麝香，别研为细末，入前汁中，熬成膏，贮瓷器内，临卧涂面上，旦起以温水洗去，避风日
妙。

上一味。入白蜜少许，更研如膏，入合中盛。每至临卧涂面，明旦以浆水洗之。

益母草灰（一升）
上一味。以醋和为团，以炭火 七度后，入乳钵中研细，用蜜和匀，入合中。每至临卧
时，先浆水洗面，后涂之大妙。
点 子方
取落藜灰少许，淋取灰汁于铜器中，重汤煎如黑饧，以针微拨破 子，令药得发动
大者不过一点。
点 子方
取糯米十余粒，于湿锻石中埋之，以烂为度，针挑破 子敷之，经宿即落。

白瓜子（炒至黄色，二两） 藁本（去苗土） 远志（去心） 杜蘅 车前子（炒） 白芷 当归（切片焙干） 云母粉（各一两） 天门冬（去心焙干，二两） 细辛（去苗叶） 陈橘皮（汤浸去白皮炒） 柏子仁 栝蒌根 铅丹（各半两） 白石脂（一分）
以上十五味药。捣碎研成细末，用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸药，每次服用二十丸，温酒送下，早晚饭后服用。
治疗面部黑斑，涂抹后能使皮肤光润的防风膏方：
防风（去叉枝） 藁本（去苗土） 辛夷 芍药 当归（切片焙干） 白芷 牛膝（切片焙干） 商陆 细辛（去苗叶） 密陀僧（细研） 川芎 独活（去芦头） 葳蕤 木兰皮 蕤仁（各二两） 杏仁（汤浸去皮尖） 丁香 鸡舌香 零陵香 真珠屑 麝香（各一两） 油（一斤） 獐鹿髓（各一升，如果没有猪骨髓也可以） 牛髓（一升，如果没有脂肪也可以） 蜡（四两，已炼过的）
以上二十六味药。先将骨髓用水浸泡至变白后取出，除真珠屑和麝香外，其余药物切碎，然后将油、髓、蜡放入锅中。熬化后，加入诸药，用文火煎煮，待药液呈白芷黄色，根据稀稠程度适当调整。用新棉过滤去渣，再将珍珠屑和麝香分别研成细末，加入前面的药汁中，熬制成膏，储存在瓷器内。临睡前涂在脸上，早晨起来用温水洗去，注意避风日晒，效果奇妙。
治疗面部黑斑，使面色白而悦泽的白附子膏方：
白附子 青木香 丁香（各一两） 商陆根（一两） 细辛（三两） 酥（半两） 羊脂（三两） 密陀僧（一两，研细） 金牙（三两）
以上九味药。捣碎过筛成散剂，用三升酒浸泡一夜。煮取一升，去渣加入酥，再煎至一升成膏状，晚上涂在脸上，早晨起来用温水洗去，不得见大风和烈日，否则病情会加重。
治疗面部黑斑的方子：
鸡蛋（一枚，去黄留清） 朱砂末（一两）
以上两味药。先将朱砂研成末，放入鸡蛋清中，封口固定，与鸡蛋一起让母鸡孵化，等到小鸡孵出时，取出药液涂脸，有效。
治疗面部黑斑的方子：
沉香（三分） 牛黄（三分） 薰陆香（乳香）（三分） 雌黄（各半两） 丁香（一分） 玉屑（三分） 鹰屎（半两） 水银（一分）
以上八味药。先将三种香料捣罗成末，然后将玉屑、雄黄、雌黄放入乳钵中研细，再加入水银及诸药，共同研磨至极细，加入白蜜调和，使稀稠适度，装入瓷盒中保存。每到临睡前，涂在黑斑处。
治疗面部黑斑，涂抹后使皮肤光白润泽的杏仁膏方：
杏仁（汤浸去皮尖双仁，一两半） 雄黄（一两） 瓜子（一两） 白芷（一两） 零陵香（半两） 白蜡（三两）
以上六味药。除白蜡外，其余放入乳钵中研细，加入半升油及药物，放入锅中，用文火煎煮。待药液稠凝时，加入白蜡，再次煎搅均匀，装入瓷盒中。每天先涂药，后敷粉，能大大去除黑斑。
治疗面部黑斑，涂抹后使皮肤光白润泽的羊髓膏方：
羊胫骨髓（二两） 丹砂（研细半两） 鸡子白（蛋清，二枚）
以上三味药。先将骨髓和丹砂放入乳钵中，研磨至极细，用蛋清调和均匀，装入盒中保存。每次使用时，先用浆水洗脸，然后涂抹。
治疗面部黑斑，涂抹后使皮肤光白润泽的丹砂方：
丹砂（一两，研细）
以上一味药。加入少许白蜜，再研磨如膏状，装入盒中保存。每到临睡前涂脸，第二天早晨用浆水洗去。
治疗面部黑斑，使皮肤光白润泽的益母草涂方：
益母草灰（一升）
以上一味药。用醋调和成团，用炭火煨烧七次后，放入乳钵中研细，用蜂蜜调和均匀，装入盒中。每到临睡前，先用浆水洗脸，然后涂抹，效果极佳。
点除黑斑子的方子：
取落藜灰少许，淋取灰汁于铜器中，隔水煎煮如黑饴糖状，用针轻轻挑破黑斑，令药力发动，大的不过一点即可消除。

The above fifteen ingredients. Pound and grind into fine powder, refine honey to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 20 pills per dose, swallow with warm wine, taken morning and evening after meals.

The above twenty-six ingredients. First, soak the marrow in water until white, then take out. Except for Pearl Dust and Moschus, chop the remaining herbs. Next, put oil, marrow, and wax into the pot. Boil until melted, add the herbs, and decoct over gentle heat. When the color resembles Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (white angelica), adjust the consistency appropriately. Filter off the dregs with new cotton cloth. Then, separately grind Pearl Dust and Moschus into fine powder, add to the previous liquid, and boil into an ointment. Store in porcelain containers. Apply to the face before going to bed, wash off with warm water in the morning, avoid wind and sun exposure. This is excellent.

Fu Zi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) Qing Mu Xiang (Aucklandiae Radix) Ding Xiang (Caryophylli Flos, each 1 liang) Shang Lu Gen (Phytolaccae Radix, 1 liang) Xi Xin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, 3 liang) Su (Butyrum, half liang) Yang Zhi (Adeps Ovillus, 3 liang) Mi Tuo Seng (Lithargyri Pulvis, 1 liang, ground) Jin Ya (Orpiment, 3 liang)
The above nine ingredients. Pound and sieve into powder. Soak in three sheng of wine overnight. Decoct to obtain one sheng, filter off dregs, add butter, and boil to one sheng to form an ointment. Apply to the face at night, wash off with warm water in the morning. Do not expose to strong wind or direct sunlight, or the condition will worsen.
Prescription for treating facial macules:
Ji Zi (Galli Ovo, one egg, remove yolk) Zhu Sha Mo (Cinnabaris Pulvis, 1 liang)
The above two ingredients. First, grind Cinnabar into powder, put into the egg white, seal tightly, and incubate with chicken eggs. When the chicks hatch, take the substance and apply to the face. Effective.

Chen Xiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum, 3 fen) Niu Huang (Calculus Bovis, 3 fen) Xun Lu Xiang (Olibanum, 3 fen) Ci Huang (Realgar, half liang) Ding Xiang (Caryophylli Flos, 1 fen) Yu Xie (Jade Fragments, 3 fen) Ying Shi (Accipiter Excrement, half liang) Shui Yin (Hydrargyrum, 1 fen)
The above eight ingredients. First, pound and sieve the three fragrances into powder. Then, put Jade Fragments, Realgar, and Ci Huang into a mortar and grind finely. Add Hydrargyrum and other drugs, grind together until extremely fine. Mix with white honey to achieve appropriate consistency. Store in porcelain boxes. Apply to the macule area before going to bed.
Prescription of Xing Ren Gao (Apricot Kernel Ointment) for treating facial macules, applying makes the skin bright, white, and lustrous:
Xing Ren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum, soaked in water, removed skin and tip, double kernel, 1.5 liang) Xiong Huang (Realgar, 1 liang) Gua Zi (Cucurbitae Semen, 1 liang) Bai Zhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, 1 liang) Ling Ling Xiang (Lysimachiae Herba, half liang) Bai La (Beeswalbum, 3 liang)
The above six ingredients. Except for Beeswalbum, put others into a mortar and grind finely. Add half sheng of oil and the drugs, put into the pot, and decoct over gentle heat. When thickened and coagulated, add Beeswalbum, stir evenly, and put into porcelain boxes. Apply medicine first, then powder every day. Greatly removes macules.
Prescription of Yang Sui Gao (Sheep Marrow Ointment) for treating facial macules, applying makes the skin bright, white, and lustrous:
Yang Jing Gu Sui (Os Tibiae Ovillus Medulla, 2 liang) Dan Sha (Cinnabaris, ground, half liang) Ji Zi Bai (Albumen Ovi Galli, two)
The above three ingredients. First, put marrow and Cinnabar into a mortar, grind until extremely fine. Blend with Albumen Ovi Galli to make uniform. Store in boxes. Before use, wash face with Jiang Shui (fermented rice water), then apply.

Prescription of Yi Mu Cao (Motherwort) Application for treating facial macules, making the skin bright, white, and lustrous:
Yi Mu Cao Hui (Ash of Leonuri Herba, 1 sheng)
The above one ingredient. Mix with vinegar to form balls, roast over charcoal fire seven times. Then put into a mortar and grind finely. Mix with honey uniformly. Store in boxes. Before going to bed, wash face with Jiang Shui (fermented rice water) first, then apply. Very effective.
Prescription for cauterizing macules:
Take a small amount of ash from Tribulus terrestris, leach the ash juice into a copper vessel, boil over a double boiler until resembling dark maltose syrup. Use a needle to gently pierce the macule, allowing the medicine to activate. Large spots require only one application.

Take more than ten grains of glutinous rice, bury them in wet Duan Shi (calcined gypsum/lime), until they rot. Use a needle to pierce the macule and apply the substance. It will fall off after one night.
