豆，苦痒，痰癖结气；或四肢拘挛，风行周身，骨节疼痛，目眩无所见；或上气恶寒洒淅如
疟；或喉痹鼻 ，风痫癫疾；或月水不通，魂魄不定，饮食无味，并产后内衄，无所不治，
服之令人有子方。

上三十二味为末，蜜和丸如梧子大，酒服二十至四十丸。久赤白痢，去干地黄、石膏、
麦门冬、柏子仁，加大麦 、陈曲、龙骨、阿胶、黄连各一两半，有钟乳加三两良。一方有
枳实十八铢，麦冬一两半。
治疗妇人长期虚弱消瘦、极度衰弱，肢体烦扰疼痛，脐下结块发冷，不能进食，面目晦暗发黑，忧愁愤懑不快乐，各种疾病的方剂。

治疗妇人虚损以及中风后的余病疝气瘕积，阴中冷痛；或者头风入脑，寒痹导致的筋脉拘挛或弛缓，经血闭止导致不孕，面部游风往来不定，眼泪多鼻涕唾沫多，神情恍惚如同醉酒；或者胃中寒冷上逆导致胸中呕吐不止，以及泄泻痢疾淋沥不尽；或者五脏六腑寒热不调，心下痞塞急迫，邪气咳嗽气逆；或者漏下赤白带下，阴中肿痛，胸胁支撑胀满；或者身体皮肤中涩滞如麻豆感，痛苦瘙痒，痰癖结气；或者四肢拘挛，风气流行周身，骨节疼痛，目眩无法视物；或者上气恶寒战栗如疟疾发作；或者喉痹鼻塞，风痫癫疾；或者月经不通，魂魄不定，饮食无味，以及产后内出血，没有不治疗的，服用此方使人能够受孕的方剂。

Treats the formula for women suffering from long-term deficiency and emaciation, extreme weakness, restless pain in limbs, cold nodules below the umbilicus, inability to eat, dark and dull complexion, sorrow and indignation with unhappiness, and various diseases.
Sanhua (Calcitriol, Zhongru) (3 liang), Zelan (Herba Lycopi, Zelan) (3 liang 6 zhu), Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae, Fangfeng) (42 zhu), Renshen (Radix Ginseng, Renshen), Baiziren (Semen Platycladi, Baiziren), Maimendong (Radix Ophiopogonis, Maimendong), Dihuang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Dihuang).
Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum, Shigao), Shihu (Rhizoma Dendrobii, Shihu) (each 1.5 lian).
Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Chuanxiong), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata, Gancao), Baizhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Baizhi), Niuxi (Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, Niuxi), Shanzhuyu (Fructus Corni, Shanzhuyu), Shuyu (Rhizoma Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae, Shuyu), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Danggui), Bencao (Radix Ligustici Wallichii, Bencao) (each 30 zhu).
Xixin (Herba Asari, Xixin).
The above twenty-one ingredients are ground into powder, mixed with honey to form pills the size of mulberry seeds. Take 20 pills with wine, increasing up to 40 pills, taken twice daily.
Treats deficiency damage in women and residual diseases after wind-stroke such as hernia and mass accumulation, cold pain in the vagina; or head wind entering the brain, cold bi syndrome causing spasmodic or flaccid tendons, amenorrhea leading to infertility, wandering wind on the face coming and going, excessive tearing and salivation, mental confusion resembling drunkenness; or cold reversal in the stomach causing incessant vomiting in the chest, and dysentery with dribbling discharge; or imbalance of cold and heat in the five zang and six fu organs, epigastric fullness and urgency, rebellious qi with coughing; or leukorrhea with red and white discharge, swelling and pain in the vagina, distension and fullness in the chest and hypochondrium; or astringency in the skin like hemp beans, painful itching, phlegm and stagnation of qi; or spasm of the four limbs, wind circulating throughout the body, bone and joint pain, vertigo with blindness; or upward qi with aversion to cold and shivering like malaria; or throat obstruction, nasal congestion, wind epilepsy and mania; or amenorrhea, unsettled soul and spirit, loss of taste for food, as well as postpartum internal bleeding. It treats all these conditions, and taking it enables conception.
Zelan (Herba Lycopi, Zelan) (2 liang 6 zhu), Bencao (Radix Ligustici Wallichii, Bencao), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Danggui), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata, Gancao) (each 1 liang 18 zhu), Zhiyanshi (Hematitum, Zhiyanshi) (3 liang), Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Chuanxiong), Dihuang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Dihuang).
Baiziren (Semen Platycladi, Baiziren), Wuweizi (Fructus Schisandrae, Wuweizi) (each 1.5 liang).
Guixin (Cortex Cinnamomi, Guixin), Shihu (Rhizoma Dendrobii, Shihu), Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Baizhu) (each 1.6 liang).
Baizhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Baizhi), Congrong (Cibotium Barometz, Congrong), Houpo (Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis, Houpo), Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae, Fangfeng).
Shuyu (Rhizoma Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae, Shuyu), Fuling (Poria, Fuling), Jiangjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Preparatum, Jiangjiang), Yuyuliang (Limonitum, Yuyuliang), Xixin (Herba Asari, Xixin), Juanbai (Herba Selaginellae Tamariscinae, Juanbai) (each 1 liang).
Chuanjiao (Pericarpium Zanthoxyli, Chuanjiao), Renshen (Radix Ginseng, Renshen), Duzhong (Cortex Eucommiae, Duzhong), Niuxi (Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, Niuxi), Chuangzi (Fructus Cnidii, Chuangzi), Xuduan (Radix Dipsaci, Xuduan), Aiye (Folium Artemisiae Argyi, Aiye), Wuyi (Fructus Pruni Armeniacae, Wuyi) (each 18 zhu), Chishizhi (Halloysitum Rubrum, Chishizhi), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum, Shigao) (each 2 liang).
The above thirty-two ingredients are ground into powder, mixed with honey to form pills the size of mulberry seeds. Take 20 to 40 pills with wine. For chronic red and white dysentery, remove Dihuang, Shigao, Maimendong, and Baiziren; add Damai Maiya (Germinatus Hordei Fructus, Damai Maiya), Chenqu (Massa Medicata Fermentata, Chenqu), Longgu (Os Mastodi seu Ossis Femoris, Longgu), Ejiao (Colla Corii Asini, Ejiao), and Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis, Huanglian) each 1.5 liang. If Zhongru is added, 3 liang is beneficial. Another version includes Zhishi (Fructus Aurantii, Zhishi) 18 zhu and Maidong (Radix Ophiopogonis, Maidong) 1.5 liang.
