论曰诸虫啮所伤，其类不一，然毒入皮肤，非真气正法不能移变，故上古有移精变气祝
由之法，今虽具存，而逐恶去毒之剂，亦不可废也。
治百虫啮，毒瓦斯内攻，雄黄丸方
雄黄（研） 朱砂（研各半两） 藜芦（去苗微炒）
巴豆（去皮心研去油） 鬼臼（去须三味各一分）
上五味，捣研为末，炼蜜和丸，如大豆大，每服三丸，空腹煎干姜汤下，当转出恶物并
虫等，当烦闷后，以鸭为羹食之。
治沙虱方
麝香（少许） 辰砂（少许）
上二味，细研为末，以盐和涂之瘥。
又方
麝香 大蒜（各等分）
上二味，捣研令匀，以羊脂和着筒中，带之。
治沙虱方
上取盐五合，水一升，煮一沸，以渍洗疮上。
治百虫啮，沙虱蛇蝎蛊毒，辰砂丸方
辰砂 雄黄（研水飞） 赤足蜈蚣 续随子（各一两） 麝香（一分）
上五味，捣研为末，粟米糊为丸，如绿豆大，每服一丸，冷水下，良久身上毛旋起处，
即是毒所伤，却用水调一丸，于毛旋起处，绕围四畔磨涂，其虱自爆出。
治一切虫啮。地胆散方
地胆 地锦（等分）
上二味曝干，捣罗为散，每用一钱匕，盏内用醋调，却用盏一只合定，慢火熬热，涂啮
处，如已啮得三两日，即先以牡蛎末一钱，新汲水调下，然后涂此药。
治百虫啮，毒攻疮痛。涂方
犀角（一片）
上一味，以井华水磨取浓汁，涂疮上。
治五毒虫螫，赤痛不止，马齿苋敷方
马齿苋（叶洗切）
上一味。烂研浓敷之。
治杂虫啮。雄黄敷方
雄黄（细研半两）
上一味，醋少许调敷之。
治一切虫啮痛。腻粉敷方
腻粉（一分）
上一味，用生姜自然汁，调敷之。
治鼠啮，麝香敷方
麝香（细研一钱）
上一味，封啮处帛缚之。
治守宫啮，青麻心涂方
青麻叶心（七枚）
上一味，以手挪碎，取汁涂之。
治守宫啮。 砂散方
雄黄（半两） 砂（一分）
上二味，细碾匀为散，以少许敷之。
治蚕啮，菟丝子散方
菟丝子 甜葶苈 蛇床子仁 盐（各半两） 麝香（一钱）
上五味。捣罗为散。以醋调涂之。
治毒蚁螫人，雄黄散方
雄黄（一钱） 麝香（半钱同研细）
上二味研匀，以生麻油调敷之。
治蚝虫啮，猪牙垢涂方
猪牙（中垢）
上一味，涂啮处，频易。
避蚊子，樗皮散方
臭樗皮（细切） 阿魏 芫花 夜明沙（炒） 罗木（镑）
上五味，粗捣筛，以慢火于房内 之。
论述说：各种虫类叮咬造成的伤害，种类不一，但毒气侵入皮肤，若非真气正法不能改变其状态，所以上古时代有移精变气、祝由的方法，现在虽然这些方法仍然存在，但驱逐恶毒去除毒气的药剂，也不可废弃。
治疗百虫叮咬，毒瓦斯内攻的雄黄丸方：
雄黄（研细）半两，朱砂（研细）半两，藜芦（去苗微炒），巴豆（去皮心研去油），鬼臼（去须）。以上三味各一分。
以上五味药，捣碎研成粉末，用炼蜜调和制成丸剂，如大豆大小，每次服用三丸，空腹时煎干姜汤送服，应当排出恶物及虫等，在感到烦闷之后，吃鸭肉羹。
治疗沙虱的方子：
麝香（少许），辰砂（少许）。
以上两味药，细细研成粉末，用盐调和涂抹患处即可痊愈。
又一方：
麝香，大蒜（各等分）。
以上两味药，捣碎研匀，用羊脂混合装在筒中，随身携带。
治疗沙虱的另一方：
取盐五合，水一升，煮至沸腾一次，用来浸泡清洗疮口。
治疗百虫叮咬，沙虱蛇蝎蛊毒的辰砂丸方：
辰砂，雄黄（研细用水飞法），赤足蜈蚣，续随子（各一两），麝香（一分）。
以上五味药，捣碎研成粉末，用粟米糊制作成丸剂，如绿豆大小，每次服用一丸，冷水送服，过一会儿身上汗毛旋转竖起的地方，就是毒气所伤之处，再用水调和一丸，在汗毛旋起处，围绕四周磨涂，那些虱子自然会爆出。
治疗一切虫咬的地胆散方：
地胆，地锦（等分）。
以上两味药晒干，捣碎过筛成散剂，每次用一钱匕，在盏内用醋调匀，再用一只盏扣住，慢火加热，涂抹在被咬处。如果已经被咬了两三天，就先服用一钱牡蛎末，用新汲水调下，然后再涂此药。
治疗百虫叮咬，毒气攻注疮痛的涂方：
犀角（一片）。
以上一味药，用井华水磨取浓汁，涂抹在疮上。
治疗五毒虫螫，红肿疼痛不止的马齿苋敷方：
马齿苋（叶洗净切碎）。
以上一味药，烂研后浓敷患处。
治疗杂虫叮咬的雄黄敷方：
雄黄（细研半两）。
以上一味药，用少许醋调匀敷之。
治疗一切虫咬疼痛的腻粉敷方：
腻粉（一分）。
以上一味药，用生姜自然汁调匀敷之。
治疗老鼠咬伤的麝香敷方：
麝香（细研一钱）。
以上一味药，封盖被咬处并用帛带缚扎。
治疗守宫（壁虎）咬伤的青麻心涂方：
青麻叶心（七枚）。
以上一味药，用手揉碎，取汁液涂抹。
治疗守宫咬伤的砂散方：
雄黄（半两），砂（一分）。
以上两味药，细细碾匀成散剂，用少许敷之。
治疗蚕咬伤的菟丝子散方：
菟丝子，甜葶苈，蛇床子仁，盐（各半两），麝香（一钱）。
以上五味药，捣碎过筛成散剂，用醋调匀涂抹。
治疗毒蚁螫人的雄黄散方：
雄黄（一钱），麝香（半钱同研细）。
以上两味药研匀，用生麻油调匀敷之。
治疗蚝虫叮咬的猪牙垢涂方：
猪牙（中间的垢）。
以上一味药，涂抹在被咬处，频繁更换。
Commentary states: The injuries caused by various biting insects are of different types. However, once the toxin enters the skin, it cannot be altered without the intervention of true Qi and orthodox methods. Therefore, in ancient times, there were methods of "Yi Jing Bian Qi" (shifting spirit and transforming Qi) and "Zhu You" (incantation therapy). Although these methods still exist today, preparations that expel evil and remove toxins should not be discarded.
Formula for Xionghuang Wan (Realgar Pill) to treat bites from a hundred insects with internal attack of toxic vapors:
Xionghuang (Realgar) (ground), Zhusha (Cinnabar) (ground), each 0.5 liang; Lili (Veratrum nigrum) (remove seedlings, slightly stir-fried); Badou (Crotonis Fructus) (remove peel and heart, grind, remove oil); Guijiu (Aristolochiae debilis Radix) (remove whiskers). The latter three ingredients are each 1 fen.
Grind the above five ingredients into powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of soybeans. Take three pills per dose, administered on an empty stomach with decoction of Ganjiang (Dried Ginger). This should cause the expulsion of noxious matter and insects. After feeling stifled or distressed, consume duck soup.
Formula for treating Sand Mites (Sha Li):
Shexiang (Moschus), Chen Sha (Cinnabar), each a small amount.
Grind the above two ingredients finely into powder, mix with salt, and apply topically to cure.
Another Formula:
Shexiang (Moschus), Dasuan (Allium sativum), equal parts.
Grind the above two ingredients evenly, mix with sheep fat, place in a tube, and carry it with you.
Another Formula for treating Sand Mites:
Take 5 he of salt and 1 sheng of water, boil once, and use the liquid to soak and wash the sores.
Formula for Chensha Wan (Cinnabar Pill) to treat bites from a hundred insects, sand mites, snakes, scorpions, and gu poison:
Chensha (Cinnabar), Xionghuang (Realgar) (ground and washed with water), Chi Zu Wugong (Scolopendra subspinipes mutilans), Xuisui Zi (Euphorbiae lathyridis Semen), each 1 liang; Shexiang (Moschus), 1 fen.
Grind the above five ingredients into powder, bind with millet paste to form pills the size of mung beans. Take one pill per dose with cold water. After a while, where body hair stands up in a spiral pattern, that is the site of the toxic injury. Mix another pill with water, rub it around the perimeter of the spiral hair area, and the lice will naturally burst out.
Formula for Dichan San (Dichan Powder) to treat all insect bites:
Dichan (Mylabris), Dijin (Polygoni avicularis Herba), equal parts.
Dry the above two ingredients, grind and sieve into powder. Use one qianbi (measure) per application. Mix with vinegar in a cup, cover with another cup, heat slowly over low fire, and apply to the bitten area. If bitten for two or three days, first take one qian of Musli (Ostreae Concha) powder mixed with fresh well water, then apply this medicine.
Topical Formula to treat bites from a hundred insects with toxic attack causing sore pain:
Xijiao (Rhinocerotis Cornu), one slice.
Grind the single ingredient with Jinghua Shui (well water drawn at dawn) to obtain a thick juice, and apply to the sore.
Formula for Machixian Poultice to treat stings from five poisonous insects with continuous redness and pain:
Machixian (Portulacae Oleraceae Herba) (leaves washed and cut).
Pound the single ingredient thoroughly and apply thickly as a poultice.
Formula for Xionghuang Poultice to treat miscellaneous insect bites:
Xionghuang (Realgar) (finely ground, 0.5 liang).
Mix the single ingredient with a small amount of vinegar and apply.
Formula for Nifen Poultice to treat pain from all insect bites:
Nifen (Calomelas), 1 fen.
Mix the single ingredient with natural juice of Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger) and apply.
Formula for Shexiang Poultice to treat rat bites:
Shexiang (Moschus) (finely ground, 1 qian).
Apply to the bite site, seal with cloth, and bind.
Formula for Qingma Xin Application to treat gecko (Shou Gong) bites:
Qingma Ye Xin (Heart of Cannabis Sativa Leaf), seven pieces.
Crush the single ingredient by hand, extract the juice, and apply.
Formula for Sha San Powder to treat gecko (Shou Gong) bites:
Xionghuang (Realgar), 0.5 liang; Sha (Borax?), 1 fen.
Grind the above two ingredients finely and evenly into powder, apply a small amount.
Formula for Tusizi San (Tusizi Powder) to treat silkworm bites:
Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen), Tiantingli (Descurainiae Semen seu Lepidii Semen), Chuangzi (Cnidii Fructus), Yan (Sal), each 0.5 liang; Shexiang (Moschus), 1 qian.
Grind the above five ingredients into powder, mix with vinegar and apply.
Formula for Xionghuang San (Xionghuang Powder) to treat ant stings:
Xionghuang (Realgar), 1 qian; Shexiang (Moschus), 0.5 qian (grind together finely).
Grind the two ingredients evenly, mix with raw Sesame Oil (Hemp Seed Oil) and apply.
Formula for Zhu Ya Gou Application to treat oyster worm bites:
Zhu Ya Zhong Gou (Dental calculus from pig teeth).
Apply to the bite site, change frequently.
Formula for Chupi San (Chupi Powder) to repel mosquitoes:
Chou Chu Pi (Ailanthi Cortex), Awei (Ferulae Resina), Yuanhua (Genkwa Flos), Yeming Sha (Galli Gizzard Membrane) (stir-fried), Luomu (Lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae) (sliced).
Coarsely crush and sieve the above five ingredients, and fumigate in the room over low fire.
