以上四味药，捣碎过筛成散剂。空腹时用温酒调服二钱匕，晚饭后再次服用。
治疗六十四种风邪，注入皮肤中如虫爬行，疼痛如针刺刀割，状似蛊毒，以及突发风邪导致面目肿胀，手无法举过头顶，口噤不能说话的方剂：石南汤方

以上十二味药，锉碎如麻豆大小。每次服用六钱匕，用水一盏、酒一盏，煎煮至一盏量，去渣温服。以出汗为度。
治疗蛊风身体疼痛如刀割的方剂：白花蛇煎方
白花蛇 乌梢蛇（均用酒浸，去皮去骨，焙干，各二两） 白蜜（三十两） 生姜（取汁六两） 薄荷汁
以上九味药，将其中六味捣碎过筛成粉末。先放入蜂蜜，并加入生姜汁和薄荷汁，其次放入各种药末拌和均匀。在银器中隔水熬制成煎膏。用无灰酒调服半匙匕。长期服用可使身体滑润细腻。
治疗蛊风的方剂：何首乌散方
何首乌（去除黑皮） 威灵仙（去除泥土，各一两） 苦参（半两） 麒麟竭（一分）
以上四味药，均生捣碎过筛成散剂，放入乳钵内研磨三五百遍。每次服用一钱匕，用荆芥汤调服。每日三次，用酒送服效果更佳。
治疗蛊风全身皮肤疼痛，瘙痒游走感如有蛊虫啄食，搔抓后生疮，严重者如刀割的方剂：茵芋酒方

以上十五味药，锉碎如麻豆大小。年轻力壮者不用熬煮，体虚老人轻微熬煮。用清酒二斗浸泡。冬季七日，夏季三日，春秋五日。初次服用一合，若无效加至二合。
治疗蛊风全身皮肤疼痛，如刀割状，以及头目不清利、风痰等疾病的方剂：薄荷丸方

以上十三味药，捣碎研磨成粉末，再与炼蜜混合均匀，制成鸡头实大小的丸药。每次服用一丸，饭后细细咀嚼，茶或酒送服均可。

Form pills the size of bullet shells. Divide one pill into four doses. Take with warm wine mixed with a little ginger juice. This formula also treats paralysis, acute and chronic stroke, phlegm-fluid obstruction, chest discomfort, deviation of eye and mouth, hemiplegia, mental confusion, and blood-wind migration. Administer according to previous decoction methods, 2-3 times daily. For lateral headache, frontal headache, and brain-invading wind-disease, grind with aged tea liquor and a little ginger juice, take, and lie down for a while. Grind one pill and apply to swollen/painful areas. For postpartum emergencies, grind with ginger juice, add equal parts child's urine and wine, warm slightly, and take. For blood-wind consumption and failed blood attacking limbs or stabbing abdominal/flank pain, take with Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chinese Angelica Root) wine.
