每天取凤仙花（Impatiens balsamina），包括根、蒂和叶，捣碎后敷在指甲上。用布包扎好。每天更换一次。一个月左右即可痊愈。
天气不寒冷时，指尖感觉发冷，这种病症称为螺疮。用醋和盐调匀，将手指浸泡其中，可自行痊愈。
如果痛苦难忍，可将通草（Tetrapanax papyriferus）研成粉末，用鸡蛋清调和涂抹，即可痊愈。（此法也适用于治疗各手指缝生疮、肿胀溃烂的情况）。
用酱清（即酱油表面的汁水）和蜂蜜混合，温热后浸泡患处，有效。
取蜒蚰（Arion vulgaris，俗称鼻涕虫）和银朱（Vermilion，主要成分为硫化汞），共同捣碎后擦拭患处。如果拖延不治，必定会发展成蛇头疔、蛀节疔等类型的疔疮。（蛇疔的治疗方法记载于……多擦拭几遍，即可消退。
这种病症称为蛀节。用生黄豆嚼烂后敷在患处。（必须先漱口再嚼）即可痊愈。
凡是指甲边缘，长出一块赤色肉质突出物，时常发作的，称为甲疽。用野狼毒（1钱）、黄芩（2两）用醋浸泡一夜，加入猪油（5两），在微火上煎煮至剩余2两，过滤去除药渣，待退去火气后敷用。每天更换三次，效果神奇。另外，也可用乳香、胆矾（研成细末）经常敷用。此症必须剔除指甲，即使不用药也能痊愈。如果已经形成疮疡且久不愈合，此方非常有效。另外，用皂矾（候冷后研成细末），先用盐水清洗疮口并擦干，然后将矾末敷在上面，用旧绸布包裹固定，每天更换一次，效果神奇。
此症生于手足的各个手指。（有人说生于手足第四指），或者是指头、指节、指缝。初起时可能呈白色，或像粟米大小，起一个黄泡，其皮肤颜色或像煮熟的红枣，黑色不退，时间久了就会溃烂，节节脱落，蔓延至虎口和各手指缝生疮，或肿或烂，疼痛难以忍受。如果不尽早治疗，就会烂入手中。可用鲜蒲公英捣烂敷于患处。
手掌连虎口边出现肿毒。从猪肉台上刮下的木屑如膏状，做成饼贴于患处，即可痊愈。
Apply a paste made by crushing the whole *Impatiens balsamina* plant (including roots, stems, and leaves) to the nail daily. Wrap with cloth and change once a day. It will heal in about a month.
When the weather is not cold, if the fingertips feel cold, this condition is called "Luo Chuang" (Snail Sore). Mix vinegar and salt evenly, soak the fingers in the mixture, and it will heal spontaneously.
If the pain is unbearable, crush *Tetrapanax papyriferus* stem into powder, mix with egg white, and apply. It will heal immediately. (This method also treats sores, swelling, and ulceration between the fingers.)
Mix "Jiang Qing" (the liquid surface of soy sauce) with honey, warm the mixture, and soak the affected area. This is effective.
Crush *Arion vulgaris* (slug) together with Vermilion (*Cinnabaris*), and rub onto the affected area. If left untreated for too long, it may develop into Ding sores such as "She Tou" (Snake Head) or "Zhu Jie" (Rotting Joint). Rubbing several times can eliminate it.
This condition is named "Zhu Jie". Chew raw soybeans until they form a paste and apply to the affected area. (Rinse mouth before chewing). It will heal.
Any red fleshy protrusion growing at the edge of the nail that recurs frequently is called "Jia Ju" (Nail Abscess). Soak 1 qian of *Radix Stellerae Chamaejasme* (Wild Langdu) and 2 liang of *Radix Scutellariae* (Huang Qin) in vinegar overnight. Add 5 liang of pork lard, simmer over low heat until reduced to 2 liang, filter out the dregs, let cool to remove the "fire qi," and apply. Change three times a day for miraculous effect. Alternatively, apply powder of *Resina Frankincense* (Ruxiang) and *Alumen Crudum* (Danfan) frequently. For this condition, the nail must be removed; it will heal even without medication. If an ulcer has formed and fails to heal for a long time, this prescription is very effective. Another method: use *Alumen* (Fan), cooled and ground into powder. First wash the sore with salt water and dry it, then apply the powder. Wrap with old silk, change once a day. Miraculous effect.
This condition occurs on various fingers of the hands and feet (some say specifically the fourth finger), or on the fingertip, interphalangeal joint, or between fingers. Initially, it may appear white or like millet grains, forming a yellow blister. The skin may resemble a cooked red date, with black discoloration persisting. Over time, it ulcerates and falls off joint by joint, spreading to the web space (tiger's mouth) and finger gaps, causing sores, swelling, or ulceration with unbearable pain. If not treated early, it can rot into the hand. Apply crushed fresh *Taraxacum mongolicum* (Dandelion) to the affected area.
Swelling and toxicity on the palm extending to the tiger's mouth. Scrape wood shavings from a pork cutting board until they resemble a paste, form into a cake, and apply to the lesion. It will heal.
Yellow-white pustules appearing on the fingers and palm, with intermittent pain and itching, lingering indefinitely, indicating the presence of parasites internally. Slice pig liver and mash with peach leaves, then apply. Miraculous effect.
