油熬烊。又入黄白占化透。再入末药。然后调摊于油纸。

上药用麻油二十两。炸枯捞去渣。下黄白蜡各二两。溶化收膏。入瓷瓶内。以油纸摊贴患处。

溶化。再将后药研细和匀。摊纸上贴之。如干加公猪油调亦可。
石膏（一两） 炉甘石（一两童便浸 ） 龙骨（醋 三次） 轻粉 寒水石（ 各五钱） 嫩松香（五钱） 放
铜勺内。熬至黑色起烟。倒在水内候冷。用葱白煮滚。（上味为末。以公猪油调匀。作夹膏。以葱汤洗净贴之。将裹脚紧
紧缚定。开看黑色即换。）
【方剂一】
胆矾（二钱）、轻粉（三钱）、炉甘石（二钱）、黄白占（各四两）、板猪油（一两）。将以上三种药材（注：原文此处“三味”似有误，实为五味或指前三味矿物药，依文意理解为将药物处理）研成细末。先将猪油加热熔化，再加入黄白占使其完全融化透入，随后加入药末。最后调和均匀，摊涂在油纸上备用。
【方剂二】
黄连（五钱）、黄柏（五钱）、姜黄（三钱）、归尾（当归尾部，三钱）、白芷（三钱）、丹皮（牡丹皮，三钱）、赤芍（三钱）、生地（生地黄，一两）、合欢皮（一两）、大黄（一钱）、黄芩（三钱）、秦艽（三钱）、紫草（一两）、白藓皮（五钱）。以上药材用麻油二十两，炸至枯焦后捞去药渣。加入黄白蜡各二两，溶化后收膏。装入瓷瓶内，使用时以油纸摊开贴敷于患处。
（主治多年陈疾及新发疮疡，均有疗效。）
【方剂三】
紫草、归身（当归身）、细生地（细辛与生地黄？或指质地细腻的生地，此处依古籍习惯多指生地）、黄柏、白芷、冬青桑（桑枝或桑叶之嫩者，视语境多为桑枝/桑叶类）、川椒（各一两）、黄白占、飞丹（红升丹或类似汞制剂，需慎用）、密陀僧（氧化铅）、血竭（各二两）、轻粉（三钱）、银粉（水银制剂，需慎用）、铜绿（碱式碳酸铜，五钱）、乳没药（乳香与没药，各五钱）、冰片（二钱）。用麻油一斤，将前七味药材煎至枯焦，去渣。加入两种“占”（即黄白占，含铅化合物）溶化。再将其余药物研细混合均匀，摊在纸上贴敷。如果药膏变干，也可用公猪油调和后使用。
【方剂四】
石膏（一两）、炉甘石（一两，需用童便浸泡）、龙骨（醋淬三次）、轻粉、寒水石（各五钱）、嫩松香（五钱）。放入铜勺中熬制，直至颜色变黑并起烟。倒入水中冷却。再用葱白煮滚（作为清洗或辅助用药）。以上药物研成细末，用公猪油调匀，制成夹膏。用葱汤洗净患处后贴敷，并将裹脚布紧紧缚定。每次揭开查看，若药色变黑即更换新药。
[Formula 1]
Danfan (Vitriol, 2 qian), Qingfen (Calomel, 3 qian), Luganshi (Hematitum Praeparatum, 2 qian), Huangbai Zhan (Yellow and White Lead Paste, 4 liang each), Ban Zhuyou (Pork Fat, 1 liang). Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. First, melt the pork fat over heat. Then add the Huangbai Zhan and dissolve it thoroughly. Next, incorporate the medicinal powder. Finally, mix well and spread onto oil paper for application.
(Indicated for chronic ulcerative damp-toxin conditions, nasal ulcers with induration, etc. It is extremely effective.)
[Formula 2]
Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, 5 qian), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, 5 qian), Jianghuang (Curcumae Longae Rhizoma, 3 qian), Guiwei (Radix Angelicae Sinensis Cauda, 3 qian), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, 3 qian), Danpi (Moutan Cortex, 3 qian), Chishao (Paeoniae Rubra Radix, 3 qian), Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix Recens, 1 liang), Hehuanpi (Albiziae Cortex, 1 liang), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 1 qian), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, 3 qian), Qinjiao (Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix, 3 qian), Zicao (Arnebiae Radix seu Lithospermi Radix, 1 liang), Baixianpi (Dictamni Cortex, 5 qian). Fry the above herbs in 20 liang of Sesame Oil until charred, then remove the dregs. Add 2 liang each of Huangbai La (Lead Plaster) to melt and form the ointment. Store in a porcelain jar. Apply to the affected area using oil paper as a dressing.
(Effective for both chronic and newly onset sores and ulcers.)
[Formula 3]
Zicao (Arnebiae Radix seu Lithospermi Radix), Guishen (Radix Angelicae Sinensis Caput), Xi Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix Recens), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Dongqing Sang (Ramulus Mori or Folium Mori), Chuanjiao (Sichuan Zanthoxyli Pericarpium) (each 1 liang); Huangbai Zhan (Yellow and White Lead Paste), Feidan (Red Calomel), Miduoseng (Lithargyrum), Xuejie (Dragon's Blood) (each 2 liang); Qingfen (Calomel, 3 qian), Yinfen (Mercurius Sublimatus Corrosivus), Tonglv (Chalcanthite, 5 qian); Rumo Yao (Frankincense and Myrrh, each 5 qian); Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum, 2 qian). Use 1 jin of Sesame Oil to decoct the first seven ingredients until charred, then strain. Add the two types of "Zhan" (lead pastes) to melt. Grind the remaining medicines into a fine powder, mix uniformly, spread on paper, and apply. If the paste dries out, it can be reconstituted with boar fat.
[Formula 4]
Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum, 1 liang), Luganshi (Hematitum Praeparatum, 1 liang, soaked in child's urine), Longgu (Fossilia Os Mastodi, calcined three times with vinegar), Qingfen (Calomel), Hanshuishi (Natrii Sulfas, each 5 qian), Nen Songxiang (Young Pine Resin, 5 qian). Place in a copper spoon and boil until black and smoking. Pour into water to cool. Boil scallion whites (for washing). Grind all ingredients into a powder. Mix with boar fat to make a sandwich plaster. Cleanse the affected area with scallion water, apply the plaster, and bind tightly with bandages. Inspect upon removal; if the plaster turns black, replace it immediately.
