【五石乌头丸方】
治疗男子和女子的各种虚弱、劳损、寒冷病症，以及久积的寒邪和长期的痞块，还有症瘕积聚（腹内结块），或者呕吐逆气不能进食，以及风湿等各种疾病，没有不治愈的。

以上三十二味药研成粉末，用蜂蜜调和，捣击五千杵，每次用酒送服如梧桐子大小的十丸，每日三次，逐渐增加剂量。
【乌头丸方】
治疗男子和女子的寒冷病症，腹内积聚，邪气往来，四肢厥冷且寒气上冲心胸，心痛痹阻闷痛。吐泻不止，妇女产后身体消瘦羸弱。

治疗心腹部的疝气和瘕块，胁下及小腹部胀满，坚硬疼痛且有积块，寒气侵入腹部，使人腹中寒冷，发作严重时寒气上冲心胸导致气满，饮食后容易呕吐的方剂。

[Formula of Five-Stone Aconite Pill]
Treats various conditions of deficiency, exhaustion, and cold in both men and women; chronic cold pathogens and long-standing masses (宿寒久癖); zheng jia ji ju (症瘕积聚 - abdominal masses and accumulations); vomiting and regurgitation with inability to eat; and various wind-dampness diseases. There is no condition it does not treat.
Sanctum Lapis (炼钟乳) [Prepared Stalactite], Purple Quartz Stone (紫石英), Sulfur (硫黄), Red Kaolin (赤石脂), Alum Stone (矾石), Immature Bitter Orange (枳实), Licorice Root (甘草), Atractylodes Rhizome (白术), Aster Root (紫菀), Cornus Fruit (山茱萸), Saposhnikovia Root (防风), Anemarrhena Rhizome (白薇), Platycodon Root (桔梗), Heavenly Male Aconite (天雄), Gleditsia Sinensis Pod (皂荚), Asarum Root (细辛), Cistanche Stem (肉苁蓉), Ginseng Root (人参), Prepared Aconite Lateral Root (附子), Veratrum Rhizome (藜芦) [each: 1 liang 6 zhu]; Dried Ginger (干姜), Evodia Fruit (吴茱萸), Sichuan Pepper (蜀椒), Cassia Twig Heart (桂心), Ophiopogon Tuber (麦门冬) [each: 2.5 liang]; Aconite Root Lateralis Preparata (乌头) [3 liang], Magnolia Bark (厚朴), Polygala Root (远志), Poria (茯苓) [each: 1.5 liang], Angelica Sinensis Root (当归) [2 liang], Jujube Date (大枣).
Grind the above thirty-two ingredients into powder. Mix with honey, pound five thousand times. Take ten pills the size of a wutong seed with wine, three times daily. Gradually increase the dose.
[Aconite Pill Formula]
Treats cold conditions in men and women, abdominal accumulations, wandering pathogenic qi, jue ni (厥逆 - cold extremities with upward rushing of cold qi) attacking the heart, heart pain with bi obstruction and stifling sensation. Unremitting vomiting and diarrhea, emaciation after childbirth in women.
Aconite Root Lateralis Preparata (乌头) [15 pieces], Evodia Fruit (吴茱萸), Sichuan Pepper (蜀椒), Dried Ginger (干姜), Cassia Twig Heart (桂心) [each: 2.5 liang], Peucedanum Root (前胡), Asarum Root (细辛), Ginseng Root (人参), Szechwan Lovage Root (川芎), Atractylodes Rhizome (白术) [each: 1 liang 6 zhu], Gleditsia Sinensis Pod (皂荚), Aster Root (紫菀), Anemarrhena Rhizome (白薇), White Peony Root (芍药) [each: 18 zhu], Prepared Rehmannia Root (干地黄) [1.5 liang].
Grind the above fifteen ingredients into powder. Make honey pills. Take ten pills the size of a wutong seed with wine, three times daily. Gradually increase the dose until efficacy is observed.
[Formula for Treating Xin Fu Shan Jia]
Treats hernia and jia masses in the chest and abdomen, fullness in the hypochondrium and lower abdomen, hardness and pain with accumulations, cold qi entering the abdomen causing coldness within, severe attacks leading to upward rushing of cold qi to the chest causing fullness, and tendency to vomit after eating or drinking.
Rhubarb Root (大黄), Poria (茯苓) [each: 1.5 liang], Evodia Fruit (吴茱萸), Cassia Twig Heart (桂心), Scutellaria Root (黄芩), Asarum Root (细辛), Ginseng Root (人参), Sichuan Pepper (蜀椒), Dried Ginger (干姜) [each: 1 liang 6 zhu], Moutan Cortex (牡丹), Licorice Root (甘草), Szechwan Lovage Root (川芎), Cistanche Stem (肉苁蓉), Eupolyphaga Steleophaga (廑虫) [each: 18 zhu], White Peony Root (芍药), Pleurospermum Root (防葵), Blatta Orientalis (虻虫), Magnolia Bark (厚朴), Pinellia Tuber (半夏) [each: 1 liang].
Ash from human hair (male) (男发灰) [0.5 liang].
Grind the above twenty ingredients into powder. Make honey pills. Take five pills the size of a wutong seed, twice daily. Gradually increase the dose.
