上一味细研，滴浓墨汁为丸，如梧子大，于挑子内，炒令干，后用竹筒子盛，每用时，
于所患处，灸破或针挑破，将药半丸，敲碎贴之，以自然蚀落为度，觉药力尽时，更贴少许。
治瘰 一宗先服。轻粉丸方
乌鸡子（一枚去黄取白盛于盏内用腻粉一钱半巴豆一七粒新者去皮心同入鸡白内蒸熟取
于乳钵内研令匀细别用腻粉三钱匕于手掌中以病患津唾调和合前药为丸如绿豆大）

治瘰 。鲫鱼丸方
上取鲫鱼长三寸者，去肠。以和皮巴豆填满腹中，麻皮缠，以一束秆草烧，烟尽研细，

小麦（淘净）
上一味，煮三五升，频吃即愈。
论述说：瘰疬各类疾病，都是由风热毒气，蕴积在脏腑，与肝经搏结所致。因为肝主筋脉，毒气攻冲于筋脉，所以随着筋脉流动而生成结节。
治疗瘰疬各类疾病的乌蛇丸方：

以上十味药，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用七丸，逐渐加到十丸，用清茶送服，空腹时早晚各服一次。如果已经化脓成疮，不超过四十天就会消干，其疗效都优于通过腹泻或从小便排出的方法。
治疗各类瘰疬的皂荚丸方：
