To treat pediatric wind-induced skin itching and pain resembling scabies, where scratching exudes fluid, with granules like hemp or bean seeds covering the whole body, prone to annual recurrence, puffy and swollen face and eyes, dry and withered hands and feet, fine and yellow hair, lackluster skin, and obstructed nasal breathing. This condition arises from extreme heat toxicity in early childhood combined with wind exposure, resulting from the interplay of wind and heat.
