羊胫骨(末) 鸡子清调。每夜敷。早以米泔水洗去。十日后。面白皮嫩。神效。
大母猪蹄(四个) 洗净煮成膏。卧时搽面上。次早洗去。半月后即不皱矣。

轻粉 滑石(水飞净) 杏仁(去皮取霜各等分) 为末蒸过。加冰片(少许一方并
少许) 用鸡子清去黄调匀。
洗面敷之。一月后色如红玉。名红玉膏。 又顶上金色密陀僧(一两) 研细末。
用人乳或蜜。调如薄浆糊。每夜略蒸。待热敷面。次早
又冬桑叶煎浓汁收藏。冬月早晨用一酒杯搀入水内洗面。光滑如镜。面亦不冻。

生南星(二钱) 糯米(一合) 共为末。姜汁调敷。立效。 又大黄 白芨 五倍子共为
末。
被酒仆石。面额俱伤。血流不止。 水磨橄榄汁涂之。信宿而愈。
每年九月廿三日。用桑叶煎水洗目一次。至老永不昏暗。且夜能看细书。其妙无穷
叶须五月五日。六月六日。立冬日采者为佳。同黑脂麻等分。蜜丸。名为扶桑丸。能除
乌须明目。
又方：栝蒌瓤（三两）、杏仁（一两）、猪胰（研成膏状）。每晚涂抹面部，可使面色光润。冬季可防止皮肤皲裂。
羊胫骨（研末），用鸡蛋清调和。每晚敷面，早晨用米泔水洗净。十日后，面色白嫩，效果神奇。
大母猪蹄（四个），洗净煮成膏状。睡前搽于面部，次日清晨洗去。半月后皱纹即消失。

蒺藜子、山栀子（各一合），研为细末。用醋调和均匀，夜间涂抹，早晨清洗。

又方：顶上金色密陀僧（一两），研成细末。用人乳或蜂蜜调成稀薄浆糊状。每晚略加热后热敷面部，次日清晨再洗。
还有冬桑叶煎煮浓汁收藏。冬季早晨取一杯掺入水中洗面，皮肤光滑如镜，且面部不受冻。
又方：丝瓜烧至存性，研为细末，用水调涂。
又方：皂角（二两）、生南星（二钱）、糯米（一合），共研为细末。用姜汁调敷，立见疗效。
又方：大黄、白芨、五倍子共研为细末。若因醉酒仆倒被石头砸伤，导致面部额头受伤，血流不止。用水磨橄榄汁涂抹，过一夜即可痊愈。
荞麦皮、绿豆皮、黑豆皮、决明子、菊花一同做枕头。直到年老眼睛依然明亮。
每年九月二十三日，用桑叶煎水洗眼一次。直到年老视力永不昏暗，且夜晚能看清细小的文字，其妙处无穷。桑叶以五月五日、六月六日、立冬之日采集者为佳。与黑芝麻等分，制成蜜丸，名为“扶桑丸”，能去除白发乌须、明目。
Dry the *Asparagi Radix* (Tianmendong, 天门冬) in the sun. Mix with honey and pound into pills. Use daily to wash the face.
Another prescription: *Trichosanthis Pericarpium* (Gualou Rang, 栝蒌瓤) (3 liang), *Semen Armeniacae Amarum* (Xingren, 杏仁) (1 liang), and *Porcinus Pancreas* (Zhu Yin, 猪胰) (pounded into a paste). Apply to the face every night to make the skin lustrous and smooth. It prevents chapping of the skin in winter.
*Os Tibiae Ovinae* (Yang Jing Gu, 羊胫骨) (powdered), mixed with *Ovi Albumen* (Jizi Qing, 鸡子清). Apply to the face every night and wash off with rice water in the morning. After ten days, the complexion becomes white and tender; this is highly effective.
Four large pig trotters. Wash clean and boil down into a paste. Apply to the face before sleep and wash off the next morning. Wrinkles will disappear after half a month.
Rendered pork fat. Apply every night.
*Semen Tribuli* (Jili Zi, 蒺藜子) and *Gardeniae Fructus* (Shanzhizi, 山栀子) (each 1 he). Pound into powder. Mix evenly with vinegar. Apply at night and wash in the morning.
*Calomelas* (Qingfen, 轻粉), *Talcum* (Huashi, 滑石) (purified by water flotation), and *Semen Armeniacae Amarum* (Xingren, 杏仁) (skin removed, pulp taken, equal parts). Pound into powder and steam. Add *Borneolum Syntheticum* (Bingpian, 冰片) (a small amount). Mix evenly with egg white (yolk removed). Wash the face and apply. After one month, the complexion resembles red jade. This is named "Red Jade Paste" (Hongyu Gao, 红玉膏).
Another prescription: *Litharge* (Miduoseng, 密陀僧) (1 liang), finely powdered. Mix with human milk or honey to form a thin paste. Slightly warm it each night and apply as a hot compress to the face. Wash off the next morning.
Also, decoct winter mulberry leaves (*Folium Mori*, Dong Sang Ye, 冬桑叶) into a concentrated juice for storage. In winter, take one cup of this juice mixed with water to wash the face in the morning. The skin becomes smooth as a mirror and is protected from cold.

Mix aged *Calcitum* (Chen Duanshi, 陈锻石) with vinegar and apply externally.
Another prescription: Burn loofah sponge (*Luffae Fructus Retiatus*, Sigua, 丝瓜) until carbonized but retaining its nature, powder it, mix with water, and apply.
Another prescription: *Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus Spina* (Zaojiao, 皂角) (2 liang), *Arisaema Cum Bile* (Sheng Nanxing, 生南星) (2 qian), and *Oryza Sativa Glutinosa Semen* (Nuomi, 糯米) (1 he). Pound together into powder. Mix with ginger juice and apply; effects are immediate.
Another prescription: *Rhei Radix et Rhizoma* (Dahuang, 大黄), *Bletillae Rhizoma* (Baiji, 白芨), and *Myrobalan Myrobalanus Chebulae Fructus* (Wubeizi, 五倍子) pounded together into powder. If injured by falling while drunk and struck by a stone, causing bleeding from the face and forehead that does not stop, apply juice from crushed olives (*Canarii Fructus*, Ganlan, 橄榄) ground with water. Healing occurs overnight.
Buckwheat hulls, mung bean hulls, black soybean hulls, *Cassiae Semen* (Juemingzi, 决明子), and *Chrysanthemi Flos* (Juhua, 菊花) used together as pillow filling. Eyesight remains bright even in old age.
On the 23rd day of the ninth lunar month each year, wash the eyes once with mulberry leaf decoction. Eyesight will never dim in old age, and one can read fine print at night; the benefits are infinite. Mulberry leaves harvested on the 5th day of the fifth month, the 6th day of the sixth month, or during the Start of Winter solar term are best. Mix in equal proportions with black sesame seeds (*Sesami Nigris Semen*, Heizhima, 黑脂麻), form honey pills, named "Mulberry Pill" (Fusang Wan, 扶桑丸). It removes gray hair, darkens beard, and improves vision.
