红升药（一斤） 铜绿（八钱） 石膏（一斤 ） 炙乳没（各三两二钱） 降药（一两八钱） 上为细末。以瓷
器藏。
（拔毒生肌。）
尿浸石膏（九两） 三仙丹（一两） 共为细末掺之。
（治疔毒腐毒。不透敷之立起。）
上血竭（一钱） 月石（一两） 为末。
（治风毒黄水疮。）
大黄（三两） 黄柏（一两） 黄连（三钱） 石膏（ 二两） 炉底（少许） 共研。川连水调敷。
（治背疽。腐肉黑黯。死肌。臭气难闻。以此掺之。）
生明矾（六钱） 枯矾（三钱） 腰黄（一钱） 共为细末。如霜。
（去突出肉。治阴虚或脱肛。以此掺之。）
先用防风升麻（各一钱） 煎汤调搽。立收入熟地（炒炭一两） 乌梅（炙三钱） 为末掺。
（治漏管。）
蛎蝗（十条。以泥封罐。纳入炭火 之。） 蟾酥（一钱） 熊胆（八分） 麝香（五分） 冰片（二分） 共为细
末。饭糊为条。插入。其管退后。用生肌药。
蟾酥（一钱） 没药（炒四钱） 乳香（炙二钱） 甲片（一钱） 蜈蚣（二钱） 雄黄（二钱） 麝香（五分） 川
草乌（各二钱） 藤黄（二钱） 为末。
【补脬丹】
取炙乳香、炙没药、银朱、黄丹、血竭、儿茶（各一两），铜绿（八分），共同研磨成细粉末。
取红升药（一斤）、铜绿（八钱）、石膏（一斤）、炙乳香和炙没药（各三两二钱）、降药（一两八钱），共同研磨成细粉末，用瓷器密封贮藏。
（功效：拔毒生肌。）
取尿浸石膏（九两）、三仙丹（一两），共同研磨成细粉末掺敷患处。
（功效：治疗疔毒、腐毒。若疮毒不透发，外敷此药可立即使脓液排出。）
取大黄（三两）、黄柏（一两）、黄连（三钱）、石膏（二两）、炉底（少许），共同研磨。用川连（黄连）的水调匀后外敷。
（功效：治疗背疽。针对腐肉黑黯、死肌、气味难闻的情况，以此药粉掺敷。）
取生明矾（六钱）、枯矾（三钱）、腰黄（一钱），共同研磨成细粉末，状如霜雪。
（功效：去除突出的息肉肉芽。治疗阴虚或脱肛，以此药粉掺敷。）
先用防风、升麻（各一钱）煎汤，调和药粉搽涂，可使脱出物立即收回。随后用熟地黄（炒炭一两）、乌梅（炙三钱）研末掺敷。
（功效：治疗漏管，即瘘管。）
取蛎蝗（十条，用泥封住罐口，纳入炭火中煅烧）、蟾酥（一钱）、熊胆（八分）、麝香（五分）、冰片（二分），共同研磨成细粉末。用米饭糊制成条状，插入瘘管内。待瘘管消退后，使用生肌药物。
另有一方：蟾酥（一钱）、没药（炒四钱）、乳香（炙二钱）、穿山甲片（一钱）、蜈蚣（二钱）、雄黄（二钱）、麝香（五分）、川草乌（各二钱）、藤黄（二钱），共同研磨成粉末。
（功效：治疗产后膀胱损伤。）
Bu Pao Dan (Bladder-Replenishing Pill)
Take Zhi Ruxiang (Baked Frankincense), Zhi Moyao (Baked Myrrh), Yinzhu (Cinnabar), Huangdan (Lead Oxide), Xuexie (Dragon's Blood), Ercha (Catechu) (each 1 liang), and Tonglü (Malachite) (8 fen). Grind them together into a fine powder.
Take Hong Sheng Yao (Red Ascending Medicine), Tonglü (Malachite) (8 qian), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum) (1 jin), Zhi Ruxiang and Zhi Moyao (Baked Frankincense and Baked Myrrh) (each 3 liang 2 qian), Jiang Yao (Descending Medicine) (1 liang 8 qian). Grind them together into a fine powder. Store in a porcelain vessel.
(Efficacy: Draws out toxins and promotes tissue regeneration.)
Take Niao Jin Shigao (Urine-Soaked Gypsum Fibrosum) (9 liang) and Sanxian Dan (Three Immortals Pill) (1 liang). Grind them together into a fine powder for application.
(Efficacy: Treats Ding Du (carbuncle toxin) and Fu Du (putrefactive toxin). If the lesion does not drain spontaneously, applying this externally will immediately promote drainage.)
Take Shang Xuexie (Superior Dragon's Blood) (1 qian) and Yueshi (Alum) (1 liang). Grind into powder.
(Efficacy: Treats Feng Du Huang Shui Chuang (wind-toxin-induced weeping eczema/impetigo).)
Take Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) (3 liang), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) (1 liang), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) (3 qian), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum) (2 liang), and Ludi (Residue from smelting) (a small amount). Grind together. Mix with water decoction of Chuanlian (Sichuan Coptidis Rhizoma) and apply externally.
(Efficacy: Treats Bei Ju (back carbuncle). For cases with blackened putrefied flesh, necrotic muscle, and foul odor, sprinkle this powder on the wound.)
Take Sheng Mingfan (Raw Alum), Kufan (Calcined Alum) (3 qian), and Yaohuang (Arsenolite) (1 qian). Grind into a fine powder resembling frost.
(Efficacy: Removes protruding granulation tissue. Treats Yin deficiency or rectal prolapse; sprinkle this powder on the affected area.)
First, decoct Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) and Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma) (each 1 qian) in water to make a decoction for mixing and applying the powder. This will cause the prolapsed tissue to retract immediately. Subsequently, use Shudihuang (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix) (charred, 1 liang) and Wumei (Mume Fructus) (baked, 3 qian) ground into powder for application.
(Efficacy: Treats Lou Guan (fistula tract).)
Take Li Huang (Oyster Shell, prepared by sealing in clay and calcining in charcoal fire) (10 pieces), Chansu (Toad Venom) (1 qian), Xiongdan (Ursi Fel) (8 fen), Shexiang (Moschus) (5 fen), Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) (2 fen). Grind into a fine powder. Form into strips using rice paste and insert into the fistula tract. After the tract recedes, apply tissue-regenerating medicines.
Another formula: Chansu (Toad Venom) (1 qian), Moyao (Myrrha) (stir-fried, 4 qian), Ruxiang (Boswelliae Resina) (baked, 2 qian), Jia Pian (Tartaridae Squama / Pangolin Scales) (1 qian), Wugong (Scorpio) (2 qian), Xionghuang (Realgar) (2 qian), Shexiang (Moschus) (5 fen), Chuan Caowu and Cao Wu (Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii and Radix Aconiti Carminati) (each 2 qian), Tenghuang (Dilleniae Fructus) (2 qian). Grind into powder.
(Efficacy: Treats postpartum bladder injury.)
Take Baidanpi Gen (Moutan Cortex / Root of Tree Peony) (1 qian), Huangjuan (Yellow Silk) (1 chi), Baiji (Bletillae Rhizoma) (1 qian). Decoct until half a bowl of concentrated liquid remains. Drink slowly. Avoid speaking after ingestion.
