上九味治下筛，酒服方寸匕，日三。凡病皆由醉饱后或疲极之后而合阴阳，致成此病也
治空房独怒，见敌不兴，口干汗出失精，囊下湿痒，尿有余沥，卵偏大引疼，膝冷胫酸，
目中KT KT ，小腹急，腰脊强，男子百病方。
白马茎 石苇 天雄 远志 赤石脂 蛇床子 菖蒲 薯蓣 杜仲 栝蒌根 苁蓉 石
斛
上十八味为末，白蜜丸如梧子大，酒服四丸，日二服，渐加至二十丸，七日知，一月日
百病愈。
治阴痿方∶
雄鸡肝（一具） 鲤鱼胆（四枚）
上二味阴干为末，雀卵和丸如小豆大，吞一丸。
又方 菟丝子（一升） 雄鸡肝（二具）
上二味为末，雀卵和丸如小豆大，每服一丸，日三。
又方 干漆 白术 甘草 菟丝子 苁蓉 牛膝 巴戟天 五味子 桂心（各三两） 石
南石龙芮（各一两） 干地黄（四两）
上十二味为末，蜜和丸如梧子，酒服二十丸，日三。
又方 用蜂房灰夜卧敷之。
又方 用原蚕蛾末连者一升，去头足毛羽，阴干为末，蜜丸如梧子，每服一丸，夜卧盐
汤下之。
又方 磁石五斤研，清酒三斗渍二七日，每服三合，日三夜一。
又方 常服天门冬亦佳。
又方 五味子一升新好者治下筛，酒服方寸匕，日三。稍加至三匕，无所慎，忌食猪鱼
大蒜大醋。尽一剂即得力，百日以上可见功效。服药常令相续不绝，四时勿废，功能自知。
又方 菟丝子 蛇床子 五味子（各等分）
上三味为末，蜜丸如梧子大，先食饮服三丸，日三。
又方 蛇床子 菟丝子 杜仲 苁蓉 五味子（各等分）
上五味为末，蜜和丸如梧子大，酒服十四丸，日二夜一。
又方 蛇床子（末三两） 菟丝（汁二合）
上二味相和涂上，日五遍。又方 蛇床子 苁蓉 远志（各三分） 附子（一分）
上四味为末，以唾和丸如梧子大，实茎头内玉泉中。
又方 蛇床子（三分） 天雄 远志（各二分） 桂心（一分） 无食子（一枚）
上五味为末。唾丸如梧子，涂茎头内玉泉中，稍时遍体热。
益气补虚，治疗男子身体消瘦、气息短促，五脏功能衰退损伤、腰痛导致无法进行房事的方法：
杜仲、蛇床子、五味子、干地黄（各六分），肉苁蓉、远志（各八分），木防己、巴戟天（各七分）。
以上九味药，研磨过筛，饭前用酒送服一方寸匕，每日三次，长期服用不间断效果更佳。
补虚益阳，治疗阳气不足，阴囊潮湿瘙痒，小便淋漓不尽，漏泄虚损，阴茎勃起功能障碍的方法：
肉苁蓉、续断、蛇床子（各八分），天雄、薯蓣、五味子（各七分），远志（六分），干地黄、巴戟天（各五分）。
以上九味药，研磨过筛，用酒送服一方寸匕，每日三次。凡是疾病多因醉饱之后或极度疲劳时行房事，从而导致此病。
治疗独处空房时易怒，见到敌人（或性刺激）时不能勃起，口干出汗、遗精，阴囊下部潮湿瘙痒，小便淋漓不尽，睾丸偏大牵引疼痛，膝盖寒冷、小腿酸软，眼睛视物模糊不清，小腹部拘急，腰脊僵硬，男子多种疾病的方法：
白马阴茎、石韦、天雄、远志、赤石脂、蛇床子、石菖蒲、薯蓣、杜仲、栝楼根、肉苁蓉、石斛。
以上十八味药研成粉末，用白蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸药，用酒送服四丸，每日两次，逐渐增加至二十丸，七天见效，一个月各种疾病痊愈。
治疗阳痿的方法：
雄鸡肝（一个）、鲤鱼胆（四个）。
以上两味药阴干后研成粉末，用雀卵调和制成如小豆大小的丸药，吞服一丸。
又一方：菟丝子（一升）、雄鸡肝（两个）。
以上两味药研成粉末，用雀卵调和制成如小豆大小的丸药，每次服用一丸，每日三次。
又一方：干漆、白术、甘草、菟丝子、肉苁蓉、牛膝、巴戟天、五味子、桂心（各三两），石南藤、龙芮（各一两），干地黄（四两）。
以上十二味药研成粉末，用蜂蜜调和制成梧桐子大小的丸药，用酒送服二十丸，每日三次。
又一方：使用蜂房灰在夜间敷贴患处。
又一方：使用原蚕蛾粉末连体者一升，去掉头、足、毛、羽，阴干后研成粉末，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸药，每次服用一丸，夜间用盐汤送服。
又一方：磁石五斤研磨，用清酒三斗浸泡十四天，每次服用三合，每日三次，夜间一次。
又一方：选用优质新采的五味子一升，研磨过筛，用酒送服一方寸匕，每日三次。逐渐增加至三匕，无需特别禁忌，忌食猪肉、鱼类、大蒜和醋。服完一剂即见效力，百日以上可见功效。服药应连续不断，四季勿停，功能自然恢复自知。
又一方：菟丝子、蛇床子、五味子（各等分）。
以上三味药研成粉末，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸药，饭前饮水送服三丸，每日三次。
又一方：蛇床子、菟丝子、杜仲、肉苁蓉、五味子（各等分）。
以上五味药研成粉末，用蜂蜜调和制成梧桐子大小的丸药，用酒送服十四丸，每日两次，夜间一次。
又一方：蛇床子末三两、菟丝子汁二合。
以上两味药混合涂抹患处，每日五次。
又一方：蛇床子、肉苁蓉、远志（各三分），附子（一分）。
以上四味药研成粉末，用唾液调和制成梧桐子大小的丸药，塞入尿道口内。
又一方：蛇床子（三分），天雄、远志（各二分），桂心（一分），诃子（一枚）。
以上五味药研成粉末。用唾液制成梧桐子大小的丸药，涂抹于阴茎头部并纳入尿道口内，片刻后全身发热。
Tonify Qi and supplement deficiency, treating men with emaciation and shortness of breath, atrophy and damage of the five Zang organs, lower back pain rendering sexual intercourse impossible:
Duzhong (Eucommiae Cortex), Chuangzi (Cnidii Fructus), Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus), Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata) (each 6 fen); Congrong (Cynomorii Herba), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix) (each 8 fen); Fangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix), Bajitian (Morindae Officinalis Radix) (each 7 fen).
The above nine herbs are ground and sifted. Take one fangcun bi (a square-inch measure) with wine before meals, three times a day. Continuous long-term use is excellent.
Supplement deficiency and benefit Yang, treating insufficient Yang Qi, dampness and itching of the scrotum, dribbling after urination, leakage and deficiency damage, and erectile dysfunction:
Congrong (Cynomorii Herba), Xuduan (Dipsaci Radix), Chuangzi (Cnidii Fructus) (each 8 fen); Tianxiong (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata), Shuyu (Dioscoreae Rhizoma), Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus) (each 7 fen); Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix) (6 fen); Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata), Bajitian (Morindae Officinalis Radix) (each 5 fen).
The above nine herbs are ground and sifted. Take one fangcun bi with wine, three times a day. These diseases often arise from sexual intercourse after excessive drinking and eating or after extreme fatigue.
Treating irritability when alone in an empty room, inability to erect upon seeing stimuli, dry mouth with sweating, seminal emission, dampness and itching below the scrotum, dribbling after urination, enlarged testicles with pulling pain, cold knees and sore calves, blurred vision, abdominal urgency, stiffness of the waist and spine, and various male diseases:
Baimajing (Equi Penis), Shiwei (Pyriolariae Folium), Tianxiong (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix), Chishizhi (Halloysit Rubrum), Chuangzi (Cnidii Fructus), Changpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma), Shuyu (Dioscoreae Rhizoma), Duzhong (Eucommiae Cortex), Gualougen (Trichosanthis Radix), Congrong (Cynomorii Herba), Shihu (Dendrobii Caulis).
The above eighteen herbs are made into powder. Mix with white honey to form pills the size of wu zi (seed of Cercis chinensis). Take four pills with wine, twice a day, gradually increasing to twenty pills. Improvement within seven days; all diseases cured within one month.
Treating impotence:
Xiongjigan (Galli Hepatis et Vesicae Bile) (one piece), Liyudan (Cyprini Carassii Vesica Bile) (four pieces).
The above two ingredients are dried in shade and made into powder. Mix with quelian (Passeris Ova) to form pills the size of small beans. Swallow one pill.
Another prescription: Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen) (one sheng), Xiongjigan (Galli Hepatis et Vesicae Bile) (two pieces).

Another prescription: Ganqi (Dammaris Resina), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen), Congrong (Cynomorii Herba), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix), Bajitian (Morindae Officinalis Radix), Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus), Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus) (each 3 liang); Shinan (Nandinae Fructus), Longrui (Ranunculi Ternati Radix) (each 1 liang); Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata) (4 liang).
The above twelve herbs are made into powder. Mix with honey to form pills the size of wu zi. Take twenty pills with wine, three times a day.
Another prescription: Apply huifang hui (Vespa Nidus Cinis) at night.
Another prescription: Use yuan can e mo (Bombyx Batryticatus) powder, whole body, one sheng. Remove head, feet, feathers, and wings. Dry in shade and make into powder. Mix with honey to form pills the size of wu zi. Take one pill each time, down with salt water at night.
Another prescription: Grind Cishi (Magnetitum) five jin. Soak in Qingjiu (clear wine) three dou for fourteen days. Take three he each time, three times a day and once at night.
Another prescription: Regularly taking Tiandongmen (Asparagi Radix) is also good.

The above five herbs are made into powder. Mix with honey to form pills the size of wu zi. Take fourteen pills with wine, twice a day and once at night.
Another prescription: Chuangzi powder (3 liang), Tusizi juice (2 he).
Mix the above two ingredients and apply topically, five times a day.
Another prescription: Chuangzi (Cnidii Fructus), Congrong (Cynomorii Herba), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix) (each 3 fen), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata) (1 fen).
The above four herbs are made into powder. Mix with saliva to form pills the size of wu zi. Insert into the glans penis.
Another prescription: Chuangzi (Cnidii Fructus) (3 fen), Tianxiong (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix) (each 2 fen), Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus) (1 fen), Wushizi (Terminalia Chebulae Fructus) (one piece).
The above five herbs are made into powder. Form pills the size of wu zi with saliva. Apply to the glans penis and insert into the urethral opening. After a while, heat spreads throughout the body.
