论曰风瘙瘾疹。其状有二。皆缘肌中有热。若凉湿之气折之。热结不散。则成白胗。若
因风邪所折。风热相搏。则成赤胗。赤胗得热则剧。得冷则灭。盖热气郁结于内故恶热宜冷。
白胗得阴雨则甚。得晴暄则消。盖热气散释于外。故恶冷宜热。冷热之证虽异。其为瘾疹则
一。盖身体风瘙而痒。瘙之隐隐而起是也。
治风瘙瘾疹。搔之随手起。痒痛烦闷。麻黄汤方

论述：风瘙瘾疹。其症状表现有两种情况。都是因为肌肤内部有热邪，如果受到凉湿之气的遏制，热邪郁结不散，就会形成白疹（白色风团）。如果是由于风邪侵袭，风与热相互搏结，就会形成赤疹（红色风团）。赤疹遇到热邪则病情加重，遇到冷邪则消退。这是因为热气郁结在体内，所以厌恶热而适宜用冷法治疗。白疹遇到阴雨天气则加重，遇到晴朗温暖天气则消散。这是因为热气散发于体表之外，所以厌恶寒冷而适宜用热法治疗。虽然寒证和热证的表现为异，但都属于瘾疹范畴。所谓身体风瘙瘙痒，抓挠后隐隐隆起就是这种病。
治疗风瘙瘾疹，抓挠后随即起包，伴有瘙痒疼痛、心烦闷乱的症状，使用麻黄汤方：

以上一味药，细切，用酒一斗，煮取三升，日夜服完。居住在温室中，穿衣捂汗后即可痊愈。
治疗风瘾疹瘙痒不止，使用白蜜酒方：
白蜜（一合） 酒（二合）
以上二味药，混合煎暖，饭前服用。
治疗风瘙痒瘾疹，时时发作，使用麻黄汤方：

治疗皮肤中有如虫爬行的感觉，口噤语涩，腰脊强直，手足拘挛，以及身体瘾疹，抓挠后成疮，使用石南汤方：

天雄（炮制裂开，去皮脐，一两） 防风（去除叉枝，一两半） 牛膝（酒浸，切片焙干） 桂枝（去除粗皮） 干姜（炮制）
以上九味药，捣碎过筛制成细末，用炼蜜调和做成丸剂，如梧桐子大小。每次服用二十丸，空腹用米饮送服，每日两次。
治疗风热，头面身体瘙痒瘾疹，使用枳实丸方：
枳实（去瓤，麸炒，一两半） 天门冬（去心，焙干） 独活（去除芦头） 黄连（去须） 防风（去除叉枝）
以上九味药，捣碎过筛制成细末，用炼蜜调和做成丸剂，如梧桐子大小。每次服用二十丸，空腹用米饮送服，每日两次。
治疗风瘾疹日久不愈，每次发作可能先有心腹痛、痰逆呃逆、麻痹、筋脉不仁等症状，使用小朱散方：
成块赤土（有砂石者不可用） 当归（切片焙干）
以上二味药，等分，捣碎过筛制成散剂，用冷酒调服二钱匕。同时配合外用涂药方：
慎火草（大叶的也称为景天花） 生姜（带皮不洗，等分研磨） 盐（适量少许）
以上三味药，涂抹摩擦瘙痒处。如果是遍身瘾疹，涂抹在最严重的部位，自然会消退。
治疗风瘾疹，使用蒴藋汤淋洗方：
蒴藋（一两，切碎）
以上一味药，用水三碗，煎煮五到七沸，温度适宜，清洗患处。
治疗风瘙瘾疹，皮肤剧烈瘙痒，抓破出血，使用蒴藋膏方：
蒴藋根（切碎） 蒺藜子（白色的） 茺蔚草（切碎，各一升） 附子（去皮脐） 独活（去苗） 犀角（三两） 木香（二两） 花椒（去目并闭合口的，一两）
以上十八味药，全部生用，粗捣筛过，用头醋浸泡一夜。先用铜器、石器或银器，在炭火上，煎猪脂五斤，滤去滓膜，加入药物煎至微沸，大约从辰时到申时，待白芷色黄，膏成，停火冷却后滤去药渣，装入不透水的容器中，取出来按摩患病部位。
治疗风瘾疹颜色发红，用蛇衔草敷贴：
蛇衔草（不拘多少）
以上一味药，取新鲜的，捣烂敷贴。
治疗风瘾疹，使用芒硝汤洗方：
芒硝（研细）
以上一味药，用热水调和，擦拭患处。
治疗风瘾疹，瘙痒疼痛难以忍受，使用川芎粉摩方：
川芎 白芷 麻黄根（各二两） 藿香（一两） 米粉（二升）
以上五味药，捣碎过筛制成粉，涂抹按摩患处。
治疗风赤白瘾疹，多年不愈，每次发作遍身肿胀，久恐入腹伤人，使用矾石涂方：
矾石（生捣末，三两） 清酒（三升）
以上二味药，先煮酒令沸腾，其次加入矾石末，共同煮成稀糊状涂抹。
治疗风赤疹，使用景天涂方：
景天（生用，一斤，即慎火草）
以上一味药，捣碎研磨，绞取汁液涂抹在疹子上，用手加热熨烫即可痊愈。
治疗风白疹，使用枳实熨方：
枳实（生用，八两）
以上一味药，捣碎，用醋浸泡后炒热，用熟帛包裹，熨烫在疹子上，冷了即更换。分成两个包子，交替炒熨效果更好。
治疗丹毒瘾疹，使用升麻膏方：
升麻 白薇 漏芦（去除芦头） 连翘 芒硝 黄芩（去除黑心） 蛇衔 枳壳（去瓤，麸炒，各一两）
以上十味药，细锉，用水三升，猪脂三升煎煮，候水干后滤去药渣，盛放在干燥的瓷器中，遇病时涂抹。
治疗身体赤瘾疹起，抓挠成疮，使用莽草膏方：
莽草（半两） 当归（锉碎炒制） 川芎 踯躅花 大戟 细辛（去苗叶） 赤芍药 芫花 附子
以上十一味药，用猪脂煎煮，候附子色黄，膏成后涂抹。
治疗瘾疹马蔺浴汤方：
马蔺花 蒴藋 茺蔚子 矾石（烧至汁枯） 蒺藜子（炒制去角） 茵芋 羊桃根 蓄（各一两）

治疗瘾疹各种疗法未愈，使用白术浴汤方：

以上六味药，粗捣筛过。每次服用五钱匕，加水一盏半，粟米粉二钱匕，共同煎煮至七分，滤去药渣，饭后温服。同时配合全身扑粉。

Discussion: Wind-induced pruritic urticaria (Feng Sao Yin Zhen). Its clinical manifestations present in two forms. Both arise from heat pathogenic factors accumulating within the muscle layer. The above eight medicinal materials are finely chopped. Decoct with 2 dou of fermented grain water (Jiangshui, 浆水) until reduced to 1 dou. Strain and wash.
Treatment for urticaria unresponsive to various therapies, use Baizhu Bath Decoction:
Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu, 白术) [3 liang]
Rokko Salt (Rongyan, 戎盐)
Alumen (Fanshi, 矾石) [crushed, each 0.5 liang]
Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连) [stamens removed]
Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, 黄芩) [black heart removed]
Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin, 细辛) [seedlings and leaves removed]
The above eight medicinal materials are finely chopped. Decoct with 2 dou of water until reduced to 1 dou. Strain and wash.
Treatment for wind wheals, Guijian Decoction:
Euonymi Ramus cum Quaturis (Guijianyu, 鬼箭羽)
Ampelopsis Japonica Radix (Bailian, 白蔹)
Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu, 白术)
Alumen (Fanshi, 矾石) [cooked until juice dries]
Glycyrrhiza uralensis Root (Gancao, 甘草) [chopped and prepared, each 1 liang]
Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, 防风) [devoid of forked branches, 2 liang]
The above six medicinal materials are coarsely crushed and sieved. Each dose is 5 qian bi, decocted with 1.5 sheng of water and 2 qian bi of millet flour. Decoct until reduced to 0.7 sheng. Strain and take warm after meals. Also use body powder.
Treatment for wind-induced pruritic urticaria, use Wutou Powder:
Aconiti Radix Preparata (Wutou, 乌头) [prepared until cracked, devoid of skin and umbilicus]
Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng, 桔梗) [stir-fried]
Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin, 细辛) [seedlings and leaves removed]
Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu, 白术) [each 1 liang]
Minii Cerussa (Qiandan, 铅丹) [ground, 1.5 liang]
The above five medicinal materials are pounded and ground extremely fine and mixed uniformly. Take small amounts occasionally and dust onto itchy areas of the body.
