凡 犬所啮未尽其恶血毒者，灸上一百壮，已后当日灸一壮，若不血出，刺出其血，百
日灸乃止。禁饮酒及猪犬肉。

论曰，凡被打损，血闷抢心，气绝不能言可擘开口，尿中令下咽即醒，又堕车落马，及
车辗木打已死者，以死人安着，以手神掩其口鼻眼上，一食顷活，眼开与热小便二升。
治被打击，头眼青肿方∶
炙肥猪肉令热，拓上。（《肘后方》云∶治血聚皮肤间不消散者。）
又方 墙上朽骨，唾于石上研磨涂之。干即易。
又方 炙猪肝贴之。
又方 新杀羊肉。乘热封之。
又方 大豆黄为末，水和涂之。
治被打伤破，腹中有瘀血方∶
蒲黄（一升） 当归 桂心（各二两）
上三味，治下筛，酒服方寸匕，日三夜一。
又方 刘寄奴 延胡索 骨碎补（各一两）
上三味， 咀，以水二升，煎取七合，复纳酒及小便各一合，温热顿服。
又方 虫 虻虫 水蛭（各三十枚） 桃仁（五十枚） 桂心（二两） 大黄（五两）
上六味， 咀，以酒水各五升，煮取三升，分五服。
又方 生地黄汁三升，酒一升半，煮取二升七合，分三服。（《肘后方》治从高堕下，
瘀血胀心，面青短气欲死。）
又方 莨菪子为末敷疮上。
凡是狗咬伤后，未能排尽恶血和毒素的，在被咬处施灸一百壮，之后当天再灸一壮。如果不出血，用针刺破使其出血，持续灸治一百天然后停止。期间禁止饮酒以及食用猪肉、狗肉。

论述说，凡是被殴打致伤，导致瘀血阻滞心胸，气息断绝不能说话的，可以掰开其口腔，让其吞咽尿液，即可苏醒。又有从车上坠落或马背上摔下，以及被车轮碾压、木棒击打看似已死亡的人，让死人躺在他身上，用手轻轻掩住他的口、鼻、眼部位，一顿饭的功夫就能复活，此时眼睛睁开，给予热小便两升饮用。
治疗被打伤后，头部和眼部青紫肿胀的方子：
炙烤肥猪肉使其变热，熨敷患处。（《肘后方》记载：治疗血液积聚在皮肤间不消散的情况。）
另一个方子：
取墙上腐朽的骨头，吐唾沫在石头上研磨成浆，涂敷患处。干了就更换。
另一个方子：
炙烤猪肝，贴敷患处。
另一个方子：
新杀的羊肉，趁热封裹敷于患处。
治疗被打伤破皮，腹中有瘀血的方子：
蒲黄（一升）、当归、桂心（各二两）。
以上三味药，捣碎过筛，用酒送服一方寸匕的药量，每日三次，夜间一次。
另一个方子：
刘寄奴、延胡索、骨碎补（各一两）。
以上三味药，切碎，用水二升，煎煮取汁七合，再加入酒和小便各一合，温热后一次性服下。
另一个方子：
虫（指土鳖虫）、虻虫、水蛭（各三十枚）、桃仁（五十枚）、桂心（二两）、大黄（五两）。
以上六味药，切碎，用水和酒各五升，煮取三升药液，分五次服用。
另一个方子：
生地黄汁三升，酒一升半，煮取二升七合，分三次服用。（《肘后方》用于治疗从高处置坠落，瘀血胀满心胸，面色青紫，呼吸短促似要死亡的情况。）
For dog bites where the malignant blood and toxins have not been fully expelled, apply moxibustion with one hundred moxa cones (Zhuang) at the bite site. Thereafter, apply one cone on the same day. If bleeding does not occur, prick the area to induce bleeding. Continue moxibustion for one hundred days before stopping. During this period, abstain from alcohol as well as pork and dog meat.
Formula for treating pig bites:
Refine pine resin into a cake and apply it to the wound.
Another formula:
Apply mud collected from under the eaves of a house to the affected area.

Discussion states: For injuries caused by beating that result in blood stagnation obstructing the heart and chest, cutting off vital energy and rendering the patient unable to speak, one may pry open the mouth and allow them to swallow urine, which will restore consciousness. In cases of falling from a cart or horse, or being crushed by wheels or beaten by wooden sticks where death appears imminent, place a deceased person upon the victim. Gently cover the victim's mouth, nose, and eyes with your hand. After the duration of one meal, the victim will revive; upon opening their eyes, administer two sheng (approx. 400ml) of hot urine to drink.
Formula for treating head and eye swelling and bruising after being beaten:
Heat roasted fatty pork and apply it as a warm compress to the affected area. (*Ji Hou Fang* records: Treats blood accumulation within the skin that fails to dissipate.)
Another formula:
Take rotten bones from walls, spit onto a stone, grind into a paste, and apply to the lesion. Replace when dry.
Another formula:
Roast pig liver and apply it to the affected area.
Another formula:
Use freshly slaughtered mutton; wrap and apply while hot.
Another formula:
Pulverize yellow soybeans, mix with water, and apply topically.
Formula for treating broken skin injuries with abdominal blood stasis:
Polygoni Orientalis Semen (Puhuang, 蒲黄) [one sheng], Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归), Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin, 桂心) [each two liang].
Grind these three herbs and sift. Administer one cunbi (approx. 5g) dose with wine, three times daily and once at night.
Another formula:
Artemisiae Annuae Herba (Liujinu, 刘寄奴), Corydalis Rhizoma (Yanhusuo, 延胡索), Drynariae Rhizoma (Gusuibu, 骨碎补) [each one liang].
Coarsely crush these three herbs. Decoct in two sheng of water to obtain seven he. Add one he of wine and one he of urine. Warm and take in one dose.
Another formula:
Eupolyphaga seu Steleophaga (Chong, 虫/土鳖虫), Bleeding Leeches (Machong, 虻虫), Hirudo (Shuizhi, 水蛭) [each thirty pieces], Persicae Semen (Taoren, 桃仁) [fifty pieces], Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin, 桂心) [two liang], Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, 大黄) [five liang].
Coarsely crush these six herbs. Decoct in five sheng of water and five sheng of wine to obtain three sheng. Divide into five doses.
Another formula:
Decoct Rehmanniae Radix Recens (Shengdihuang, 生地黄) juice (three sheng) with wine (one and a half sheng) to obtain two sheng and seven he. Divide into three doses. (*Ji Hou Fang* treats falling from heights causing blood stasis distending the heart/chest, cyanotic face, shortness of breath, and impending death.)
Another formula:
Pulverize Hyoscyami Semen (Langdangzi, 莨菪子) and apply topically to the ulcer/wound.
