论曰蜂有大小，故其螫人，毒有轻重，轻者或疼痛移时，或经日而愈，重者有至闷绝，
遍身皆肿，当亟用咒禁之术，以取速效，仍以消毒等药涂敷之。
治蜂螫毒不出，痛不定，蜜脂煎方
白蜜 腊月猪脂（各两匙许） 雄黄（细研三钱）
上三味，先将蜜并脂煎沸，倾在瓷盆中，入雄黄搅转，通口旋旋饮之。
治蜂螫疼痛，蜂房膏方
蜂房（锉） 苍耳（各半两）
上二味，捣罗为末，用蓝青汁调，浓涂螫处。
治蜂螫，桑白皮涂方
桑根（白皮生者）
上一味，捣取汁，敷螫处。

上一味，取汁涂敷螫处。

蓝叶（洗切）
上一味，绞取汁，每服半盏，麝香一字和服之。

雄黄（一分） 麝香（一钱二味同研细）
上二味，每用蓝汁调少许，涂咬处，更饮少蓝汁良。

枣叶 柏叶 晚蚕沙
上三味等分，捣罗为末，以生油和如泥，先炙咬处，后用药涂之、良。
治蜘蛛咬痛，四神膏方
皂荚 芜荑 雄黄 青盐
上四味等分，为末和匀，蜜调涂咬处，频易甚效。
治蜘蛛咬，令人遍身生丝，羊乳饮方
上羊乳一味饮之、愈。贞元十二年，刘禹锡偶至奚吏部宅中，有客刑部崔从质。因话此
方云，目击有人为蜘蛛所咬，腹胀大如有娠，遍体生丝，其家弃之，乞食于道，后遇僧教饮
羊乳。未几而平复矣，此方极妙。
治蜘蛛咬，遍身成疮，立效方
上以上好春酒，任意饮之取醉，使人翻转身，勿令一面卧，恐酒毒腐人肠胃，须臾虫于
疮中小如粟米自出尽，即瘥。
又方
雄黄（二分） 麝香（一钱） 蓝汁（一大盏）
上二味，细研令匀，投于蓝汁中，以涂咬处，立瘥。若是毒蜘蛛咬，即更细细服其蓝汁
，神异之极。
治蜈蚣咬人方
腻粉（半两） 麝香（少许）
上二味，相和研匀，生姜汁调涂咬处。
治蜈蚣咬，鸡冠血涂方
上以雄鸡冠血涂之，立止。
治蜈蚣咬痛，附子膏方
附子（一枚生去皮脐）
上一味，就沙盆内，以醋少许磨浓，用少许涂咬处。
治蜈蚣咬痛，雄黄膏方
雄黄（研细一分）
上一味，用桑根白皮自然汁，调敷咬处。
治蜈蚣咬，蒜汁涂方
蒜（洗切细研）
上以桑根白皮汁和，涂咬处。
论述说：蜜蜂有大有小，所以它们蜇人时，毒性也有轻重之分。轻的或许疼痛持续一段时间，或者过一天就能痊愈；重的甚至会导致昏迷窒息，全身肿胀，应当紧急使用咒禁之术以求速效，同时仍需用消毒等药物涂抹敷贴患处。
治疗蜂蜇后毒气不出、疼痛不止的蜜脂煎方：
白蜜、腊月猪脂（各约两匙）、雄黄（细研三钱）。

桑根（取生白的树皮）。
以上一味药，捣碎取汁，敷于被蜇处。
治疗蜂蜇的楮皮涂方：
楮皮（生的）。
以上一味药，取汁液涂抹敷贴于被蜇处。
治疗蜂蜇定痛的香津膏方：
齿垢。
以上一味药，取少许敷于疼痛处。
治疗蜂蜇的角灰散方：
牛角（烧成灰二两）。
以上一味药，研成散剂，用醋调和敷于疼痛处。
治疗蜂蜇的青蒿涂方：
青蒿（生者一两，细切）。
以上一味药，捣碎研磨，浓涂于被蜇处。
治疗蜂蜇消毒的唾方：
瓦片一小片。
以上一味药，先在蜂蜇处摩擦，然后唾液吐七十四遍（二七遍），最后将瓦片放回原处。
治疗蜂蜇的牛灰散方：
牛屎（烧成灰）。
以上一味药，研成散剂，用醋调和敷贴。

以上三味药等量，捣碎过筛成粉末，用生油调和如泥状，先炙烤咬处，然后再用药涂抹，效果良好。
治疗蜘蛛咬痛的四方神膏方：
皂荚、芜荑、雄黄、青盐。
以上四味药等量，研成粉末混合均匀，用蜂蜜调和涂于咬处，频繁更换，效果极佳。
治疗蜘蛛咬伤导致全身长丝状物的羊乳饮方：
羊乳。
以上一味药，饮用即可痊愈。贞元十二年，刘禹锡偶然到奚吏部家中，遇到一位客人是刑部崔从质。谈起此方时说，亲眼目睹有人被蜘蛛咬伤，腹部胀大如同怀孕，全身长出丝状物，家人抛弃了他，他在路上乞讨，后来遇到僧人教他饮用羊奶。不久便康复了，此方极为奇妙。
治疗蜘蛛咬伤，全身成疮的立效方：
以上选用上好的春酒，随意饮酒至醉，让人翻身转动身体，不要让身体一面卧倒，恐怕酒毒腐蚀人的肠胃。片刻之后，虫子像粟米一样从疮口中全部排出，病即痊愈。
又一方：
雄黄（二分）、麝香（一钱）、蓝汁（一大盏）。
以上两味药（指雄黄和麝香），细研均匀，投入蓝汁中，用来涂抹咬处，立刻痊愈。如果是毒蜘蛛咬伤，就再细细服用其蓝汁，神奇至极。
治疗蜈蚣咬人的方子：
腻粉（半两）、麝香（少许）。
以上两味药，混合研匀，用生姜汁调和涂于咬处。
治疗蜈蚣咬伤的鸡冠血涂方：
以上用雄鸡冠血涂抹，立刻停止疼痛。
治疗蜈蚣咬痛的附子膏方：
附子（一枚，生用，去皮去脐）。
以上一味药，在沙盆内，加少许醋磨浓，取少许涂于咬处。
It is stated that bees vary in size, and thus their stings cause toxins of varying severity. Mild cases may involve pain lasting for a period or resolving within a day; severe cases can lead to syncope or suffocation and generalized edema. In such instances, one should urgently employ incantation and prohibition techniques (Zhoujin) for rapid effect, while also applying detoxifying medications topically.
Formula for Honey and Lard Decoction to treat bee stings where toxin remains trapped and pain persists:
Apis mellifera honey (Baimi), pig lard from the twelfth lunar month (Zhuzhi) (each about two spoonfuls); Realgar (Xionghuang) (finely ground, 3 qian).
Take the above three ingredients. First, boil the honey and lard together, pour into a porcelain basin, add the Realgar, stir well, and drink slowly through the mouth.
Formula for Bee Comb Ointment to treat pain from bee stings:
Vespa nest (Fengfang) (chopped); Xanthium fruit (Cang'er) (each 0.5 liang).
Pulverize the above two ingredients into powder. Mix with Indigofera tinctoria juice (Lanqing zhi) and apply thickly to the stung area.
Formula for Mulberry Bark Application to treat bee stings:
Mulberry root bark (Sanggan baipi) (fresh white inner bark).
Pulverize this single ingredient to extract juice, and apply to the stung area.
Formula for Paper Mulberry Bark Application to treat bee stings:
Paper mulberry bark (Chupi) (fresh).
Extract juice from this single ingredient and apply to the stung area.
Formula for Fragrant Saliva Ointment to relieve pain from bee stings:
Dental calculus (Chigou).
Apply a small amount to the painful area.
Formula for Horn Ash Powder to treat bee stings:
Ox horn (Niujiao) (burned to ash, 2 liang).
Pulverize this single ingredient into powder. Mix with vinegar (Ku jiu) and apply to the painful area.
Formula for Artemisia annua Application to treat bee stings:
Artemisia annua (Qinghao) (fresh, 1 liang, finely cut).
Pulverize and grind this single ingredient, then apply thickly to the stung area.
Formula for Detoxification via Saliva to treat bee stings:
A small piece of tile (Wa).
Rub the tile on the stung area, spit seventy-four times (two sets of seven), and then return the tile to its original place.
Formula for Cow Ash Powder to treat bee stings:
Cow dung (Niusi) (burned to ash).
Pulverize this single ingredient into powder. Mix with vinegar and apply.
Formula for Ground Mud Paste to treat bee stings:
Mud from the ground (Dimian shang ni).
Mix with vinegar and apply.
It is stated that injuries from spiders and centipedes generally present with swelling and pain in mild cases, progressing to ulceration and sores in severe cases. Without topical application of medicines and internal administration of purgatives to guide out toxins, recovery is difficult.
Formula for Indigo Juice Drink to treat spider bites:
Indigofera tinctoria leaves (Lanye) (washed and cut).
Extract juice from this single ingredient. Take half a cup per dose, mixed with a small amount of Moschus (Shexiang).
Formula for Realgar and Musk Powder to treat spider bites:
Realgar (Xionghuang) (1 fen); Moschus (Shexiang) (1 qian). Grind these two ingredients together finely.
For each use, mix a small amount with Indigofera tinctoria juice (Lan zhi) and apply to the bite site. Drinking a little Indigofera tinctoria juice afterwards is beneficial.
Formula for Jujube Leaf and Cypress Leaf Ointment to treat spider bites resulting in sores unresponsive to other treatments:
Jujube leaves (Zaoye); Cypress leaves (Baiye); Silkworm frass (Wancansha).
Take equal parts of the above three ingredients, pulverize into powder, and mix with raw oil to form a paste. First, moxa or heat-treat the bite site, then apply the medicine. This is effective.
Formula for Four Deities Ointment to treat pain from spider bites:
Gleditsia sinensis pod (Zaojia); Elaeagnus multiflora fruit (Wuyi); Realgar (Xionghuang); Blue salt (Qingyan).
Take equal parts of the four ingredients, pulverize and mix uniformly. Blend with honey and apply to the bite site. Change frequently for excellent results.
Formula for Goat Milk Drink to treat spider bites causing thread-like growths on the body:
Goat milk (Yangru).
Drink this single ingredient to achieve cure. In the 12th year of Zhenyuan (796 AD), Liu Yuxi visited the residence of Official Xi. He met a guest, Cui Congzhi from the Ministry of Justice, who recounted this formula. He witnessed a person bitten by a spider whose abdomen swelled like pregnancy and who developed thread-like structures all over his body. Abandoned by his family and begging on the streets, he was later taught by a monk to drink goat milk. He recovered shortly after. This formula is extremely miraculous.
Immediate Effect Formula for spider bites causing widespread sores:
Use high-quality spring wine. Drink freely until intoxicated. Have the patient turn and change positions frequently to avoid lying on one side, lest the alcohol toxin corrode the intestines and stomach. Soon, parasites resembling millet grains will emerge completely from the sores, and the condition will resolve.
Another Formula:
Realgar (Xionghuang) (2 fen); Moschus (Shexiang) (1 qian); Indigofera tinctoria juice (Lan zhi) (1 large cup).
Grind Realgar and Moschus finely and evenly, then add to the Indigofera tinctoria juice. Apply to the bite site for immediate cure. If bitten by a venomous spider, additionally consume the Indigofera tinctoria juice slowly; it is remarkably effective.
Formula for treating centipede bites:
Calomelas (Nifen) (0.5 liang); Moschus (Shexiang) (a small amount).
Mix and grind these two ingredients evenly. Blend with ginger juice (Shengjiang zhi) and apply to the bite site.
Formula for Chicken Comb Blood Application to treat centipede bites:
Apply blood from a rooster's comb (Jiguan xue). Pain stops immediately.
Formula for Aconite Ointment to treat pain from centipede bites:
Aconitum carmichaelii lateral root (Fuzi) (one piece, raw, peeled, and navel removed).
Place this single ingredient in a stone mortar. Add a small amount of vinegar and grind into a thick paste. Apply a small amount to the bite site.
Formula for Realgar Ointment to treat pain from centipede bites:
Realgar (Xionghuang) (finely ground, 1 fen).
Blend with natural juice from Mulberry root bark (Sanggan baipi) and apply to the bite site.
Formula for Garlic Juice Application to treat centipede bites:
Garlic (Suan) (washed, cut, and finely ground).
Mix with juice from Mulberry root bark (Sanggan baipi) and apply to the bite site.
