广济疗疥癣恶疮方。
石硫黄六两，白矾十二两熬，并于瓷器中研，以乌麻油和，稠调如煎饼面，更熟研敷之
，热炙疥癣上，摩一二百下，干即移摩之，取瘥。（出第五卷中）
刘涓子疗疥癣恶疮膏方。
丹砂（研） 雄黄（研） 乱发 白蜜 松脂（别入各一两） 茹（三两） 巴豆（十
四枚去
皮） 猪膏（二升）
上八味，先煎猪膏乱发消尽，纳松脂蜜，三上三下，绞去滓，末 茹石药纳膏中，更一
沸，以搅令极调，以敷疮上，日三，瘥止，神效。（出第五卷中）
救急疗癣疮方。
白矾石（熬） 多年韭根 雄黄（研） 藜芦 瓜蒂 胡粉（各一分） 水银（三分）
上七味，以柳木杵研水银使尽，用猪脂一升，煮藜芦韭根瓜蒂三沸，去滓，入石药等，
搅令相得，以敷疮上，甚妙。
近效疗热疮疥癣痒痛不可忍者方。
硝石一物，先用泔清洗疮，去痂拭干，看疮大小，研硝石末和生麻油如面糊，以涂疮上
，三两度瘥。
又方
水银芜荑酥和涂之，姜黄涂之，牛李子涂之，醋煎艾涂之，羊蹄根和乳汁涂之。（出第

肘后疗疥方。
锻石二升以汤五升浸取汁，先用白汤洗疮拭干，乃以此汁洗之，有效。（出第六卷中）
深师疗疥，大黄膏方。
黄连（十四铢） 藜芦（十二铢） 大黄（一两） 干姜（十四铢） 茹（十铢） 莽

铢） 羊踯躅（十铢）
上七味捣筛，以成煎猪脂二斤，微火向东煎之，三上三下，膏成，去痂汁尽付之，神效

集验疗疥方。
捣羊蹄根和猪脂涂上，或着少盐佳。（范汪同）
又疗疥及风瘙疮苦痒方。

上三味切，以水六升煎之，以洗疥疮，以粉粉身日再为之，即瘥。
备急葛氏疗疥疮方。
取楝根削去上皮切，皂荚去皮子等分，熟捣下筛，脂膏和，搔痒去痂以涂之，护风，勿
使女人小儿鸡犬见之。（范汪同）
又疗方。
石硫黄无多少，研粉，以麻油或以苦酒和涂摩之以酒渍苦参饮之。（并出第五卷中）
熏疥法。
取艾如鸡子大，先以布裹乱发，于纸上置艾熏黄末朱砂末杏仁末水银各如杏仁许，水银
于掌中以唾研，涂纸上以卷药末，炙干烧以熏之。（一云筒瓦一口一同安灰盖上以绳束之用
熏疥于脚头被内置之少时火尽止隔日一熏不过再即瘥无所损）
《广济方》治疗疥癣恶疮的方剂。
石硫黄六两，白矾十二两（经熬制），在瓷器中研磨均匀，用乌麻油调和，调成稠厚如煎饼面糊状，再次仔细研磨后敷于患处，用火烘烤疥癣部位，按摩一二百下，干燥后更换位置继续按摩，直至痊愈。（出自第五卷）
刘涓子治疗疥癣恶疮膏方。
丹砂（研细）、雄黄（研细）、乱发、白蜜、松脂（另备，各一两）、茹（三两）、巴豆（十四枚，去皮）、猪膏（二升）。
以上八味药，先煎煮猪膏和乱发至完全消融，加入松脂和白蜜，进行“三上三下”的操作（即加热至沸离火，冷却后再加热，反复三次），过滤去除药渣，将研细的茹及矿物药粉末纳入膏中，再煮沸一次，搅拌使其极度调和，敷于疮口上，每日三次，痊愈即止，效果神奇。（出自第五卷）
急救治疗癣疮方。
白矾石（熬制）、多年韭根、雄黄（研细）、藜芦、瓜蒂、胡粉（各一分）、水银（三分）。
以上七味药，用柳木杵将水银充分研磨至消失不见，取猪脂一升，煮藜芦、韭根、瓜蒂至沸腾三次，过滤去渣，加入矿物药等，搅拌使其混合均匀，敷于疮口上，非常奇妙。
近效方治疗热疮疥癣，瘙痒疼痛难以忍受的方剂。
硝石一味药，先用淘米水清洗疮口，去掉痂皮并擦干，根据疮口大小，将硝石研末与生麻油调和成面糊状，涂抹于疮口上，经过两三次的治疗即可痊愈。
又一方：
用水银、芜荑、酥油调和涂抹；或用姜黄涂抹；或用牛李子涂抹；或用醋煎艾叶涂抹；或用羊蹄根与乳汁调和涂抹。（出自第三卷）
《肘后备急方》治疗疥疮方。
锻石二升，用五升热水浸泡提取汁液，先用温水清洗疮口并擦干，然后用此汁液清洗，有效。（出自第六卷）
《深师方》治疗疥疮的大黄膏方。
黄连（十四铢）、藜芦（十二铢）、大黄（一两）、干姜（十四铢）、茹（十铢）、莽草（十二铢）、羊踯躅（十铢）。
以上七味药捣碎过筛，用已制成的猪脂二斤，在小火上向东方向煎煮，进行“三上三下”操作，膏成后，去除痂皮并将药汁全部涂敷，效果神奇，制作时不要让妇女、鸡犬看见。（出自第二十九卷）
《集验方》治疗疥疮方。
捣碎羊蹄根与猪脂混合涂抹，或者加少许盐更好。（范汪的观点相同）
又方治疗疥疮及风瘙疮，苦痒难忍的方剂。
丹参（四两）、苦参（四两）、蛇床子（一升）。
以上三味药切碎，用六升水煎煮，用来清洗疥疮，用药渣粉末扑洒全身，每日两次，即可痊愈。
《备急葛氏方》治疗疥疮方。
取楝树根削去外皮切碎，皂荚去皮去籽，两者等分，熟捣后过筛，用脂膏调和，在搔痒处去掉痂皮后涂抹，以保护皮肤免受风邪，不要让妇女、小儿、鸡犬看见。（范汪的观点相同）
又一方：
石硫黄不限用量，研成粉末，用麻油或醋调和涂抹按摩，同时用酒浸泡苦参饮用。（均出自第五卷）
熏治疥疮法。
取鸡蛋大小的艾绒，先用布包裹乱发，放在纸上，放置艾绒、黄末、朱砂末、杏仁末、水银，每种约如杏仁大小，水银在手掌中用唾液研磨，涂在纸上，将药末卷起，烤干后点燃进行熏疗。（另一种说法是：用一个筒瓦，同样放入灰烬盖上，用绳子捆束，用于熏治脚部的疥疮，放置在被子里，一会儿火尽为止，每隔一天熏一次，不超过两次即可痊愈，没有损害。）
The *Guangji Fang* (Broad Rescue Formulas) treats scabies, tinea, and malignant sores.
Lithium Sulfide (Shi Liuhuang, 石硫黄) six liang, Alum (Bai Fan, 白矾) twelve liang (calcined), ground together in a porcelain vessel, mixed with Sesame Oil (Wuma You, 乌麻油) to a consistency as thick as pancake batter, further finely ground and applied. Heat the area affected by scabies or tinea, massage one to two hundred times, and when dry, move to another spot and continue massaging until cured. (From Volume 5)
Liu Juanzi’s ointment for treating scabies, tinea, and malignant sores.
Cinnabar (Dan Sha, 丹砂, ground), Realgar (Xiong Huang, 雄黄, ground), Disordered Hair (Luuan Fa, 乱发), White Honey (Bai Mi, 白蜜), Pine Rosin (Song Zhi, 松脂, added separately, each one liang), Rhubarb root? (Ru, 茹, three liang), Croton Seed (Ba Dou, 巴豆, fourteen seeds, peeled), Lard (Zhu Gao, 猪膏, two sheng).
Take the above eight ingredients. First, boil the lard and disordered hair until completely dissolved. Add the pine rosin and honey. Perform "three up, three down" (heat to boiling, remove from heat to cool, repeat three times). Strain to remove dregs. Add the powdered Ru and mineral drugs to the ointment. Boil once more, stirring until thoroughly blended. Apply to the sores three times daily. Stop when cured. This is highly effective. (From Volume 5)
Emergency formula for treating tinea sores.
Calcined Alum Stone (Bai Fanshi, 白矾石), Old Leek Roots (Duonian Jiugen, 多年韭根), Realgar (Xiong Huang, 雄黄, ground), Veratrum Root (Lilu, 藜芦), Melon Seeds (Gua Di, 瓜蒂), Lead Carbonate (Hu Fen, 胡粉, each one fen), Mercury (Shuiyin, 水银, three fen).
Take the above seven ingredients. Grind the mercury with a willow wood pestle until it disappears. Use one sheng of lard to boil Veratrum, leek roots, and melon seeds for three boils. Remove the dregs. Add the mineral drugs and stir until well combined. Apply to the sores. Very wonderful.
Jin Xiao Fang (Recent Effective Formulas) for treating hot sores, scabies, and tinea with unbearable itching and pain.
Potassium Nitrate (Xiaoshi, 硝石) alone. First, wash the sore with rice water, remove the crusts, and wipe dry. According to the size of the sore, grind Potassium Nitrate into powder and mix with raw Sesame Oil to form a paste like flour batter. Apply to the sore. Cured after two or three applications.
Another formula:
Mix Mercury (Shuiyin, 水银), Chrysanthemum seed? (Wuyi, 芜荑), and Butter/Suet (Su, 酥) and apply. Or apply Turmeric (Jianghuang, 姜黄). Or apply Prunus salicina fruit? (Niu Lizhi, 牛李子). Or boil Mugwort (Ai Ye, 艾叶) in vinegar and apply. Or mix Radix Bistort (Yangti Gen, 羊蹄根) with milk and apply. (From Volume 3)
*Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang* (Handbook of Prescriptions for Emergencies) for treating scabies.
Calcined Potash (Duan Shi, 锻石) two sheng, soaked in five sheng of hot water to extract the juice. First, wash the sore with warm water and wipe dry. Then wash with this juice. Effective. (From Volume 6)
*Shen Shi Fang* (Deep Master's Formulas) Da Huang Ointment for treating scabies.
Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian, 黄连, fourteen zhu), Veratrum Root (Lilu, 藜芦, twelve zhu), Rhubarb Root (Dahuang, 大黄, one liang), Dried Ginger (Ganjiang, 干姜, fourteen zhu), Ru (Ru, 茹, ten zhu), Aconite Leaf? (Mangcao, 莽草, twelve zhu), Daphne Odorata (Yang Zhizhu, 羊踯躅, ten zhu).
Pulverize the above seven ingredients and sieve. Mix with two jin of prepared lard. Simmer over low fire facing east. Perform "three up, three down." When the ointment is ready, remove crusts and apply all the juice. Highly effective. Do not let women, chickens, or dogs see it during preparation. (From Volume 29)
*Ji Yan Fang* (Collected Proven Formulas) for treating scabies.
Crush Radix Bistort (Yangti Gen, 羊蹄根) and mix with lard for application. Adding a little salt is better. (Fan Wang agrees.)
Another formula for treating scabies and wind-itch sores with bitter itching:
Salvia Miltiorrhiza (Danshen, 丹参, four liang), Sophora Root (Kushen, 苦参, four liang), Cnidium Fruit (Shechuangzi, 蛇床子, one sheng).
Chop the above three ingredients. Decoct in six sheng of water. Wash the scabies sores with the decoction. Dust the body with the powder twice daily. It will cure.
Ge Shi's Emergency Formula for treating scabies sores.
Take roots of Chinaberry tree (Lian Gen, 楝根), peel off the outer bark, and chop. Take Soap Pods (Zao Jia, 皂荚), remove skin and seeds. Use equal parts. Thoroughly pound and sieve. Mix with fat/grease. After scratching and removing crusts, apply to protect against wind. Do not let women, children, chickens, or dogs see it. (Fan Wang agrees.)
Another formula:
Lithium Sulfide (Shi Liuhuang, 石硫黄), amount unspecified. Grind into powder. Mix with Sesame Oil or Vinegar (Ku Jiu, 苦酒) for topical application and massage. Also, soak Sophora Root (Kushen, 苦参) in wine and drink it. (Both from Volume 5)
Method for fumigating scabies.
Take mugwort the size of a chicken egg. Wrap disordered hair in cloth first. Place on paper along with mugwort powder, Cinnabar powder, Almond powder, and Mercury, each about the size of an almond. Grind Mercury with saliva in the palm and spread on the paper. Roll up the medicinal powders. Dry by heating, then burn to fumigate. (Alternatively: Use one tube-shaped tile. Place ashes inside, cover, bind with rope. Use to fumigate scabies on the feet. Place inside bedding. Wait until the fire burns out. Fumigate every other day, no more than twice, and it will cure without harm.)
