足少阴之
脉，贯脊属肾，其直者上贯肝膈，入肺中，其支者，从肺出络心，注胸中，今肾虚逆气乘心，
故其痛与背相引善螈 。如物触其心也。
治肾寒气逆上奔，心痛引背。乌头丸方
乌头（炮裂去皮脐一两） 赤石脂 干姜（炮裂各半两） 桂（去粗皮三分） 蜀椒（去
目及
闭口炒出汗一分）
上五味，捣罗为末，炼蜜丸如梧桐子大，每服十丸，温酒下，温水亦可，日二、空心服
治肾心痛，如物从背触心，牵脊伛偻。桃花散方
桃花（半升焙干） 苦参（一两半）
上二味，捣罗为散，每服三钱匕，以酒水各半盏，煎沸调下，空心日午夜卧各一服。

蜀椒（去目并闭口炒出汗） 芍药 桔梗（炒） 细辛（去苗叶） 桂（去粗皮） 干
姜（炮裂

上七味，捣罗为末，炼蜜和丸，梧桐子大，每服十五丸，空心温酒下、日二服。
治肾心痛引脊背，如物所触。巴戟丸方
巴戟天（去心） 香子（炒） 肉苁蓉（酒浸切焙） 人参 附子（大者炮裂去脐皮）
青橘
皮（汤浸去白焙各一两） 槟榔（锉半两）
上七味，捣罗为末，别用羊肾二对，细切去筋膜，入盐半两，同研细，将药末同研得所，
如干即入炼蜜，丸梧桐子大，每服空心、盐汤下二十丸。
治肾寒气逆上乘心痛。高良姜汤方
高良姜 浓朴（去粗皮生姜汁炙） 桂（去粗皮各三两） 当归（切焙二两）
上四味，粗捣筛，每服五钱匕，以水一盏半，煎取八分，去滓食前温服。日二。
治肾心气痛。金锁丸方
附子（炮裂去皮脐） 青橘皮（汤浸去白焙） 桂（去粗皮各一两） 砂（半两研） 巴
戟天
（去心一两） 人参 山茱萸 吴茱萸（汤洗焙干炒各半两）
上八味，捣研为末，酒煮面糊丸，梧桐子大，别研丹砂为衣，每服十五丸，温酒或盐汤
下，空心日午夜卧服。
治肾心气痛连背脊。 砂丸方
砂（别研一分） 荜澄茄 人参 沉香（锉） 桔梗（炒各半两） 木香（一分） 槟
榔（大者
锉） 肉豆蔻仁（各一两） 丁香（大者二七枚）
上九味，捣罗为末，面糊和丸，如绿豆大，每服五丸至七丸，煎人参汤下，空心日午临

论述说：所谓肾心痛，是指心前区疼痛并向背部牵引，伴有肢体抽搐（肌肉痉挛），感觉像有东西从背后撞击心脏，身体弯曲驼背的症状。这是因为足少阴肾经的经脉，贯穿脊柱并归属于肾脏，其直行部分向上穿过肝脏和膈肌，进入肺部；其分支从肺出，联络心脏，注入胸中。如今肾虚导致逆气上乘于心，所以疼痛与背部相互牵引，并伴有抽搐，感觉像有物触碰心脏。
治疗肾寒之气逆上奔冲，引起心痛牵引背部。乌头丸方
乌头（炮制裂开，去皮及脐，一两） 赤石脂 干姜（炮制裂开，各半两） 桂枝（去除粗皮，三分） 蜀椒（去除目及闭口者，炒至出汗，一分）
以上五味药，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用十丸，用温酒送服，温水也可以，每日两次，空腹服用。
治疗肾心痛，感觉像有东西从背部触碰心脏，牵拉脊柱导致身体弯曲驼背。桃花散方

以上两味药，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次服用三钱匕，用酒和水各半盏，煎沸后调服，分别在空腹时、半夜及睡前各服一次。
治疗肾心痛与背部相互牵引，身体弯曲驼背。蜀椒丸方
蜀椒（去除目及闭口者，炒至出汗） 芍药 桔梗（炒） 细辛（去苗叶） 桂枝（去除粗皮） 干姜（炮制裂开，各三分） 附子（炮制裂开，去皮及脐，一分）
以上七味药，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜调和制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用十五丸，空腹时用温酒送服，每日两次。
治疗肾心痛牵引脊背，感觉像被物体触碰。巴戟丸方
巴戟天（去心） 香子（炒） 肉苁蓉（酒浸后切片焙干） 人参 附子（大的，炮制裂开，去脐皮） 青橘皮（汤浸后去白瓤焙干，各一两） 槟榔（锉碎，半两）
以上七味药，捣碎过筛成粉末。另外取羊肾二对，细细切碎，去除筋膜，加入盐半两，一同研细。将药末混合研匀，如果太干则加入炼蜜，制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次空腹时，用盐汤送服二十丸。
治疗肾寒之气逆上乘袭引起的心痛。高良姜汤方
高良姜 厚朴（去除粗皮，用生姜汁炙） 桂枝（去除粗皮，各三两） 当归（切后焙干，二两）
以上四味药，粗捣筛过。每次服用五钱匕，用水一盏半，煎取八分，去渣滓，饭前温服。每日两次。
治疗肾心气痛。金锁丸方
附子（炮制裂开，去皮及脐） 青橘皮（汤浸后去白瓤焙干） 桂枝（去除粗皮，各一两） 丹砂（半两，研细） 巴戟天（去心，一两） 人参 山茱萸 吴茱萸（汤洗后焙干炒，各半两）
以上八味药，捣碎研成粉末，用酒煮面糊制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。另外将丹砂研细作为衣层包裹药丸。每次服用十五丸，用温酒或盐汤送服，分别在空腹时、半夜及睡前服用。
治疗肾心气痛牵连背脊。硃砂丸方
丹砂（另研，一分） 荜澄茄 人参 沉香（锉碎） 桔梗（炒，各半两） 木香（一分） 槟榔（大的，锉碎） 肉豆蔻仁（各一两） 丁香（大的，十四枚）
以上九味药，捣碎过筛成粉末，用面糊调和制成丸剂，大小如绿豆。每次服用五丸至七丸，煎人参汤送服，分别在空腹时、中午及临睡前服用。
It is stated that "Kidney Heartache" refers to pain in the heart region radiating to the back, accompanied by spasms (muscle convulsions), a sensation as if an object is striking the heart from behind, and a stooped posture. This occurs because the Foot-Shaoyin Kidney Meridian passes through the spine and connects with the Kidneys; its straight branch ascends through the Liver and Diaphragm into the Lungs, while its branch emerges from the Lungs, links with the Heart, and pours into the Chest. Currently, due to Kidney Deficiency, rebellious Qi attacks the Heart, causing the pain to radiate to the back and inducing spasms, creating the sensation of an object touching the Heart.
For treating Cold-Kidney Qi rebelling upward, causing Heartache radiating to the back: Aconite Pill Formula (Wutou Wan)
Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Pao Lie, skin and umbilicus removed, 1 liang) Cinnabaris (Chishizhi) Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum (Pao Lie, each half liang) Cinnamomi Ramulus (Cortex removed, 3 fen) Sichuan Pepper (Shujiao, remove eyes and closed-mouth ones, stir-fry until oil appears, 1 fen)
The above five herbs are crushed, sifted into powder, and mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take ten pills per dose, washed down with warm wine (warm water is also acceptable). Take twice daily on an empty stomach.
For treating Kidney Heartache, where it feels as if an object touches the Heart from the back, pulling on the spine and causing a stooped posture: Peach Blossom Powder Formula (Taohua San)
Peach Flower (Ban Sheng, baked dry) Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (1.5 liang)
The above two herbs are crushed and sifted into powder. Take three qianbi per dose, boiled in half a zhan of wine and half a zhan of water, then taken after boiling. Take once on an empty stomach, once at midnight, and once before sleep.
For treating Kidney Heartache radiating to the back and causing a stooped posture: Sichuan Pepper Pill Formula (Shujiao Wan)
Sichuan Pepper (Shujiao, remove eyes and closed-mouth ones, stir-fry until oil appears) Paeoniae Radix Alba (Shaoyao) Platycodonis Radix (Chao) Asari Radix et Rhizoma (remove seedlings and leaves) Cinnamomi Ramulus (Cortex removed) Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum (Pao Lie, each 3 fen) Aconiti Radix Preparata (Pao Lie, skin and umbilicus removed, 1 fen)
The above seven herbs are crushed, sifted into powder, and mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take fifteen pills per dose on an empty stomach, washed down with warm wine. Take twice daily.
For treating Kidney Heartache radiating to the spine and back, feeling as if touched by an object: Morinda Pill Formula (Bajie Wan)
Morindae Officinalis Radix (remove heart) Litseae Fructus (Chao) Cistanches Herba (soaked in wine, sliced, and baked) Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Aconiti Radix Preparata (large ones, Pao Lie, remove umbilicus and skin) Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride (steeped in hot water, white pith removed, baked, each 1 liang) Arecae Semen (crushed, half liang)
The above seven herbs are crushed, sifted into powder. Separately, take two pairs of Sheep Kidneys, finely chop them, remove fascia and membranes, add half a liang of salt, and grind together until fine. Mix the herb powder thoroughly with the kidney paste. If too dry, add refined honey. Form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take twenty pills per dose on an empty stomach, washed down with salt water.
For treating Heartache caused by Cold-Kidney Qi rebelling upward: Galangal Decoction Formula (Gaoliangjiang Tang)
Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma (Gaoliangjiang) Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Cortex removed, processed with fresh ginger juice) Cinnamomi Ramulus (Cortex removed, each 3 liang) Angelicae Sinensis Radix (sliced and baked, 2 liang)
The above four herbs are coarsely crushed and sifted. Take five qianbi per dose, boil in one and a half zhan of water until reduced to eight-tenths, strain, and take warm before meals. Take twice daily.
For treating Kidney-Heart Qi Pain: Golden Lock Pill Formula (Jinsuo Wan)
Aconiti Radix Preparata (Pao Lie, skin and umbilicus removed) Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride (steeped in hot water, white pith removed, baked) Cinnamomi Ramulus (Cortex removed, each 1 liang) Cinnabaris (half liang, ground) Morindae Officinalis Radix (remove heart, 1 liang) Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Corni Fructus Evodiae Fructus (washed in hot water, baked dry, stir-fried, each half liang)
The above eight herbs are crushed and ground into powder. Boil wheat paste in wine to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Coat separately with ground Cinnabar. Take fifteen pills per dose, washed down with warm wine or salt water. Take on an empty stomach, at midnight, and before sleep.
For treating Kidney-Heart Qi Pain radiating to the back and spine: Cinnabar Pill Formula (Zhusha Wan)

The above nine herbs are crushed, sifted into powder, and mixed with wheat paste to form pills the size of mung beans. Take five to seven pills per dose, washed down with Ginseng decoction. Take on an empty stomach, at noon, and before sleep.
