和丸。贴突处亦可。
川贝母（一两） 款冬花（二两） 炒桃肉（去皮十二两） 白蜜 上药研末打丸。如龙眼大。饭上蒸。用水冲服。
苦参（四钱） 川连（酒炒二两） 当归 槐花 荜澄茄（各一两） 五倍子（五钱） 各为细末。用小鳖二个。

十四岁一分量。十四岁以上四分量。
玉兰花瓣 肥皂 皮硝 将上述药物捣烂制成丸药。每天洗脸时涂抹。
儿茶（一钱） 阿魏（二钱） 乳香（五分） 没药（五分） 肉桂（二分） 冰片（一分） 各自研成细末。用猪尿调和制成丸药。贴在突起处也可以。
川贝母（一两） 款冬花（二两） 炒桃仁（去皮十二两） 白蜜 将上述药物研成细末，加水泛丸。大小如龙眼核。放在饭上蒸熟。用水冲服。
苦参（四钱） 川连（酒炒二两） 当归 槐花 荜澄茄（各一两） 五倍子（五钱） 各自研成细末。取两只小鳖。（大约八九斤重） 真柿饼四钱。将这两味东西共同煮。白天捣烂。加入前面的药末再捣匀制成丸药。每天空腹服用四钱。开水送下。窦道管壁自然排出。
（治疗无名肿毒。对瘰疬尤其有效。）

Strychnos nux-vomica seed (Nux Vomica, 番木鳖) (peeled, sliced, four liang) Prepared pangolin scales (Jiapian) (one liang five qian) Bombyx batryticatus (Jiangcan) (one liang five qian) Pulverized into fine powder. Formed into pills using rice paste as a binder. Size of Sapium sebiferum seeds (tongzi da). Take five fen per dose. Avoid exposure to wind. Take before going to bed.

Size of longan fruit. Steam over rice. Take with water.

Take two small soft-shelled turtles (approximately eight to nine jin). True dried persimmon (Shibing, 柿饼) four qian. Boil these two ingredients together. Pounding during the day until mushy. Add the previous medicinal powders and pound again to form pills. Take four qian on an empty stomach every day. Wash down with boiled water. The sinus tract will naturally discharge.

Discharges pus if already suppurated. Divine efficacy.
