论曰肾着之病，形如水状，其人不渴，小便自利，饮食如故，惟身体及腹重如带数千钱，
腰以下冷，如坐水中，盖肾经虚弱。外受风冷，内有水湿，风水相搏，内着于肾，故成此病。
或有作劳汗出，衣里冷湿，久久得之者，以湿气着而不去，故名肾着也。
治肾着。腹重痛，腰冷痹。丹参丸方

上四味，捣罗为细散，每服二钱匕，温酒调下。
治肾着，腰冷如冰，腹重如物所堕，大肾着汤方

治肾着腰冷痹，腹急痛，脚膝疼不可行，香港脚等疾。七胜丸方

上一十五味。捣罗为散，每服三钱匕，煎大麦汤调下，食前服。
论述说：肾着病，身体外形看起来像有水湿停滞的样子，但患者口不渴，小便通畅自如，饮食也如常。只是身体和腹部沉重，好像腰带上挂着几千枚铜钱一样，腰部以下发冷，如同坐在水中一般。这是因为肾经虚弱，外受风冷侵袭，内有水湿停聚，风邪与水湿相互搏结，内着于肾脏，从而形成此病。也有因为劳作出汗后，衣服里面寒冷潮湿，久而久之患上的，由于湿气附着不去，所以命名为肾着病。
治疗肾着病，症状为腹部沉重疼痛，腰部寒冷痹痛。丹参丸方：
丹参（洗净）、杜仲（去除粗皮，切片炒制）、牛膝（去除苗头，用酒浸泡后切片焙干）、续断（以上各三两）、桂枝（去除粗皮）、干姜。
以上六味药，捣碎过筛成细末，用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用三十丸，用温酒送服，不限时间。
治疗肾着病，腰部疼痛痹阻、沉重，兼治五种腰痛。杜仲酒方：
杜仲（去除粗皮，炙烤）、干姜（炮制）、熟干地黄（焙干）、萆薢、羌活（去除芦头）、天雄（炮裂，去皮脐）、蜀椒（去除目及闭口者，炒至出油）、桂枝（去除粗皮）、川芎、秦艽（去除苗土）、乌头（炮裂，去皮脐）、细辛（去除苗叶，以上各三两）、五加皮、石斛（去除根，以上各五两）、续断、栝蒌根、地骨皮（去除泥土）、桔梗（炒制）、甘草（炙烤）、防风（去除叉枝，以上各一两）。
以上二十味药，切碎如麻豆大小，用酒二斗，浸泡四个夜晚。每次服用一盏，不限时间饮用，常使酒力接续以见效。
治疗肾着病。桑寄生散方：
桑寄生（洗净切碎）、牡丹皮（洗净切碎）、鹿茸（去毛，用酥油炙烤）、桂枝（去除粗皮，以上各一两）。
以上四味药，捣碎过筛成细散。每次服用二钱匕，用温酒调服。
治疗肾着病，腰部冷如冰，腹部沉重如物坠落感。大肾着汤方：
桂枝（去除粗皮三两）、白术（四两）、赤茯苓（去除粗皮四两）、泽泻、牛膝（去苗，酒浸焙干）、甘草（炙锉）、干姜（炮制，以上各二两）、杜仲（去除粗皮锉碎炒制三两）。
以上八味药，粗捣筛过。每次服用三钱匕，用酒二盏，煎取一盏，去渣滓，不限时间服用。
治疗肾着病，身体沉重，腰部冷痛。肾着汤方：
甘草（炙烤二两）、干姜（炮制三两）、赤茯苓（去除黑皮）、白术（以上各四两）。
以上四味药，切碎如麻豆大小。每次服用半两，用水一盏半，煎取一盏，去渣滓温服，不限时间，以腰腹部感到温暖为度。
治疗肾着病，腰部寒冷痹痛，腹部拘急疼痛，脚膝疼痛无法行走，香港脚等疾病。七胜丸方：
威灵仙（去土）、当归（酒浸切焙）、附子（炮裂去皮脐）、天麻（以上各一斤）、桂枝（去粗皮）、牛膝（去苗酒浸焙）、干姜（炮制，以上各半斤）。
以上七味药捣碎过筛成细末，用酒煮面糊为丸，制成梧桐子大小。每次服用二十丸，温酒送服，每日两次，夜间一次。
治疗肾着病，腰部寒冷，腹部沉重疼痛，脚膝无力。麻黄汤方：
麻黄（去根节）、附子（炮裂去皮脐）、木香、川芎、羌活（去芦头）、当归（锉碎米炒）、槟榔（锉碎）、防风（去叉）、牛膝（去苗酒浸焙炒）、天麻（生用）、人参、赤茯苓（去黑皮，以上各一两）。
以上十二味药，切碎如麻豆大小。每次服用三钱匕，用水一盏，生姜三片，大枣二枚劈开，同煎至七分，去渣滓温服。
治疗腰背疼痛沉重，少腹拘急，小便不利，耳聋脚冷。肾着散方：
羊肾（一对，做成肉脯令干燥后炙烤）、磁石（醋淬一两半）、人参（二两）、桑根白皮（炙锉）、防风（去叉）、天雄（炮裂去皮脐）、玄参、赤茯苓（去黑皮，以上各三两）、续断（一两三分）、熟干地黄（焙干一两）、阿胶（炒燥）、肉苁蓉（酒浸切焙）、干漆（炒至烟出）、龙骨、天门冬（去心焙干，以上各半两）。
以上十五味药，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次服用三钱匕，用煎大麦汤调服，饭前服用。
It is discussed that in the disease of Kidney Fixation (Shen Zhuo), the body's appearance resembles water retention, yet the patient does not feel thirsty, urination is normal and free, and appetite remains unchanged. The sole complaint is a heaviness in the body and abdomen, as if wearing a belt laden with thousands of coins, accompanied by coldness below the waist, feeling as though sitting in water. This occurs because the Kidney Meridian is deficient; external invasion of wind-cold combines with internal dampness-water stagnation. Wind and dampness clash and fixate internally upon the Kidneys, thus forming this disease. Alternatively, it may arise from exertion causing sweating, followed by clothing remaining cold and damp for a long time; since dampness adheres and does not disperse, it is named Kidney Fixation.
To treat Kidney Fixation characterized by abdominal heaviness and pain, and cold bi-syndrome in the lower back: Danshen Wan Formula.
Danshen Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae (washed), Duzhong Cortex Eucommiae (coarse bark removed, sliced, stir-fried), Niuxi Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae (sprouts removed, soaked in wine, sliced, dried), Xuduan Radix Dipsaci (each 3 liang), Guizhi Ramulus Cinnamomi (coarse bark removed), Ganjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis (dried).
The above six ingredients are pounded into a fine powder, mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 30 pills per dose, washed down with warm wine, at any time.
To treat Kidney Fixation with pain and bi-syndrome in the waist, heaviness, and additionally treating five types of lumbar pain: Duzhong Jiu (Wine) Formula.
Duzhong Cortex Eucommiae (coarse bark removed, roasted), Ganjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis (processed), Shudihuang Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (dried), Bibi Herba Dictamni, Qianghuo Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii (radicle removed), Tianxiong Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (processed until cracked, skin and umbilicus removed), Shujiao Fructus Zanthoxyli (eyes and closed-mouth ones removed, stir-fried until oil appears), Guizhi Ramulus Cinnamomi (coarse bark removed), Chuanxiong Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Qinjiao Fructus Gentianae Macrophyllae (sprouts and soil removed), Wutou Radix Aconiti (processed until cracked, skin and umbilicus removed), Xixin Herba Asari (sprouts and leaves removed, each 3 liang), Wujia皮 Cortex Acanthopanacis, Shihu Caulis Dendrobii (roots removed, each 5 liang), Xuduan Radix Dipsaci, Gualougen Radix Trichosanthis, Digupi Cortex Lycii, Jiegeng Radix Platycodonis (stir-fried), Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae (roasted), Fangfeng Radix Saposhnikoviae (forks removed, each 1 liang).
The above twenty ingredients are chopped like hemp or soybeans, soaked in 2 dou of wine for four nights. Drink one zhan per dose, at any time, ensuring the effect of the wine is continuous for efficacy.
To treat Kidney Fixation: Sangjisheng San Powder.
Sangjisheng Ramulus Taxilli (washed and sliced), Mudanpi Cortex Moutan (washed and sliced), Lurong Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum (hair removed, roasted with butter), Guizhi Ramulus Cinnamomi (coarse bark removed, each 1 liang).
The above four ingredients are pounded into a fine powder. Take two qianbi per dose, mixed with warm wine.
To treat Kidney Fixation with coldness in the waist like ice, and heaviness in the abdomen as if weighed down: Da Shen Zhuo Tang Decoction.
Guizhi Ramulus Cinnamomi (coarse bark removed, 3 liang), Baizhuus Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (4 liang), Chifuling Poria Cocos cum Rubra (coarse bark removed, 4 liang), Zexia Herba Alismatis, Niuxi Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae (sprouts removed, soaked in wine, dried), Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae (roasted and cut), Ganjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis (processed, each 2 liang), Duzhong Cortex Eucommiae (coarse bark removed, cut, stir-fried, 3 liang).
The above eight ingredients are coarsely crushed and sifted. Take three qianbi per dose, with two zhan of wine, decocted to one zhan. Strain and take at any time.
To treat Kidney Fixation with bodily heaviness and cold pain in the waist: Shen Zhuo Tang Decoction.
Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae (roasted, 2 liang), Ganjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis (processed, 3 liang), Chifuling Poria Cocos cum Rubra (black skin removed), Baizhuus Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (each 4 liang).
The above four ingredients are chopped like hemp or soybeans. Take half liang per dose, with one and a half zhan of water, decocted to one zhan. Strain and take warm, at any time, stopping when the waist and abdomen feel warm.
To treat Kidney Fixation with cold bi-syndrome in the waist, acute abdominal pain, inability to walk due to leg and knee pain, and gout (Hongzuijiao): Qisheng Wan Pills.
Weilingxian Herba Clematidis (soil removed), Danggui Radix Angelicae Sinensis (soaked in wine, sliced, dried), Fuzi Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (processed until cracked, skin and umbilicus removed), Tianma Rhizoma Gastrodiae (each 1 jin), Guizhi Ramulus Cinnamomi (coarse bark removed), Niuxi Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae (sprouts removed, soaked in wine, dried), Ganjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis (processed, each half jin).
The above seven ingredients are pounded into a fine powder. Make pills using flour paste boiled in wine, sized like Sophora seeds. Take 20 pills per dose, washed down with warm wine, twice daily and once at night.
To treat Kidney Fixation with coldness in the waist, heavy abdominal pain, and weakness in legs and knees: Mahuang Tang Decoction.
Mahuang Herba Ephedrae (roots and joints removed), Fuzi Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (processed until cracked, skin and umbilicus removed), Muxiang Radix Aucklandiae, Chuanxiong Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Qianghuo Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii (radicle removed), Danggui Radix Angelicae Sinensis (cut, fried with rice), Binglang Semen Arecae (cut), Fangfeng Radix Saposhnikoviae (forks removed), Niuxi Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae (sprouts removed, soaked in wine, dried, fried), Tianma Rhizoma Gastrodiae (raw), Renshen Radix Ginseng, Chifuling Poria Cocos cum Rubra (black skin removed, each 1 liang).
The above twelve ingredients are chopped like hemp or soybeans. Take three qianbi per dose, with one zhan of water, three slices of fresh ginger, and two split jujubes. Decoct to seventy percent volume. Strain and take warm.
To treat lumbar and back pain/heaviness, hypogastric tension, difficult urination, deafness, and cold feet: Shen Zhuo San Powder.
Yangshen Renalis Ovis (one pair, made into dried jerky and roasted), Cishi Magnetitum (quenched in vinegar, 1.5 liang), Renshen Radix Ginseng (2 liang), Sangbaipii Cortex Mori Radicis (roasted and cut), Fangfeng Radix Saposhnikoviae (forks removed), Tianxiong Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (processed until cracked, skin and umbilicus removed), Xuanshen Radix Scrophulariae, Chifuling Poria Cocos cum Rubra (black skin removed, each 3 liang), Xuduan Radix Dipsaci (1.3 liang), Shudihuang Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (dried, 1 liang), Ejiao Colla Corii Asini (stir-fried until dry), Roushouyuus Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae (soaked in wine, sliced, dried), Ganqi Resina Ferulae (stir-fried until smoke appears), Longgu Os Femoris seu Mastodi fossilis, Tiandong Tuber Asparagi (heart removed, dried, each half liang).
The above fifteen ingredients are pounded into a powder. Take three qianbi per dose, mixed with decocted barley water, taken before meals.
