论述：风瘙痒，是由于体表虚弱、卫气不足，风邪趁机侵袭，导致血脉运行不畅、停滞。气血在体内内外鼓动，郁而化热，热盛则引起皮肤瘙痒。若久治不愈，病邪扩散溢出，搔抓后便会形成疮疡。
治疗遍身发痒，感觉如虫爬行。本散方：
本（去除苗和泥土） 蒺藜子（炒至土黄色，去刺角） 人参 白花蛇（酒浸透，去皮骨，炙干，各三分） 枳壳（去瓤，麸炒）
以上八味药，捣碎过筛成细粉。每次服用一钱匕，饭后用温酒或荆芥汤调服。
治疗脾肺风毒攻注皮肤引起的瘙痒，或生疮癣。威灵仙散方：

治疗皮肤风痒，昼夜不停。五白散方：
白附子（炮制） 白僵蚕（炒） 白蒺藜（炒） 白鲜皮（各一两） 白花蛇（酒浸透，去皮骨，炙干，三两）
以上五味药，捣碎过筛成细粉。每次服用一钱匕，空腹及睡前用温酒调服。
治疗风邪客于皮肤，引起瘙痒、麻木。天麻丸方：
天麻 附子（炮裂，去皮脐） 川芎 乌药 白附子（生用，各一两） 荆芥穗（八两） 龙脑（单独研磨） 麝香（单独研磨，各一钱）
以上八味药，除龙脑和麝香单独研磨外，其余捣碎过筛成细末，拌匀后用炼蜜制成鸡头大小的丸药。每次服用一丸，空腹及睡前嚼服，温酒送下。
治疗皮肤风痒、疮癣麻木，冷痹，热毒痈疖。四生丸方：
草乌头（半两） 白僵蚕 苦参 黑牵牛（各一两，均生用）
以上四味药，捣碎过筛成细末，用酒煮面糊为丸，如梧桐子大。每次服用十五丸，温酒送下，每日三次。

丹参 苦参 升麻（各一两） 黄芩（去黑心） 防风（去叉枝，各半两） 枳壳（去瓤，麸炒） 乌梢蛇（适量）
以上七味药，捣碎过筛成细末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。每次服用三十丸，饭后用酸浆水送下。
治疗肺风引起的皮肤瘙痒，或生瘾疹、疥癣。苦参丸方：
苦参（一斤） 白蔹（去皮并子，捣碎，用水一斗浸泡揉搓取浓汁，滤去渣滓，熬成膏）
以上两味药，将苦参捣成细末，用白蔹膏调和制成丸药，如梧桐子大。每次服用三十丸，用荆芥薄荷酒送下。
治疗风瘙痒。枳壳汤方：
枳壳（去瓤，麸炒，三两）
以上一味药，粗捣筛过。每次服用三钱匕，加水一盏，煎至七分，去渣温服。
治疗肺风热，皮肤疮癣瘙痒。秦艽丸方：
秦艽 乌蛇（酒浸透，去皮骨，炙干） 苦参 升麻 枳壳（去瓤，麸炒） 黄芩（去黑心） 防风（去叉枝）
以上九味药，捣碎过筛成细末，炼蜜和丸，如梧桐子大。每次服用三十丸，饭后用温浆水送下。
治疗热毒风攻注，遍体瘙痒、瘾疹，皮肤麻木疼痛，肢节疼痛，大肠传导不利。天麻散方：
天麻 防风（去叉枝） 羌活（去芦头） 甘菊花 杏仁（去皮尖，双仁者炒至微黄，各二两） 甘草（适量）
以上六味药，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次服用三钱匕，空腹时用蜜酒调服，每日两次。
治疗风热致皮肤瘙痒，生瘾疹、疮疡，如水疱状，或如粟粒状。天门冬丸方：
天门冬（去心，焙干，二两） 枳壳（去瓤，麸炒，三两） 白术（锉碎） 人参（各一两半） 独活（去芦头，适量）
以上六味药，捣碎过筛成细末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。每次饭后用米饮送下三十丸，每日两次。
治疗遍身疮疥，皮破肉痛，或瘙痒流脓水。八味散涂敷方：
蜀椒（去目） 吴茱萸（汤洗，焙干，炒） 青盐（研细） 石硫黄（研细） 轻粉（研细） 白僵蚕（炒）
以上八味药，捣碎研磨成散剂，用猪胆汁调匀涂抹患处。干燥时直接干敷。
治疗风瘙痒如虫行，或肢体麻木不仁。防风汤淋洗方：
防风（去叉枝） 益母草 苦参（各三两） 蒺藜子（炒，五两） 荆芥穗 蔓荆实 枳壳（去瓤，适量）
以上七味药，粗捣筛过。每次取三两，加水一斗，煎至八升，趁热淋洗患处。
治疗风邪致皮肤麻木，疼痛瘙痒。莽草汤淋洗方：

以上八味药，粗捣筛过。每次取三两，加水一斗，煎至八升，趁热淋洗患处。
Discussion: Wind-induced pruritus arises from exterior deficiency and insufficiency of Wei Qi (Defensive Qi), allowing Wind pathogen to invade. This leads to stagnation in the blood vessels, with internal and external qi stirring and generating heat. Heat causes itching. If not cured for a long time, the pathogenic factor spreads, and scratching results in sores.
Treatment for generalized itching, feeling as if insects are crawling. Ben San Powder:
Ben (Ligusticum sinense Rhizome) (remove seedlings and soil) Tribulus terrestris Fructus (Tribulus Fructus) (stir-fry until earthy yellow, remove spines) Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Ginseng Root) Daboia swinhonis (White Flower Snake) (soak in wine, remove skin and bones, roast, each 3 fen) Aurantii Fructus (Zhi Ke) (remove pith, stir-fry with bran).
The above eight herbs are crushed, sifted into fine powder. Take one qian bi per dose, mixed with warm wine or Jingjie Decoction after meals.
Treatment for itching caused by Spleen and Lung Wind-Toxin attacking the skin, or formation of sores and tinea. Weilingxian San Powder:
Clematis Radix et Rhizoma (Weilingxian) (remove soil) Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng) (remove forked branches) Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo) (remove rhizome head) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (roasted, each 1 liang) Scutellariae Barbatae Radix (Zishen) (0.5 liang) Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjiesui) (appropriate amount).
The above six herbs are crushed, sifted into fine powder. Take two qian bi per dose, mixed with honey water, at any time.
Treatment for wind-induced skin itching, unceasing day and night. Wu Bai San Powder:

The above five herbs are crushed, sifted into fine powder. Take one qian bi per dose, mixed with warm wine on an empty stomach and before sleep.
Treatment for Wind pathogen lodging in the skin, causing itching and numbness. Tianma Wan Pill:
Gastrodiae Rhizoma (Tianma) Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata (Fuzi) (cracked by roasting, remove skin and navel) Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong) Linderae Radix (Wuyao) Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Preparata (Baifuzi) (used raw, each 1 liang) Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjiesui) (8 liang) Borneolum Syntheticum (Longnao) (separately ground) Moschus (Shexiang) (separately ground, each 1 qian).
The above eight herbs, except Borneolum and Moschus which are separately ground, are crushed and sifted into fine powder. Mix well with refined honey and form pills the size of a chicken head. Take one pill per dose, chew and swallow with warm wine on an empty stomach and before sleep.
Treatment for skin wind itching, sore/tinea numbness, cold Bi syndrome, heat-toxin carbuncles and furuncles. Si Sheng Wan Pill:

The above four herbs are crushed, sifted into fine powder. Take two qian bi per dose, mixed with aged tea or warm wine, after meals and before sleep.
Treatment for wind sores and itching that become sores upon scratching. Danmai Wan Pill:

Treatment for Lung Wind causing skin itching, or formation of urticaria, scabies, and tinea. Kushen Wan Pill:
Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen) (1 jin) Ampelopsis Radix (Bailian) (remove skin and seeds, crush, soak in 1 dou of water, rub to extract thick juice, filter dregs, boil into paste).
The above two ingredients: crush Sophorae Radix into fine powder, mix with Ampelopsis paste to form pills, the size of Loropetalum chinense seeds. Take thirty pills per dose, with Jingjie and Mentha wine.
Treatment for wind-induced pruritus. Zhike Tang Decoction:

The above six herbs are crushed and sifted into powder. Take three qian bi per dose, mixed with honey wine on an empty stomach, twice a day.
Treatment for Wind-Heat causing skin itching, urticaria, sores resembling water blisters or millet grains. Tianmendong Wan Pill:
Asparagi Radix (Tianmendong) (remove heart, dry, 2 liang) Aurantii Fructus (Zhike) (remove pith, stir-fry with bran, 3 liang) Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu) (cut) Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen) (each 1.5 liang) Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duhuo) (remove rhizome head, appropriate amount).
The above six herbs are crushed and sifted into fine powder. Form pills with refined honey, the size of Loropetalum chinense seeds. Take thirty pills after each meal with rice drink, twice a day.
Treatment for generalized scabies, broken skin with pain, or itching with pus. Ba Wei San Topical Powder:
