上三味为末，以醋一盏渍之三日，夜净洗面，敷之，莫见风日，三七日慎之，白如雪。
又方 鸡子（三枚） 丁香（一两） 胡粉（一两细研）
上三味，先以醋一升渍七日后，取鸡子白调香粉，令匀，以浆水洗面，敷之。

李子仁末和鸡子白，敷一宿即落。
又方 白羊乳（二升） 羊胰（二具水浸、去汁、细擘） 甘草（二两末）
上三味相和一宿，先以醋浆水洗面，生布拭之，夜敷药两遍，明旦以猪蹄汤洗却，每夜

上二味相和，夜涂面，明旦以米泔洗之。
又方 杏仁酒浸皮脱，捣，绢袋盛，夜拭面。

猪蹄（两具治如食法） 白粱米（一斗洗令净）
上二味，以水五斗合煮猪蹄烂，取清汁三斗，用煮后药。

上五味 咀，以前药汁三斗，并研桃仁一升，合煮，取一斗五升，去滓，瓷瓶贮之，纳
甘松、零陵香末各一两入膏中，搅令匀，绵幕之，每夜用涂手面。
面多 ，面皮粗涩，令人不老，皆主之方。
朱砂 雄黄（各二两） 水银霜（半两） 黄鹰粪（二升） 上胡粉（二两）
上五味并细研如粉，以面脂和净洗面，夜涂之，以手细摩令热，明旦不废作妆，然须五
日一洗面，一涂不过三遍，所有恶物一切皆除，数倍少嫩，慎风日。不传，神秘。
治 乌靥令面洁白方。
马珂（二两） 珊瑚 白附子 鹰屎白（各一两）
上四味研成粉，和匀，用人乳调以敷面，夜夜着之，明旦以温浆水洗之。
治面黑生 方。

上四味，研，和鸡子白，夜卧，涂面上，旦用井花水洗之。

栝蒌子（六合） 麝香（半两） 白石脂（五合） 雀屎（二合去黑）
上四味捣筛，别研麝香、雀粪、白石脂和合，取生菟丝苗汁，和之如薄泥，先用澡豆洗
去面上腻，以涂 上，日夜三四过，旦以温浆水洗之，任意作妆。
治 子面不净方。
以上朱砂研细如粉，和白蜜涂之，旦以醋浆洗之，大验。
又方 白附子 香附子 白檀 马珂 紫檀（各一两）
上五味末之，白蜜和如杏仁大，阴干，用时以水研涂面，旦以温水洗。忌风油，七日面
如莲花。
治面 方。
沉香 牛黄 薰陆香 雌黄 鹰屎 丁香 玉屑（各十二铢） 水银（十铢）
上八味末之，蜜和以敷。
治面黑 皮皱皴散方。
白附子 密陀僧 牡蛎 茯苓 川芎（各二两）
上五味末之，和以 羊乳，夜涂面，以手摩之，旦用浆水洗，不过五六度。一重皮脱，
瘥矣。
治面 方。水和丹砂末服方寸匕，男七日，女二七日，色白如雪。
治疗面色黧黑，使人面容洁白光润的方剂。

以上四味药研成粉末，用白蜜制成丸药，每次服用如大豆大小的十丸，每日两次。服用十天后容貌改变。（另一配方中有白附子、甜瓜子、杏仁各一两，共七味药。）

以上两味药处理后过筛，用酒送服一刀圭的量，每日三次，男性十天见效，女性二十天见效，见效后即停药。黑色毒素都会从大便中排出，面部白如雪。
治疗面部及手足黧黑，使其光泽洁白的方剂。
白杨皮（十八铢，另一配方用橘皮） 桃花（一两） 白瓜子仁（三十铢）
以上三味药处理后过筛，用温酒送服一方寸匕的量，每日三次。想要更白，增加瓜子用量；想要红润，增加桃花用量。三十天面部变白，五十天水足和手部都变白。
治疗面部[色斑/暗沉]的内治和外治方剂。
经过炼制成熟的松脂研成粉末，用温酒送服三合，每日三次，服完三升，没有不痊愈的。
治疗外用的膏剂方
白芷 白蜡（各二两） 白附子 辛夷 防风 乌头 藿香（各半两） 本（一两） 葳蕤
油（二合）
以上十六味药切成薄片，用醋浸泡，整夜浸透后一起煎煮，等到白芷颜色变黄，膏剂即成。用皂荚汤洗脸后，涂抹此膏。
又一方
白矾 石硫黄 白附子（各六铢）
以上三味药研成粉末，用一盏醋浸泡三天，夜间洗净脸后涂抹，不要见风日，坚持三七二十一天，皮肤白如雪。
又一方
鸡蛋（三个） 丁香（一两） 胡粉（一两，细研）
以上三味药，先用一升醋浸泡七天后，取蛋清调和香粉，使其均匀，用浆水洗脸后涂抹。
又一方
白羊乳（二升） 羊胰（两个，用水浸泡、去汁、撕碎） 甘草（二两，研末）
以上三味药混合浸泡一夜，先用醋浆水洗脸，用生布擦拭，每晚敷药两次，第二天早晨用猪蹄汤洗掉，每晚都这样清洗。

桂心 石盐 蜜（各等分）
以上三味药研成粉末，混合后涂抹。
治疗人脸[色斑]黑，肤色粗糙，皮肤厚且形态丑陋的方剂。
羊胫骨粉末，用蛋清调和后涂抹，早晨用白粱米泔水洗，三天后白如珂雪。
又一方
杏仁（研末） 蛋清
以上两味药混合，晚上涂面，第二天早晨用米泔水洗。
又一方
杏仁用酒浸泡至皮脱落，捣碎，装在绢袋里，晚上擦拭面部。
又一方
酒浸泡鸡蛋三个，密封，经过四个七日（二十八天）制成，涂抹面部，白如雪。
治疗面部[色斑]，使面容悦泽光白润泽美好以及手部皲裂的方剂。
猪蹄（两个，按食用方法处理） 白粱米（一斗，洗净）
以上两味药，用五斗水一起煮猪蹄至烂熟，取清汁三斗，用此汁煮后面的药物。
白茯苓 商陆（各五两） 葳蕤（一两） 白芷 本（各二两）
以上五味药切碎，用前面的药汁三斗，并加入研碎的桃仁一升，一起煎煮，取汁一斗五升，去渣，装入瓷瓶中，加入甘松、零陵香粉末各一两入膏中，搅拌均匀，用绵布覆盖，每晚涂抹手部和面部。
面部多[色斑]，面皮粗糙涩滞，使人显老，都能主治的方剂。
朱砂 雄黄（各二两） 水银霜（半两） 黄鹰粪（二升） 上胡粉（二两）
以上五味药都细细研磨成粉，用面脂调和，洗净脸后，晚上涂抹，用手轻轻按摩至发热，第二天早上照常化妆，但必须五天洗一次脸，涂抹不超过三遍，所有有害物质全部清除，皮肤数倍嫩滑，注意避风日。不传之秘，非常神秘。
治疗[色斑]乌靥使面部洁白的方剂。
马珂（二两） 珊瑚 白附子 鹰屎白（各一两）
以上四味药研成粉末，混合均匀，用人乳调和后涂抹面部，每晚使用，第二天早晨用温浆水洗。
治疗面部黑生[斑点]方。
白蔹（十二铢） 生[石?]（《救急方》无此石） 白石脂（各六铢） 杏仁（三铢）
以上四味药，研磨，与蛋清调和，晚上睡觉时涂在脸上，早晨用井花水洗。
治疗面部[色斑]，使人悦白方。
栝蒌子（六合） 麝香（半两） 白石脂（五合） 雀屎（二合，去黑色部分）
以上四味药捣碎过筛，另外单独研磨麝香、雀粪、白石脂混合，取生菟丝苗汁，调和成稀泥状，先用澡豆洗去面部油腻，涂抹在[色斑]上，白天晚上三四次，早晨用温浆水洗，随意化妆。
治疗[雀斑]面部不洁净方。
以上朱砂研细如粉，和白蜜涂抹，早晨用醋浆水洗，效果很大。
又一方
白附子 香附子 白檀 马珂 紫檀（各一两）
以上五味药研成粉末，用白蜜调和如杏仁大小，阴干，用时用水研开涂抹面部，早晨用温水洗。忌风油，七天面部如莲花般美丽。
治疗面部[色斑]方。

Peach Flower (2 sheng) Cinnamon Heart Aconite Root (Guizhi, 桂枝) Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草) (each 1 liang)
Grind the above four herbs into powder, form pills with white honey. Take ten pills the size of soybeans twice a day. The appearance will change after ten days. (Another prescription includes White Aconite Rhizome (Baifuzi), Sweet Melon Seed (Tian Guazi), and Apricot Seed (Xingren), each 1 liang, totaling seven ingredients.)
Formula for treating dark complexion to make the face white as snow.
Lead Tetroxide (Qiandan, 铅丹) True Female Gentian (Zhen Nüwan, 真女菀) (30 zhu)
Process the above two herbs and sieve them. Take one dao gui dose with wine, three times a day. Men will see results in ten days, women in twenty days. Stop taking when effective. The black toxins will be excreted through the stool, and the face will become white as snow.
Formula for treating dark complexion of the face and hands/feet to make them lustrous and white.
White Poplar Bark (Baiyangpi, 白杨皮) (18 zhu; another prescription uses Tangerine Peel (Jupi, 橘皮)) Peach Flower (1 liang) White Melon Seed Kernel (Baiguazi Ren, 白瓜子仁) (30 zhu)
Process the above three herbs and sieve them. Take one fang cun bi dose with warm wine, three times a day. To achieve whiteness, increase the melon seed dosage; to achieve rosiness, increase the peach flower dosage. The face becomes white in thirty days, and the hands and feet become white in fifty days.
Internal and external treatment formulas for facial [pigmentation/dark spots].
Refined Pine Resin (Cheng Lian Songzhi, 成炼松脂) ground into powder, take 3 he doses with warm wine, three times a day. After consuming 3 sheng, it will surely heal.
External Ointment Formula
Angelica Dahurica (Baizhi, 白芷) White Beeswax (Baila, 白蜡) (each 2 liang) White Aconite Rhizome (Baifuzi, 白附子) Magnolia Flower (Xinyi, 辛夷) Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng, 防风) Aconite Root (Wutou, 乌头) Patchouli Leaf (Huoxiang, 藿香) (each 0.5 liang) Ligusticum Chuanxiong (Ben, 本) Polygonatum (Weirui, 葳蕤) Oil (2 he)
Slice the above sixteen herbs thinly, soak in vinegar overnight until thoroughly saturated, then decoct together. When Angelica Dahurica turns yellow, the ointment is ready. Wash the face with Soap Pod (Zaojia, 皂荚) water, then apply the ointment.
Another Formula
Alum (Bai Fan, 白矾) Realgar (Shi Liuhuang, 石硫黄) White Aconite Rhizome (Baifuzi, 白附子) (each 6 zhu)
Grind the above three herbs into powder, soak in one cup of vinegar for three days. Wash the face clean at night, apply, and avoid wind and sunlight. Practice for twenty-one days (three sevens), and the skin will be white as snow.
Another Formula
Chicken Egg (3 eggs) Clove (Dingxiang, 丁香) (1 liang) Lead White (Hufen, 胡粉) (1 liang, finely ground)
Soak the above three ingredients in one sheng of vinegar for seven days. Then take the egg white to mix with the fragrant powder until uniform. Wash the face with grain water and apply.
Formula for facial [pigmentation].
Powdered Plum Kernel mixed with egg white, apply overnight, then it will fall off.
Another Formula
White Goat Milk (2 sheng) Sheep Pancreas (2 pieces, soaked in water, drained, torn into small pieces) Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草) (2 liang, powdered)
Mix the above three ingredients and soak overnight. First wash the face with vinegar-grain water, wipe with raw cloth, apply medicine twice at night, and rinse with pig trotter soup the next morning. Repeat washing every night.
Another Formula
White Aconite Rhizome (Baifuzi, 白附子) powder mixed with wine, apply, and it will fall off immediately.

Cinnamon Heart (Guixin, 桂心) Rock Salt (Shiyan, 石盐) Honey (equal parts)
Grind the above three ingredients into powder, mix, and apply.
Formula for treating facial [pigmentation], dark skin, rough texture, thick skin, and ugly appearance.
Sheep Tibia Bone powder mixed with egg white, apply. Rinse with white sorghum bran water in the morning. After three days, the skin will be white like jade snow.

White honey mixed with Poria (Fuling, 茯苓) powder, apply. Heals in seven days.

Apricot Seed (Xingren, 杏仁) (powdered) Egg White
Mix the above two ingredients, apply to the face at night, and rinse with rice water the next morning.

Soak Apricot Seeds (Xingren, 杏仁) in wine until the skin peels off, crush, place in a silk bag, and rub the face at night.

Soak three chicken eggs in wine, seal tightly. After four weeks (twenty-eight days), it is ready. Apply to the face, making it white as snow.
Formula for treating facial [pigmentation], making the face radiant, bright, white, moist, and good-looking, as well as treating hand chapping.
Pig Trotters (2 pieces, prepared for cooking) White Sorghum (Bailiangmi, 白粱米) (1 dou, washed clean)
Decoct the above two ingredients in five dou of water until the pig trotters are tender. Extract three dou of clear juice, and use this juice to decoct the following herbs.
Poria (Fuling, 茯苓) Phytolacca Root (Shanglu, 商陆) (each 5 liang) Polygonatum (Weirui, 葳蕤) (1 liang) Angelica Dahurica (Baizhi, 白芷) Ligusticum Chuanxiong (Ben, 本) (each 2 liang)
Coarsely crush the above five herbs. Add the three dou of previous juice and one sheng of crushed Peach Kernel (Taoren, 桃仁). Decoct together to obtain one dou five sheng of liquid. Strain and store in a porcelain bottle. Add Cardamom (Gansong, 甘松) and Lingling Fragrance (Linglingxiang, 零陵香) powders, each 1 liang, into the ointment, stir well, cover with cotton cloth, and apply to hands and face every night.
Formula for treating excessive facial [pigmentation], rough and dry facial skin, which causes premature aging.
Cinnabar (Zhusha, 朱砂) Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄) (each 2 liang) Mercury Frost (Shuiyin Shuang, 水银霜) (0.5 liang) Yellow Hawk Droppings (Huang Ying Fen, 黄鹰粪) (2 sheng) Upper Lead White (Shang Hufen, 上胡粉) (2 liang)
Finely grind the above five herbs into powder. Mix with facial fat, wash the face clean, apply at night, and gently massage with hands until warm. The next morning, resume makeup application normally. However, wash the face once every five days. Do not apply more than three times. All harmful substances will be removed, and the skin will become several times softer. Avoid wind and sunlight. This is a secret transmission.
Formula for treating dark spots to make the face white.
Marble Powder (Ma Ke, 马珂) Coral (Shanhu, 珊瑚) White Aconite Rhizome (Baifuzi, 白附子) White Hawk Droppings (Ying Shi Bai, 鹰屎白) (each 1 liang)
Grind the above four ingredients into powder, mix evenly, and blend with human milk to apply to the face. Apply every night, and rinse with warm grain water the next morning.

Akebia Stem (Bailian, 白蔹) Raw [Stone?] (The "Emergency Formulas" lacks this stone) Kaolin (Baishizhi, 白石脂) (each 6 zhu) Apricot Seed (Xingren, 杏仁) (3 zhu)
Grind the above four ingredients, mix with egg white, apply to the face before sleeping, and rinse with well water in the morning.
Formula for treating facial [pigmentation] to make the face bright and white.
Trichosanthes Fruit (Gualouzi, 栝蒌子) (6 he) Musk (Shexiang, 麝香) (0.5 liang) Kaolin (Baishizhi, 白石脂) (5 he) Sparrow Droppings (Queshi, 雀屎) (2 he, remove black parts)
Pound and sieve the above four ingredients. Grind Musk (Shexiang, 麝香), Sparrow Droppings (Queshi, 雀屎), and Kaolin (Baishizhi, 白石脂) separately and mix. Add juice from fresh Dodder Seedlings (Tusimiao, 菟丝苗) to form a thin paste. First wash the face with bath bean powder to remove grease, apply to the [spots], three to four times day and night, and rinse with warm grain water in the morning. Makeup can be applied as desired.
Formula for treating facial freckles and unclean complexion.
Grind Cinnabar (Zhusha, 朱砂) finely into powder, mix with white honey, and apply. Rinse with vinegar-grain water in the morning. Highly effective.

White Aconite Rhizome (Baifuzi, 白附子) Cyperus Rotundus (Xiangfuzi, 香附子) Sandalwood (Baitan, 白檀) Marble Powder (Ma Ke, 马珂) Red Sandalwood (Zitan, 紫檀) (each 1 liang)
Grind the above five herbs into powder, mix with white honey to form pills the size of apricot seeds, and dry in the shade. When using, grind with water and apply to the face. Rinse with warm water in the morning. Avoid windy and oily conditions. In seven days, the face will be as beautiful as a lotus flower.
Formula for treating facial [pigmentation].
Agarwood (Chenxiang, 沉香) Cow Bezoar (Niuhuang, 牛黄) Frankincense (Xunluxiang, 薰陆香) Orpiment (Cihuang, 雌黄) Hawk Droppings (Yingshi, 鹰屎) Clove (Dingxiang, 丁香) Jade Dust (Yuxie, 玉屑) (each 12 zhu) Mercury (Shuiyin, 水银) (10 zhu)
Grind the above eight ingredients into powder, mix with honey, and apply.
Formula for treating dark facial [pigmentation] with wrinkled, cracked, and scattered skin.
White Aconite Rhizome (Baifuzi, 白附子) Litharge (Mituo Seng, 密陀僧) Oyster Shell (Muli, 牡蛎) Poria (Fuling, 茯苓) Ligusticum Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong, 川芎) (each 2 liang)
Grind the above five herbs into powder, mix with goat milk, apply to the face at night, and massage with hands. Rinse with grain water in the morning. It takes no more than five or six applications. Once the outer layer of skin peels off, it is cured.

Take one fang cun bi dose of Cinnabar (Zhusha, 朱砂) powder mixed with water. Men take it for seven days, women for fourteen days (two sevens), and the complexion will become white as snow.
