【治疗五劳七伤、阳痿不起及身体衰损的方剂】
天雄、五味子、远志（各一两），肉苁蓉（二两半），蛇床子、菟丝子（各六两）。
将上述六味药研磨过筛，用酒送服一方寸匕的药量，每日三次，长期服用不要停止。
【治疗阴部潮湿瘙痒生疮、遗精及阳痿的方剂】
牡蒙、菟丝子、蛇床子、肉苁蓉、柏子仁（各二两）。
将上述五味药研磨过筛，用酒送服一方寸匕的药量，每日三次，以见效为度。
【治疗阳痿、精液稀薄且寒冷的方剂】
肉苁蓉、钟乳石、蛇床子、远志、续断、薯蓣、鹿茸（各三两）。
将上述七味药研磨过筛，用酒送服一方寸匕的药量，每日两次。若希望增加房事频率，加倍使用蛇床子；若希望阴茎坚硬，加倍使用远志；若希望增大尺寸，加倍使用鹿茸；若希望增加精液量，加倍使用钟乳石。

车前子的茎、叶、根，研磨过筛，服用一方寸匕。可强壮阴气，增益精液。
【常服补益方】
枸杞子（一斤），天雄（三两），肉苁蓉、石斛、干姜、菟丝子、远志、续断（各五两），干地黄。
将上述九味药研磨过筛，用酒送服一方寸匕的药量，每日两次服用，饮食方面没有禁忌。服药十日后，观察阴茎头部呈现紫色时方可进行房事。

五味子、蛇床子（各二两），续断、牛膝（各三两），车前子、肉苁蓉（各四两）。
将上述六味药研磨过筛，用酒送服一方寸匕的药量，每日两次。

Cnidii Fructus (Chuanshuizi), Dodder Seed (Tusizi), Schisandrae Fructus (Wuweizi), Polygalae Radix (Yuanzhi), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Morinda Officinalis Radix (Baji), Eucommiae Cortex (Duzhong), and Cistanche Stem (Rongcong) in equal parts.
