又苦楮树叶(半斤)煮滚放坛内。先熏后洗。每日数次。甚效。又大茴香炒热。作两布包
。更换熨之。又生石菖蒲 柑子叶 京茴香(各一钱) 捣极融烂。置酒壶内。加开水一碗
将壶入锅内。隔水烫滚。于患处隔衣频频熨之。止痛如神。又蓖麻子(七粒)和饭捣为丸
脚心。左痛敷左。右痛敷右。双痛双敷。又凡患偏坠。如服荔枝核小茴香等药不效者
症也。取芙蓉花根(要丹心者)用皮捣极融烂。加大黄末敷患处。二三日必愈。

干燥者用油核桃研磨取油润肤；潮湿者用芦甘锻石蛤粉末掺敷。另外，干荷叶摘碎，用唾液湿润后敷于瘙痒处，立即见效。另外，艾叶、苏叶、明矾（各三钱）煎汤清洗。
用青夏布旧蚊帐烧至存性（保留药性），用麻油调和搽涂，即可痊愈。（同时治疗游走性风邪）
各种疝气初起，伴有寒热疼痛，如欲形成囊痈者，用新鲜地骨皮、生姜（各四两）共同捣烂如泥，用绢布包裹。
蕲艾、紫苏叶（烘干）、川椒（炒热各三两），以上三味拌匀，趁热装入绢袋，夹在阴囊下方。
用肥姜切片，铺在凑板上，上面堆一堆蕲艾，点火烧之。待火势将尽时，趁热连姜带火一起取出，将鲜菜叶一大片放在手掌内，把姜艾摊匀在菜叶上，用手向肾囊底下托举。起初感觉冰凉，片刻后变得滚热，全身出汗而痊愈。另外，牡蛎、良姜共同研为细末，用津唾调和涂敷，立即消散。
另外，苦楮树叶（半斤）煮滚放入坛内，先熏后洗，每日数次，效果显著。另外，大茴香炒热，做成两个布包，更换熨烫。另外，生石菖蒲、柑子叶、京茴香（各一钱）捣至极烂，置于酒壶内，加开水一碗，将壶放入锅内隔水烫滚，在患处隔着衣服频频熨烫，止痛如神。另外，蓖麻子（七粒）和饭捣成丸药，敷于脚心，左痛敷左脚，右痛敷右脚，双侧痛则双敷。另外，凡患偏坠，如果服用荔枝核、小茴香等药物无效者，这是死症。取芙蓉花根（需有丹心的），用皮捣至极烂，加大黄细末敷于患处，二三日必愈。
Sichuan pepper (7 grains) and scallion heads (7 pieces), decoct into a concentrated soup to wash the affected area. Alternatively, grind mung bean powder and earthworm feces (in equal parts) into powder for application.
Burn apricot kernels until charred black, grind into a paste, and apply frequently.
Chew sesame seeds thoroughly and apply as a poultice. Alternatively, decoct peach bark and mix with millet juice for washing. Alternatively, decoct Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai, 黄柏) thoroughly for washing. Alternatively, apply white honey.
Alternatively, grind Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连) and Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai, 黄柏) (in equal parts) into fine powder. First, wash with a decoction of fatty pork broth, then apply the medicated powder.
For cases where the scrotum is completely ulcerated, leaving only the two testes, grind Impatiens balfourii seeds and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草) (in equal parts) into powder, mix with sesame oil for application, which will immediately promote tissue regeneration.
Wash with rice water. Subsequently, apply Liu Yi San (Six-to-One Powder, 六一散) (several qian) mixed with Borneolum Syntheticum (Bingpian, 冰片) (1 fen) by rubbing; it will heal after two applications.
Mix bran charcoal and Perillae Folium (Zisuye, 紫苏叶) into powder and dust onto the affected area. Alternatively, decoct lotus leaves (3 pieces) and Evodiae Fructus (Wuzhuyu, 吴茱萸) (3 qian) in water for washing. Alternatively, decoct Lycii Cortex (Digupi, 地骨皮) and Evodiae Fructus (Wuzhuyu, 吴茱萸) (5 qian), fumigate and wash for an extended period; it will heal after three to five sessions.
Decoct dried bark of Sophora japonica (Huaimu Bai Pi, 槐白皮) (stir-fried) for daily washing. Alternatively, apply Polygoni Multiflori Caulis powder (Puhuang, 蒲黄); it heals after several applications. Alternatively, grind Calcitum (Fanshi, 矾石) (boiled until dry) and Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi, 蛇床子) (in equal parts) into powder, place in a perforated cloth bag, and dust onto the affected area.
Burn soapberries using straw and fumigate with smoke more than ten times to stop itching.
For dry conditions, rub with oil extracted from walnuts; for moist conditions, sprinkle with powder from Arsenic Trioxide preparations (Luganduan Shi Ge, 芦甘锻石蛤). Alternatively, crumble dried lotus leaves, moisten with saliva, and apply to the itchy area for immediate effect. Alternatively, decoct Artemisiae Argyi Folium (Aiyè, 艾叶), Perillae Folium (Zisuye, 紫苏叶), and Alum (Mingfan, 明矾) (each 3 qian) in water for washing.
Burn old mosquito nets made of green hemp fabric until carbonized but retaining medicinal properties, mix with sesame oil, and rub on; it will heal. (Also treats wandering wind pathogens.)
For early-stage various types of hernia accompanied by chills, fever, and pain, or when approaching formation of scrotal carbuncle, mash fresh Lycii Cortex (Digupi, 地骨皮) and Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang, 生姜) (each 4 liang) into a paste, wrap in silk cloth.
Mix Qiai (Artemisia argyi, 蕲艾), Perillae Folium (Zisuye, 紫苏叶) (baked), and Zanthoxyli Fructus (Chuanjiao, 川椒) (stir-fried hot, each 3 liang). Blend these three ingredients, place in a silk bag while hot, and sandwich under the scrotum.
Slice fresh ginger thickly, lay on a board, pile a mound of Qiai (Artemisia argyi, 蕲艾) on top, and ignite. When the fire is about to extinguish, take out the ginger and heat together. Place a large fresh vegetable leaf in the palm, spread the ginger and moxa evenly on the leaf, and use the hand to support the underside of the scrotum. Initially cold, it becomes scalding hot shortly after, leading to profuse sweating throughout the body and cure. Alternatively, grind Ostreae Concha (Muli, 牡蛎) and Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma (Liangjiang, 良姜) into powder, mix with saliva for application, which dissipates immediately.
Alternatively, boil Chaenomelis Fructus leaves (Kuchushuye, 苦楮树叶) (0.5 jin) in boiling water in a jar, fumigate first then wash; do this several times daily for significant effect. Alternatively, stir-fry Anisi Stellati Fructus (Dahuixiang, 大茴香) until hot, make two cloth packs, and alternate ironing. Alternatively, crush fresh Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Shichangpu, 石菖蒲), Citrus reticulata leaves (Ganzize, 柑子叶), and Anisi Stellati Fructus (Jinghuixiang, 京茴香) (each 1 qian) until extremely smooth, place in a wine pot, add one bowl of boiling water, heat the pot in a larger pot over water until rolling, and frequently iron the affected area through clothing while hot; it stops pain miraculously. Alternatively, mash Castoris Semen (Bimazi, 蓖麻子) (7 grains) with cooked rice into pills, apply to the soles of the feet: left pain to left foot, right pain to right foot, bilateral pain to both. Alternatively, for patients with unilateral scrotal swelling who do not respond to Licorice Root (Litchi He, 荔枝核) and Fennel (Xiaohuixiang, 小茴香), indicating a critical condition, take the root of Hibiscus mutabilis (Furonghua Gen, 芙蓉花根) (specifically those with red centers), peel and mash extremely smooth, add Rhubarb powder (Dahuang, 大黄) for application to the affected area; it will heal within two to three days.
