论曰∶风热毒瓦斯，蕴积腑脏，攻于筋膜，则结为瘰 ，其毒瓦斯所感，深者则冲发肌肉，
而久不瘥，此疾尤忌忧思恚怒，气血劳伤，饮食寒冷。
治瘰 久不瘥。六神散方
皂荚刺 薄荷 昆布（洗去咸） 海藻（洗去咸） 连翘（各半两） 皂荚子（五十枚
烧灰）
上六味，捣罗为细散，每服三钱匕，茶调下，食后临卧服。
治风热毒瘰 ，久不瘥，恶寒壮热，劳动转甚，渐成 者。射干丸方
射干 昆布（洗去咸） 海藻（洗去咸各二两） 木香 黄芩（去黑心） 犀角（屑各

芍药 连翘 白蔹（各半两） 大黄（锉炒） 乌蛇（酒浸去皮骨各二两） 玄参（一两一

上十二味，捣罗为末，炼蜜丸梧子大，食后温酒下十五丸，日三夜一。
治瘰 久不瘥，或已破脓血甚者。丁香丸方
丁香母（生半两） 苍耳苗（炒一两） 青葙子（生） 皂子仁（各半两） 甜葶苈（半

一两） 浓朴（去粗皮姜汁炙一两） 丹砂（研半两一分为衣一分入药）
上七味，捣研为末，枣肉为丸，如绿豆大，丹砂为衣，每服十丸，至十五丸，粟米饮下
，日三服。
治瘰 久不瘥，将欲破者。漏芦汤方

上二味，将锦贝子入在鸡卵内，用湿纸裹头七重，再用泥固济，火 过后，入地坑内，

治瘰 结核，久不瘥，异效散方
芫青（四十九枚） 麒麟竭（一两）
上二味，同于藏瓶存性烧过，地上出火毒，研细，每服半钱匕，米饮调下，加至一钱匕
论述说：风热毒邪，蕴积在脏腑，攻冲于筋膜，就会凝结成瘰疬。这种毒邪所感，深的会冲击肌肉，因而长久不愈。此病尤其忌讳忧思、愤怒，导致气血劳伤，以及饮食寒冷。
治疗瘰疬长久不愈的六神散方：
皂荚刺、薄荷、昆布（洗去咸味）、海藻（洗去咸味）、连翘（各半两）、皂荚子（五十枚，烧成灰）。
以上六味药，捣碎过筛成为细散，每次服用三钱匕，用茶调服，饭后临睡前服用。
治疗风热毒邪引起的瘰疬，长久不愈，伴有恶寒壮热，劳动后加重，逐渐形成溃疡的射干丸方：
射干、昆布（洗去咸味）、海藻（洗去咸味，各二两）、木香、黄芩（去掉黑心）、犀角（锉屑，各三分）、芍药、连翘、白蔹（各半两）、大黄（锉碎炒制）、乌蛇（酒浸，去皮骨，各二两）、玄参（一两一分）。
以上十二味药，捣碎过筛成为末，用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸药，饭后用温酒送服十五丸，白天三次，夜间一次。
治疗瘰疬长久不愈，或者已经破溃流脓血严重的丁香丸方：
丁香母（生用半两）、苍耳苗（炒制一两）、青葙子（生用）、皂子仁（各半两）、甜葶苈（一半炒一半生用，一两）、浓朴（去掉粗皮，姜汁炙，一两）、丹砂（研细，半两一分作为衣，一分入药）。
以上七味药，捣碎研细成为末，用枣肉和丸，如绿豆大小，用丹砂为衣，每次服用十丸到十五丸，用粟米饮送下，每天三次。
治疗瘰疬长久不愈，将要破溃的漏芦汤方：
漏芦（洗后焙干半两）、海藻（洗后焙干半两）、连翘（一两）、沉香（锉碎半两）、山栀子仁（一分）、玄参、丹参（各一两）。
以上七味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用三钱匕，用水一盏半，煎至八分，去渣温服。
治疗瘰疬长久不愈的何首乌丸方：
何首乌（去掉黑皮一两）、黄芪（细锉半两）、皂荚（去皮子，酥炙）、薄荷（各一两）、蛇蜕皮（烧成灰半两）、龙脑（研细一钱）、麝香（研细一钱）。
以上七味药，捣研成为细末，用炼蜜和丸，梧桐子大小，每次服用十丸，用薄荷茶送下，不限时候。
治疗瘰疬长久不愈的犀角散方：
犀角（镑屑）、芜荑（生用）、斑蝥（炒制，各一两）、牵牛子（炒制）、黑豆（生用，各一分）、麝香（研细）、龙脑（研细，各一钱）。
以上七味药，除了龙脑和麝香外，其余捣碎过筛成为细散，再加入研好的药物拌匀，每次服用一钱匕，用热酒调服，空腹服用，服药后再饮酒一盏以助药力，以下出恶物为有效。
治疗瘰疬长久不愈的乌鸡丸方：
乌鸡卵（一枚）、锦贝子（半两）。
以上两味药，将锦贝子放入鸡卵内，用湿纸包裹头部七重，再用泥封固，火煨过后，埋入地坑中，取出除去火毒，制成丸药。
治疗瘰疬的必效逐邪散方：
皂荚子（不限多少，用绢袋盛放厕所中浸泡三七天，取出洗净安放在地坑中，碗盖住出一夜毒气，焙干成为末）、斑蝥（五十枚，去掉头翅，麸炒令黄，成为末）。
以上两味药，每次服用皂子末二钱匕，斑蝥末一钱匕，水银粉二钱，生鸡蛋一枚取蛋清倾入盏内，再加入饭饮半盏，与药一起搅匀，四更初服用，到五更时下出毒物，或从小便中排出，如果有些小涩痛不妨碍。
治疗瘰疬疮长久不愈的胜金膏方：
黄连（去须）、栗子（去壳）、甘草根（锉碎）、黄蜀葵花、龙骨（各半两）、白芨（一分）。
以上六味药，捣碎过筛成为细末，取榆窠上的红虫，称三两半，候干后一同成为末，再加入粉霜三钱，同研均匀。
治疗颈部长生瘰疬，已经针刺，疮口仍然不愈合的贯众汤方：
贯众（一两半）、乌蛇（酒浸炙，去皮骨一两）、连翘、生干地黄（焙，各二两）、鹤虱（炒一两）、杏仁（去皮尖双仁炒黄，各一两半）、白芨（一两）、甘草（炙，一两）。
以上十六味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用五钱匕，用水一盏半，加入生姜五片，煎至八分，去渣饭后温服。
治疗瘰疬不愈，败肉生脓的连翘汤方：
连翘、犀角（镑，各一两）、玄参、木通（锉）、黄芪（锉）、漏芦（去芦头）、杏仁（去皮尖双仁炒黄，各一两半）。
以上七味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用五钱匕，用水一盏半，煎至八分，去渣饭后温服，每天三次。
治疗瘰疬结核，长久不愈的异效散方：
芫青（四十九枚）、麒麟竭（一两）。
以上两味药，同在藏瓶中存性烧过，在地上除去火毒，研细，每次服用半钱匕，米饮调下，加至一钱匕。
Discourse states: Wind-heat toxic factors accumulate in the zang-fu organs and attack the fascia, condensing into scrofula (Luo Li). The depth of this toxic invasion causes it to penetrate the muscles, resulting in chronic non-healing. This condition is particularly contraindicated with worry, anger, qi-blood exhaustion, and cold dietary intake.
Six God Powder for treating chronic non-healing scrofula:
Gleditsiae Spina (Zao Jia Ci), Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bo He), Laminariae Thalli (Kun Bu) [washed to remove salinity], Sargassum Thallus (Hai Zao) [washed to remove salinity], Forsythiae Fructus (Lian Qiao) [each 0.5 liang], Gleditsiae Fructus Seed (Zao Jia Zi) [50 pieces, burnt to ash].
The above six ingredients are pounded and sifted into a fine powder. Each dose is 3 qian bi, taken with tea mixture after meals and before sleep.
Shegan Pill for treating wind-heat toxic scrofula, chronic non-healing, accompanied by aversion to cold and high fever, worsening with exertion, gradually forming ulcers:
Belamcandae Rhizoma (She Gan), Laminariae Thalli (Kun Bu) [washed to remove salinity], Sargassum Thallus (Hai Zao) [washed to remove salinity, each 2 liang], Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum (Mu Xiang), Scutellariae Radix (Huang Qin) [remove black heart], Rhinocerotis Cornu (Xi Jiao) [shaved, each 3 fen], Paeoniae Radix Alba (Shao Yao), Forsythiae Fructus (Lian Qiao), Ampelopsis Radix (Bai Lian) [each 0.5 liang], Rheii Radix et Rhizoma (Da Huang) [cut and stir-fried], Naja (Wu She) [soaked in wine, skin and bones removed, each 2 liang], Scrophulariae Radix (Xuan Shen) [1 liang 1 fen].
The above twelve ingredients are pounded and sifted into powder. Honey pills are made the size of wutong seeds. Take 15 pills with warm wine after meals, three times during the day and once at night.
Dingxiang Pill for treating chronic non-healing scrofula, or those already ulcerated with severe pus and blood discharge:
Caryophylli Flos (Ding Xiang Mu) [raw, 0.5 liang], Xanthii Causalis Herba (Cang Er Miao) [stir-fried, 1 liang], Celosiae Semen (Qing Xiang Zi) [raw], Gleditsiae Fructus Seed Kernel (Zao Zi Ren) [each 0.5 liang], Lepidii Semen et Descurainiae Semen (Ting Li Zi) [half stir-fried, half raw, 1 liang], Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Nou Pu) [remove rough bark, ginger juice processed, 1 liang], Cinnabaris (Dan Sha) [ground, 0.5 liang 1 fen used as coating, 1 fen added to medicine].
The above seven ingredients are pounded and ground into powder. Pills are formed with jujube flesh, sized like mung beans, coated with cinnabar. Take 10 to 15 pills with millet drink, three times daily.
Loulu Decoction for treating chronic non-healing scrofula, about to ulcerate:
Euphorbiae Humifusae Herba (Lou Lu) [washed and dried, 0.5 liang], Sargassum Thallus (Hai Zao) [washed and dried, 0.5 liang], Forsythiae Fructus (Lian Qiao) [1 liang], Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum (Chen Xiang) [cut, 0.5 liang], Gardeniae Fructus (Shan Zhi Zi Ren) [1 fen], Scrophulariae Radix (Xuan Shen), Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Dan Shen) [each 1 liang].
The above seven ingredients are coarsely crushed and sieved. Each dose is 3 qian bi, decocted with 1.5 sheng of water until 0.8 sheng remains. Strain and take warm.
Heshouwu Pill for treating chronic non-healing scrofula:
Polygoni Multiflori Radix (He Shou Wu) [remove black skin, 1 liang], Astragali Membranacei Radix (Huang Qi) [finely cut, 0.5 liang], Gleditsiae Fructus (Zao Jia) [remove skin and seeds, fried with butter], Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bo He) [each 1 liang], Ophichthidis Cutis Corneum (She Tui Pi) [burnt to ash, 0.5 liang], Borneolum Syntheticum (Long Nao) [ground, 1 qian], Moschus (She Xiang) [ground, 1 qian].
The above seven ingredients are pounded and ground into fine powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 10 pills with mint tea, at any time.
Xijiao Powder for treating chronic non-healing scrofula:
Rhinocerotis Cornu (Xi Jiao) [shaved], Myrobalani Fructus (Wu Yi) [raw], Mylabris (Ban Mao) [stir-fried, each 1 liang], Pharbitidis Semen (Qian Niu Zi) [stir-fried], Glycines Max Semen (Hei Dou) [raw, each 1 fen], Moschus (She Xiang) [ground], Borneolum Syntheticum (Long Nao) [ground, each 1 qian].
Except for borneol and musk, the above seven ingredients are pounded and sifted into fine powder. Add the ground drugs and mix well. Take 1 qian bi with hot wine on an empty stomach. After taking the medicine, drink another cup of wine to enhance efficacy. Discharge of foul matter indicates effectiveness.
Wuji Pill for treating chronic non-healing scrofula:
Galli Melanoleuci Ovipsum (Wu Ji Luan) [one egg], Tridacnae Concha (Jin Bei Zi) [0.5 liang].
Place the tridacna shell inside the chicken egg. Wrap the head with seven layers of wet paper, seal with mud, roast over fire, then bury in a pit underground. Remove and eliminate fire toxicity to make pills.
Bixiao Zhuxie San for treating scrofula:
Gleditsiae Fructus Seed (Zao Jia Zi) [unlimited quantity, placed in a silk bag in a toilet to soak for 21 days, take out, wash clean, place in a pit covered with a bowl overnight to release toxicity, dry and powder], Mylabris (Ban Mao) [50 pieces, remove head and wings, bran-fried until yellow, powder].
For each dose, take 2 qian bi of gleditsia seed powder, 1 qian bi of mylabris powder, 2 qian of hydrargyrum (Shui Yin Fen). Mix with the white of one raw chicken egg in a cup, add half a cup of rice drink, stir evenly. Take at the beginning of the fourth watch (around 1-3 AM). Toxic matter should be discharged by the fifth watch (3-5 AM), either through stool or urine. Mild discomfort is acceptable.
Shengjin Gao for treating chronic non-healing scrofula sores:
Coptidis Rhizoma (Huang Lian) [remove stamens], Castaneae Chinensis Fructus (Li Zi) [remove shell], Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gan Cao Gen) [cut], Malvae Abelmoschus Flower (Huang Shu Kui Hua), Dragon Bone (Long Gu) [each 0.5 liang], Bletillae Rhizoma (Bai Ji) [1 fen].
The above six ingredients are pounded and sifted into fine powder. Take red worms from elm hollows, weigh 3.5 liang, dry them, and powder together. Add 3 qian of calamina (Fen Shuang) and grind uniformly.
Guanzhong Decoction for treating neck scrofula that has been needled but still not healing:
Cyathulae Radix (Guan Zhong) [1.5 liang], Naja (Wu She) [wine-soaked, roasted, skin and bones removed, 1 liang], Forsythiae Fructus (Lian Qiao), Rehmanniae Radix Preparata (Sheng Gan Di Huang) [dried, each 2 liang], Dolichos Lablab Seed (He Shi) [stir-fried, 1 liang], Armeniacae Semen Amarum (Xing Ren) [remove skin and pointed end, double kernel, stir-fried until yellow, each 1.5 liang], Bletillae Rhizoma (Bai Ji) [1 liang], Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gan Cao) [roasted, 1 liang].
The above sixteen ingredients are coarsely crushed and sieved. Each dose is 5 qian bi, decocted with 1.5 sheng of water and five slices of fresh ginger until 0.8 sheng remains. Strain and take warm after meals.
Lianqiao Decoction for treating non-healing scrofula with necrotic tissue and pus formation:
Forsythiae Fructus (Lian Qiao), Rhinocerotis Cornu (Xi Jiao) [shaved, each 1 liang], Scrophulariae Radix (Xuan Shen), Akebiae Caulis (Mu Tong) [cut], Astragali Membranacei Radix (Huang Qi) [cut], Euphorbiae Humifusae Herba (Lou Lu) [remove root head], Armeniacae Semen Amarum (Xing Ren) [remove skin and pointed end, double kernel, stir-fried until yellow, each 1.5 liang].
The above seven ingredients are coarsely crushed and sieved. Each dose is 5 qian bi, decocted with 1.5 sheng of water until 0.8 sheng remains. Strain and take warm after meals, three times daily.
Yixiao San for treating scrofula nodules, chronic non-healing:
Mylabris (Yan Qing) [49 pieces], Draco Sanguis (Qilin Jie) [1 liang].
The above two ingredients are burnt in a sealed jar to preserve their nature, cooled on the ground to remove fire toxicity, and ground finely. Take 0.5 qian bi with rice drink, increasing up to 1 qian bi if necessary.
