去面上靥子黑痣方。
夜以暖浆水洗面，以生布揩靥子令赤痛，水研白旃檀，取汁令浓，以涂靥子上，旦以暖
浆水洗之，仍以鹰屎白粉其上。

上二味捣筛，以鸡子白和，夜卧涂面，旦用井花水洗。
去粉滓 皴 及茸毛，令面悦泽光润如十四五岁时方。

上三味合煮，三五沸，敷之。

上二味，以腊月猪脂和，熟研，令水银消散，向暝以粉面，旦起布拭之，慎勿水洗，至
暝又涂之不过三上，瘥（一方有真珠）。
白膏治面 疥痈恶疮方。
附子（十五枚） 野葛（一尺五寸） 蜀椒（一升）
上三味 咀，以酢渍一宿，猪膏一斤煎，令附子黄，去滓涂之，日三。
治疗面部黑斑，使面色白皙的方剂。

夜晚用温热的浆水洗脸，用生布摩擦黑痣部位直至发红疼痛，用水研磨白旃檀，取浓汁涂抹在黑痣上，早晨用温热的浆水洗去，并在上面敷以鹰屎白粉。
治疗面部粉刺和黑头的方剂。
白蔹（十二铢） 白石脂（六铢）。
以上两味药捣碎过筛，用鸡蛋清调和，睡前涂抹于面部，早晨用井花水洗净。
去除粉刺、皮肤粗糙及汗毛，使面色红润光泽如同十四五岁时那样的方剂。
黄芩（一两） 白术（一两） 白蔹（一两） 葳蕤（一两） 土瓜根（一两） 商陆（一两） 蜀水花（一两） 鹰屎白（一两） 防风（一两半） 白芷（二两） 细辛（二两） 青木香（二两） 川芎（二两） 白附子（二两） 杏仁（二两）。
以上十五味药研成粉末，用鸡蛋清调和制成条状，阴干后在石上研磨成粉，用浆水涂面，晚上使用，早晨用水洗净，最后用细绢筛过的粉末扑脸，效果更佳。
治疗面粉残留黑头的方剂。
煅烧矾石，用清酒调和敷于患处，不超过三次即可。
另一个方剂：捣碎新鲜菟丝草苗取汁涂抹，不超过三次即可。
治疗面部痤疮的方剂。
羊胆（一个） 牛胆（一个） 纯米酒（一升）。
以上三味药混合煮沸，沸腾三五次后，敷于患处。
治疗年轻人气血旺盛、面部生疮的方剂。
胡粉（半两） 水银（一两）。
以上两味药，用腊月猪脂调和，充分研磨至水银消散，傍晚时分将药粉扑在脸上，早晨起床后用布擦拭掉，切记不要用水清洗，到傍晚再涂抹一次，不超过三次即可痊愈（另一版本加真珠）。
白膏治疗面部疥疮、痈疽及恶疮的方剂。
附子（十五枚） 野葛（一尺五寸） 蜀椒（一升）。
以上三味药切碎，用醋浸泡一夜，加入一斤猪油煎煮，直到附子变黄，滤去药渣，涂抹患处，每日三次。

Bai Guazi (Cucumis melo Seed, 2 liang) Ben (Ligusticum sinense Root, 1 liang) Yuanzhi (Polygala Root, 1 liang) Duheng (Angelica dahurica var. formosana, 1 liang) Tianmendong (Asparagus Root, 3 liang) Baizhi (Angelica dahurica Root, 1 liang) Danggui (Angelica sinensis Root, 1 liang) Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed, 1 liang) Mufen (Talcum Powder, 1 liang) Baiziren (Biota Seed, 1 liang) Xixin (Asarum Root, 1 liang) Jupi (Citrus Reticulata Peel, 1 liang) Gualouren (Trichosanthes Seed, 1 liang) Qiandan (Lead Tetroxide, 0.5 liang) Baishizhi (Kaolinite, 0.5 liang).
Grind the above fifteen ingredients into powder, mix with honey, and take on an empty stomach. Each time take twenty pills the size of wu zi (Chinese quince seeds), three times a day.
A prescription for removing facial nevi and black spots.
At night, wash the face with warm fermented rice water (jiang shui). Rub the nevi with raw cloth until they turn red and painful. Grind Bai Zhentan (White Sandalwood) with water, extract the thick juice, and apply it to the nevi. In the morning, wash off with warm fermented rice water, and then apply Ying Shi Bai Fen (White Powder from Eagle Droppings) on top.
A prescription for treating facial comedones and blackheads.
Bailian (Belamcanda Rhizome, 12 zhu) Baishizhi (Kaolinite, 6 zhu).
Pound and sieve the above two ingredients, mix with egg white, apply to the face before sleep, and wash with well water in the morning.
A prescription for removing comedones, rough skin, and fine hair, making the complexion lustrous and smooth as in one's early teens.
Huangqi (Astragalus Root, 1 liang) Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome, 1 liang) Bailian (Belamcanda Rhizome, 1 liang) Weirui (Polygonatum Rhizome, 1 liang) Tugua Gen (Trichosanthes Kirilowii Root, 1 liang) Shanglu (Phytolacca Acinosa Root, 1 liang) Shuishuihua (Unknown Flower, 1 liang) Ying Shi Bai (White Powder from Eagle Droppings, 1 liang) Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root, 1.5 liang) Baizhi (Angelica dahurica Root, 2 liang) Xixin (Asarum Root, 2 liang) Qingmuxiang (Aucklandia Root, 2 liang) Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome, 2 liang) Baifuzi (Typhonium Rhizome, 2 liang) Xingren (Apricot Seed, 2 liang).
Grind the above fifteen ingredients into powder, mix with egg white to form sticks, dry in the shade, grind on a stone surface into powder. Apply with fermented rice water at night, wash with water in the morning. Sift through fine silk gauze like powder for best results.
A prescription for treating residual flour-induced blackheads.
Calcine Fan Shi (Alumen) and mix with clear wine to apply. Do not exceed three applications.
Another prescription: Crush fresh Tusisi Miao (Cuscuta Seedling Juice) and apply. Do not exceed three applications.
A prescription for treating facial acne.
Yang Dan (Sheep Gallbladder, one unit) Niu Dan (Ox Gallbladder, one unit) Chun Jiu (Pure Rice Wine, 1 sheng).
Boil the above three ingredients together for three to five boils, then apply to the affected area.
A prescription for treating young people with vigorous qi and blood who develop facial sores.
Hu Fen (Basic Lead Carbonate, 0.5 liang) Shuiyin (Mercury, 1 liang).
Mix the above two ingredients with pig fat rendered in the twelfth lunar month, grind thoroughly until the mercury dissipates. Apply the powder to the face towards dusk. Wipe off with cloth upon rising in the morning. Avoid washing with water. Reapply at dusk. Do not exceed three applications for cure (another version adds Zhenzhu/ Pearl).
Bai Gao (White Ointment) for treating facial scabies, carbuncles, and malignant ulcers.
Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Lateral Root, 15 pieces) Yege (Aristolochia Manshuriensis Stem, 1 chi 5 cun) Shujiao (Sichuan Pepper, 1 sheng).
Chop the above three ingredients, soak in vinegar overnight. Fry in 1 jin of pig fat until Fuzi turns yellow. Strain the dregs and apply the oil to the affected area, three times a day.
