三间 偏历 厉兑 承筋 京骨 昆仑 承山 飞扬 隐白 主头热鼻衄。（又云∶中脘主
鼻间焦臭。） 天柱 主不知香臭。复溜 主涎出鼻孔中痛。 京骨 申脉 主鼻中衄血不
止淋泺。 厉兑 京骨 前谷 主鼻中不利，涕黄。
上关 下关 四白 百会 颅息 翳风 耳门 颔厌 天窗 阳溪 关冲 液门 中
渚主耳痛鸣声。 天容 听会 听宫 中渚 主聋嘈嘈若蝉鸣。 天牖 四渎 主暴聋
。少商 主耳前痛。 曲池 主耳痛。 外关 会宗 主耳浑浑淳淳，聋无所闻。 前谷 后
溪主耳鸣，仍取偏历、大陵。 腕骨 阳谷 肩贞 窍阴 侠溪 主颔痛，引耳嘈嘈，耳
鸣无所闻。 商阳 主耳中风聋鸣，刺入一分留一呼，灸三壮，左取右，
神庭、攒竹、迎香、风门、合谷、至阴、通谷，主治鼻鼽（鼻塞流清涕）及清涕流出。曲差、上星、迎香、素髎、水沟、龈交、通谷、禾髎、风府，主治鼻窒（鼻塞不通）、喘息不利、鼻歪斜且多涕、鼻鼽衄血伴有疮疡。水沟、天牖，主治鼻涕不收、不知香臭。（《针灸甲乙经》记载：鼻鼽导致呼吸不畅，以及鼻衄不止。）龈交，主治鼻中息肉导致的不适、鼻头及额头疼痛、鼻中有蚀疮。承灵、风池、风门、后溪，主治鼻衄伴鼻塞、喘息不通。脑空、窍阴，主治鼻管疽发作导致的疠鼻（鼻部恶疮）。风门、五处，主治频繁打喷嚏不止。肝俞，主治鼻中酸楚感。中脘、三间、偏历、厉兑、承筋、京骨、昆仑、承山、飞扬、隐白，主治头部发热及鼻衄。（又记载：中脘主治鼻腔内焦臭味。）天柱，主治不知香臭。复溜，主治鼻孔中流出涎液并疼痛。京骨、申脉，主治鼻衄出血不止且淋漓不尽。厉兑、京骨、前谷，主治鼻腔不适、鼻涕发黄。

Shenting (GV24), Cuanzhu (BL2), Yingxiang (LI20), Fengmen (BL12), Hegu (LI4), Zhizhi (BL67), Tonggu (BL65) primarily treat nasal obstruction with clear discharge (Biqiu) and the flow of clear nasal mucus. Qucha (BL7), Shangxing (GV23), Yingxiang (LI23), Suliao (DU26), Shuigou (GV26), Yinjiao (DU28), Tonggu (BL65), Heliao (LI19), Fengfu (GV16) primarily treat nasal congestion (Bizhi) with difficult breathing, deviation of the nose with excessive discharge, epistaxis accompanied by sores. Shuigou (GV26), Tianyou (TE16) primarily treat inability to control nasal discharge and loss of smell and taste. (The *Zhenjiu Jiayi Jing* states: nasal obstruction causing difficulty in breathing, and unceasing epistaxis.) Yinjiao (DU28) primarily treats discomfort caused by nasal polyps, pain in the nasal tip and forehead, and erosive sores in the nose. Chengling (GB17), Fengchi (GB20), Fengmen (BL12), Houxi (SI3) primarily treat epistaxis with nasal obstruction and unobstructed breathing. Naokong (GB13), Qiaoyin (GB11) primarily treat naoguan ju (nasal duct carbuncle) developing into li bi (leprous nose/nasal ulcer). Fengmen (BL12), Wuchu (BL3) primarily treat incessant sneezing. Ganshu (BL18) primarily treats a sour sensation in the nose. Zhongwan (CV12), Sanjian (LI3), Pianli (SI6), Lidui (ST45), Chengjin (BL56), Jinggu (BL64), Kunlun (BL60), Chengshan (BL57), Feiyang (BL58), Yinbai (SP1) primarily treat heat in the head and epistaxis. (It is also stated: Zhongwan treats a scorched odor in the nose.) Tianzhu (BL10) primarily treats loss of smell and taste. Fuliou (KI7) treats saliva flowing from the nostrils accompanied by pain. Jinggu (BL64), Shenmai (BL62) primarily treat unceasing, dripping epistaxis. Lidui (ST45), Jinggu (BL64), Qiangu (SI4) primarily treat nasal discomfort and yellow nasal discharge.
Shangguan (GB3), Xiaguan (ST7), Sibai (ST2), Baihui (GV20), Luxi (TE19), Yifeng (TE17), Ermen (TE21), Hanyan (GB5), Tianchuang (SI16), Yangxi (LI5), Guanchong (TE1), Yemen (TE2), Zhongzhu (TE3) primarily treat earache and tinnitus. Tianrong (SI17), Tinghui (GB2), Tinggong (SI19), Zhongzhu (TE3) primarily treat deafness with buzzing sounds like cicadas. Tianyou (TE16), Sidu (TE11) primarily treat sudden deafness. Shaoshang (LU11) primarily treats pain in front of the ear. Quchi (LI11) primarily treats earache. Waiguan (TE5), Huizong (TE4) primarily treat a dull, humming sound in the ears, deafness with no hearing. Qiangu (SI4), Houxi (SI3) primarily treat tinnitus; additionally, select Pianli (SI6) and Daling (PC7). Wanggu (SI4), Yanggu (SI9), Jianzhen (SI9), Qiaoyin (GB11), Xiaxi (GB43) primarily treat mandibular pain radiating to the ears with buzzing sounds, tinnitus, and deafness.
