上四味，捣罗为末，炼蜜丸如梧桐子大。空心枣汤下二十丸，日再，以差为度。
治血痔下血。黄 散方

上二味，捣研为末，醋煮面糊，丸如梧桐子大，每服十五丸，饭饮下，温酒亦得。食前

上二味，捣罗为末，每服二钱匕，浓煎木贼汤调下，若泻血甚者，加酸石榴皮等分为散

上二味，捣罗为散，每服二钱匕，用蜜汤空心调下，晚再服。

上一味，乘热用绢袋二枚盛，橘皮缚定，更互坐上，冷即易，取瘥为度。

上一味细锉，用水一斗，煎至五升，去滓温洗，日三五度。
治血痔风冷积年难瘥，洗痔。稻 洗方

论述说：血痔，是由于肺热导致毒邪流注所致。肺与大肠互为表里，如今肺脏蕴积热邪，毒气流渗进入大肠，血液性质遇热则流动散溢，因此在大便时感到肛肠沉重疼痛，清亮的血液随之排出。
治疗血痔的皮散方：
地骨皮（烧成灰但保留药性） 黄芩（切碎） 熟干地黄（焙干） 续断 侧柏叶 地榆 白芷 黄连（去除须根）
以上八味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，每次服用二钱匕，饭前用温开水调服。
治疗血痔，大便时清血随之下出。雷丸丸方：
雷丸（三两） 紫参 秦艽（去除苗和泥土） 藁本（去除苗和泥土） 石南叶 白芷 蛴螬（炒制） 厚朴（炙至焦黄）
以上十三味药，捣碎过筛制成粉末，用熬炼过的羊髓制作成丸药，大小如梧桐子，空腹时用米汤送服十五丸，最多二十丸。晚上再服一次，以病愈为度。
治疗血痔，因排便时清血随之下出者。槐荚子丸方：
槐实（用麸皮炒制二两） 枳壳（去除瓤后用麸皮炒制） 威灵仙（去土各一两） 干姜（炮制） 白矾（烧至熔化） 附子（炮裂后去除外皮）
以上十一味药，捣碎过筛制成粉末，用炼蜜制作成丸药，大小如梧桐子。陈年米汤送服十丸，最多二十丸，饭前服用。
治疗痔疮下血的地榆汤方：
地榆 艾叶 枳壳（去除瓤后用麸皮炒制） 黄芩（切碎） 防风（去除叉枝） 龙骨 桑耳（各一两半）
以上七味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用五钱匕。用水两盏，加入一分拍碎的生地黄，一同煎煮至剩余八分，滤去药渣，空腹温服，晚上再服一次。

以上八味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用五钱匕。用水一盏半，煎煮至剩余八分，滤去药渣，空腹温服，晚上再服一次。
治疗血痔流出脓血，以及肠风痔漏。比金丸方：
密陀僧 白矾 槐实（炒后研末） 皂荚（烧成灰研细各一两）
以上四味药，将密陀僧和白矾捣碎，放入瓷罐内，烧至通红，冷却后取出，研细成粉末，其次加入槐实末和皂荚灰混合均匀，用糯米饭制作成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用十五丸，空腹饭前用米汤送服。
治疗血痔下血量极大者。赤石脂丸方：
赤石脂 白矾（烧至汁液流尽） 龙骨（各一两半） 杏仁（热水浸泡去皮尖双仁炒后研碎一百枚）
以上四味药，捣碎过筛制成粉末，用炼蜜制作成丸药，大小如梧桐子。空腹用枣汤送服二十丸，每日两次，以痊愈为度。
治疗血痔下血。黄芪散方：
黄芪（切碎） 枳壳（去除瓤后用麸皮炒制各三两） 防风（去除叉枝一两半）
以上三味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，每次服用二钱匕，空腹用米汤调服，晚上再服一次。
治疗痔疾下血。枳实散方：
枳实（麸皮炒制） 槐实（炒制） 木贼（各半两）
以上三味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，每次服用二钱匕，用煎好的皂荚子汤调服，不限时间。
治疗血痔。何首乌丸方：
何首乌（去除黑皮） 威灵仙（去除苗和泥土） 枳壳（去除瓤后用麸皮炒制等分）
以上三味药，捣碎过筛制成粉末，浸透蒸饼后制作成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用二十丸，温水送服，早晚饭前服用。
治疗痔疾下血。鹿角丸方：
鹿角（一两烧红后候冷研碎） 芸薹子（炒后研碎半两）
以上二味药，捣研成粉末，用醋煮面糊制作成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用十五丸，饭后饮水送服，喝温酒也可以。饭前服用。
治疗痔疾下血。荆芥散方：
荆芥穗（陈旧的） 狗脊（去毛切碎各一两）
以上二味药，捣碎过筛制成粉末，每次服用二钱匕，浓煎木贼汤调服。如果泻血严重，加酸石榴皮等分为散剂，用淡醋汤调服，不拘时间服用。
治疗痔下血。黄连散方：
黄连（去除须根） 神曲（炙制各二两）
以上二味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，每次服用二钱匕，用蜂蜜水空腹调服，晚上再服一次。
治疗血痔。地榆散方：
地榆（切碎）
以上一味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，每次服用二钱匕，饭后饮水调服，每日三次。
治疗血痔大便带血。熏痔方：
地骨皮（细切碎） 雄黄 熟艾（各半两）
以上三味药，略捣碎，先在地上挖一个坑放入药物，用炭火烧出烟，坐在坑上熏患处，用衣被围住身体，不让烟雾散出，烟尽即停止。调养三天后再熏，不超过三五次即可痊愈。
治疗血痔，坐痔。橘皮散方：
陈橘皮（二斤，三年或五年的，细捣炒热）
以上一味药，趁热用两个绢袋盛装，固定好橘皮，交替坐在上面，冷了即更换，以病愈为度。
治疗血痔，淋洗。桃根汤方：
桃根（半斤）
以上一味药细切碎，用水一斗，煎煮至五升，滤去药渣，温热清洗，每日三到五次。
治疗血痔风冷积年难愈，洗痔。稻灰洗方：
稻秆灰
以上一味药烧成灰，用热水淋取汁液，清洗下部，每日三到五遍，以痊愈为度。
治疗五痔大肠下血。乌蛇散方：
乌梢蛇（酒浸后去皮带骨炙至黄色） 枳壳（去除瓤后用麸皮炒制） 天麻 槐实（微炒） 黄芪（炙后切碎） 桑黄（三分） 白术 白芷 白蔹 白鲜皮 白及 白薇 麝香（少许）
以上十三味药，捣碎十二味制成散剂，加入麝香研匀，每次服用三钱匕，空腹用陈年米汤调服，每日两次，喝温酒也可以。
Discussion states: Blood hemorrhoids (Xue Zhi) are caused by lung heat leading to the flow of toxic pathogens. The Lung and Large Intestine are exterior-interiorly related. Currently, the Lung organ harbors accumulated heat, and toxic qi flows and infiltrates into the Large Intestine. Blood nature becomes fluid and scattered when exposed to heat; therefore, during defecation, there is a sensation of heaviness and pain in the anal region, with clear blood flowing out along with it.
Treatment for blood hemorrhoids: Pisan Formula (Pi San Fang)

Mix in the sophora fruit powder and gleditsia ash evenly. Form pills using glutinous rice paste, sized like sophora seeds. Take fifteen pills orally with rice water before meals on an empty stomach.
Treatment for blood hemorrhoids with excessive bleeding: Chishizhi Pill (Chishizhi Wan Fang)

- Fructus Aurantii Immaturus (Zhishi, stir-fried with bran)

The above three herbs are crushed, sifted, and made into powder. Take two qianbi orally with decoction of gleditsia seeds. Time of administration is not restricted.

- Radix Polygoni Multiflori (Heshouwu, removing black skin)
- Radix Cimicifugae (Weilingxian, removing seedlings and soil)
- Fructus Aurantii (Zhike, removing pulp and stir-fried with bran, equal parts)
The above three herbs are crushed, sifted, and made into powder. Soak steamed biscuit dough to form pills, sized like sophora seeds. Take twenty pills orally with warm water before morning and evening meals.
Treatment for hemorrhoidal bleeding: Lu Jiao Pill (Lu Jiao Wan Fang)
- Cornu Cervi (Lujiao, 1 liang, burned red, cooled, and ground)
- Semen Brassicae Napus (Yuntaizi, stir-fried and ground, 0.5 liang)
The above two herbs are crushed and ground into powder. Use vinegar-boiled wheat flour paste to form pills, sized like sophora seeds. Take fifteen pills orally with meal water. Warm wine is also acceptable. Take before meals.
Treatment for hemorrhoidal bleeding: Jingjie San Powder (Jingjie San Fang)
- Flos Schizonepetae (Jingjiesui, aged)
- Radix Cibotii (Gouji, removing hair and sliced, 1 liang each)
The above two herbs are crushed, sifted, and made into powder. Take two qianbi orally with strong decoction of Herba Equiseti. If bleeding is severe, add pericarpium granati (Suanshiliupi) in equal parts, make into powder, and take with light vinegar water. Administration time is not restricted.
Treatment for hemorrhoidal bleeding: Huanglian San Powder (Huanglian San Fang)
- Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian, removing rootlets)
- Massa Medicata Fermentata (Chenqu, processed, 2 liang each)
The above two herbs are crushed, sifted, and made into powder. Take two qianbi orally with honey water on an empty stomach. Administer again in the evening.
Treatment for blood hemorrhoids: Diyu San Powder (Diyu San Fang)
- Radix Sanguisorbae (Diyu, sliced)
The above single herb is crushed, sifted, and made into powder. Take two qianbi orally with meal water. Three times daily.
Treatment for blood hemorrhoids with bloody stool: Xunzhi Method (Xunzhi Fang)
- Cortex Broussonetiae Papyriferae (Diguopi, finely sliced)
- Realgar (Xionghuang)
- Folium Artemisiae Vulgaris (Shuai, 0.5 liang each)
The above three herbs are slightly crushed. Dig a pit in the ground, place the herbs inside, and burn charcoal to produce smoke. Sit over the pit to fumigate the affected area. Cover the body with clothes or blankets to prevent smoke escape. Stop when smoke is exhausted. Rest for three days, then fumigate again. Cure typically occurs within three to five sessions.
Treatment for blood hemorrhoids, sitting hemorrhoids: Jupi San Powder (Jupi San Fang)
- Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae (Chenju pi, 2 jin, aged 3-5 years, finely crushed and stir-fried until hot)
The above single herb: While hot, place in two silk bags, secure tightly, and sit alternately on them. Replace when cool. Continue until cured.
Treatment for blood hemorrhoids, washing: Taogen Tang Decoction (Taogen Tang Fang)
- Radix Persicae (Taogen, 0.5 jin)
The above single herb is finely sliced. Boil in one dou of water until reduced to five sheng. Strain and wash with warm liquid. Three to five times daily.
Treatment for chronic wind-cold hemorrhoids difficult to cure, washing: Daoxi Xi Method (Daoxi Xi Fang)
- Ash of Rice Straw (Daoxi)
The above single herb is burned to ash. Pour boiling water over the ash to extract the juice. Wash the lower part. Three to five times daily. Continue until cured.
Treatment for five types of hemorrhoids with large intestine bleeding: Wushe San Powder (Wushe San Fang)
- Serpentis Elapoidis (Wushe, soaked in wine, skin and bones removed, roasted until yellow)
