研。掺患处。乌金纸包头。又蜒蝣 雄黄(各三钱)同研敷
煨葱入盐。杵烂涂。又以醋和面涂之。或炙令热熨之。又釜月下土。以鸡子
效。又葱白 乳香捣涂。实时痛止肿消。又阴肿核痛。人所不能治者。蔓菁
取苋菜根捣敷之。又捣马鞭草敷之。又痛甚者。雄黄 甘草(各一两) 白矾
细末。每用一两。滚水五升。煎至三升。冲和。洗患处良久。再暖洗至冷。候汗

肥皂（一个）烧至存性。用香油调和涂抹。
煨葱加入盐，捣烂后涂抹。或者用醋和面涂抹，或者加热后熨烫。另外，取釜底下的土，用鸡蛋清调和使用也有效。还有葱白和乳香捣碎涂抹，能立即止痛消肿。另外，对于阴囊肿痛、睾丸疼痛，常人无法治疗的，可用蔓菁根捣碎敷用。

Discharging from internal ulceration. Take the old skin from the human heel (any amount, baked crisp on a tile and ground into powder), sprinkle it on the affected area. Wrap the head with Wujin paper. Alternatively, mix Slugs (Yanyou) and Realgar (Xionghuang) (each 3 qian), grind together and apply.
Katechu (Ercha) and Borneol (Bingpian) (ground fine, each 3 fen), wash with Licorice root water (Gancao shuixi) and apply.
Soap (Fangzao) (one piece), calcined to retain its nature. Mix with Sesame oil (Xiangyou) and apply.
Roasted Scallion (Wei Cong) mixed with salt, pounded until soft and applied. Or mix Vinegar (Cu) with flour and apply, or heat and moxibustion/ironing (wen). Alternatively, take soil from under the cooking pot (Fu Yue xia tu), use Egg white (Jizi) as a binder; this is also effective. Also, White part of Scallion (Congbai) and Frankincense (Ruxiang) pounded and applied; pain stops and swelling subsides immediately. Additionally, for阴肿核痛 (scrotal swelling and testicular pain) which others cannot treat, use Turnip root (Manjing) pounded and applied.
Take Amaranth root (Xiancai gen) pounded and applied. Alternatively, apply Peganum harmala / Verbena officinalis (Mabiancao) pounded. For severe pain, use Realgar (Xionghuang) and Licorice (Gancao) (each 1 liang), Alum (Baifan), ground into fine powder. Use 1 liang per dose, add 5 sheng of boiling water, decoct until reduced to 3 sheng, mix well, and wash the affected area for a long time. Then wash again with warm water until cool, wait for sweating to cure Hernia pain (Shan teng) and Testicular pain (Shenzi teng). For cases where swelling resembles a lantern, use Soil from the stove mouth (Zaokou huangtu), Atractylodes macrocephala (Cangzhu) (stir-fried), and Oyster shell (Muli) (each equal parts), ground into powder and applied with water.
Cow dung (Niushi) burned to ash, mixed with Wine (Jiu) and applied; it heals immediately. Do not let the patient know.
(Hotness causing testicular relaxation and hanging) Apply Rhubarb (Dahuang) mixed with Vinegar (Cu). Alternatively, boil Cotton seeds (Mianhuazi) in water, pour into a jar, and sit the scrotum over the jar opening; one or two times will dissipate cold qi, which is effective. (Also treats scrotal enlargement and dampness).
Galla chinensis (Wubeizi) and Usnea (Songluo cha) (each 5 qian), ground into powder, applied with tea water. Alternatively, burn Fir wood (Shanmu) to ash, stir-fry with cooked Chicken egg yolk (Jizi huang) to extract oil, and apply.
Scrotal swelling like crystal, testicular swelling and dampness. Use Hearth earth (Zaoxin tu) (3 sheng), ground and stir-fried hot, spread on a stool. Sudden scrotal swelling is often due to wind-dampness received from sitting on the ground, or caused by insect bites/blows. Decoct Cicada slough (Chantui) (5 qian) in water to wash the swollen area; effective after two or three times.
Kidney labor heat, sores on the scrotum. Use Ephedra root (Mahuang gen) and Native sulfur (Shi liuhuang) (ground, each 3 liang), Rice flour (Mifen) (5 he). Pound and grind together. Use as usual powder application method.
