Spread the medicinal materials on a wooden board three inches wide, and place it horizontally near the bottom of a ceramic urn. Wait until the temperature is suitable, then step onto the board inside the urn to soak the feet, frequently pouring the decoction from above onto the foot surface. The liquid should only be two or three inches away from the foot surface and must not exceed the ankle. If the liquid cools, return it to the pot according to the previous method, add the previous medicinal dregs, boil for three or four times, filter out the dregs, and soak the feet again according to the previous method. The dregs can only be re-boiled three or four times. Stop when sweating profusely. After sweating, cover the body with clothes and blankets, wait for the body to stabilize, and drink a bowl of ginger tea. Use a clean ceramic urn capable of holding five dou, place a board horizontally at the bottom of the urn. Filter the decoction and pour it into the urn while hot. When the temperature is suitable, step onto the board in the urn and frequently pour the liquid from above onto the feet. The liquid should be three to four inches away from the foot surface and must not exceed the ankle. Stay in a sealed room to avoid wind. The goal is to induce profuse sweating. When the liquid cools, return it to the pot with the dregs, boil for three to five times, filter, and soak the feet as before.

Coix Root (Coicis Radix, crushed), Zanthoxylum Root Bark (Zanthoxyli Radicis Cortex, crushed, 3 liang each), Desmodii Caulis (Desmodii Caulis, two liang, crushed), Evodia Fruit (Evodiae Fructus, one liang, washed with water and wrapped in cotton).

When the temperature is suitable, soak the feet near the urn in a sealed room, frequently pouring the liquid from above onto the feet. Warm the outside of the urn slightly with chaff fire. The liquid in the urn should be only three inches away from the foot surface. Replace the liquid frequently, aiming for profuse sweating. If sweating is insufficient, soak the feet all day. Additionally, use Ginger Root (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) and Chaenomeles Fruit (Chaenomelis Fructus), each one and a half liang, crush them, grind them together into a paste, apply to the soles of the feet, wrap tightly with wax paper, wear thick clothes and cover with blankets to induce sweating, then take the following Mugwort and Costus Decoction.

Sit in a sealed room, step on the horizontal wood in the urn, frequently soak, and pour the liquid from above onto the feet. Warm the outside of the urn slightly with chaff fire. Aim for profuse sweating. The liquid should be two or three inches away from the foot surface. After soaking, wrap both feet in cotton clothes to prevent wind exposure. Continue treading until reaching the bottom, leaving only the toes exposed. Add boiling liquid if it feels cold, until finished. Cover tightly and avoid wind. Gradually wet up to the knees. When the liquid cools, remove feet and dust with rice flour.
For Hong Kong Foot attacks with chest and diaphragm oppression:

When the Ephedra cools, stop. Wear cotton-lined socks to prevent wind exposure. Repeat three to five times to permanently cure the root cause.
Foot Tread Pill for Hong Kong Foot Swelling and Bone Pain:
Aconite Root (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, three liang, peeled and navel removed, raw pounded to powder), Camphor (Borneolum Syntheticum, two liang, finely ground).
