山慈姑（去皮净） 文蛤（去末净，各三两） 麝香（一两二钱）
千金子（去油净） 大戟（洗净，焙，各一两）
共为极细末，老米糊匀，入臼千杵，成膏作锭，好醋磨涂并化服。
治溃烂并斧破伤。
人参 三七
研极细末，涂患处，消肿止痛，患湿者干掺。
治红肿恶毒。白疽忌用。
雄黄 熊胆 京墨 朱砂（各一钱） 麝香（五分） 牛黄（一分）
各研细末，先将京墨用酒少许化之，再入熊胆研腻，后入诸末，共研作锭，临用以清水
磨，以新笔蘸药，空头围患处全消，无不神效。
治小疖疼痛。
硫黄（三钱） 朱砂（二钱）
共研细末，入铜器熔化，离火加入麝香一钱调和，浇油纸上，取作为米粒大。如遇小疖
，取一粒放患顶，以燃火点，立刻烧过，膏掩，次日愈。
拔一切毒。
巴霜 雄黄 麝香（各一钱） 冰片（五分）
共为细末，掺膏上贴之，则毒瓦斯尽拔，便无后患。胎前产后之妇忌用。
治漏管。
角刺尖（炙） 柘树膜（各净末五钱，炙） 红腹金钱鳖（炙，净末三钱） 蟾酥 榆面（各
一钱）
研极细末，临用以棉纸作条子，量其管之深浅，以津拌药末卷上，塞入管中乃愈。
治痔漏。
明矾（一两） 红砒 白砒（各三钱）
共入阳城罐内，外围炭火，烧至矾熔烟起，即砒毒，忌立上风闻气。俟烟尽矾枯，去炭
，次日取出研粉，每取一钱，加水飞朱砂一分，再研和匀，临用以津调药，时拂乃愈。
马曰∶不必用。
消除痈肿，疏通关节窍道，清除热性痰浊。
山慈姑（去除外皮及杂质）三两，文蛤（去除末屑及杂质）三两，麝香一两二钱。

将上述药材共同研磨成极细粉末，用陈年米糊调和均匀，放入石臼中捣击一千次，制成膏状锭剂。使用时用好醋磨开涂抹患处，并内服化尽。
治疗疮疡溃烂以及斧刃等利器造成的创伤。
人参，三七。
研磨成极细粉末，外涂于患处，可消肿止痛；若患处潮湿，则干燥撒布药粉。
治疗红肿恶毒之症。白疽患者忌用。
雄黄，熊胆，京墨，朱砂各一钱，麝香五分，牛黄一分。
分别研磨成细末。先将京墨用少量酒化开，再加入熊胆研磨至细腻，随后加入其他药末，共同研磨制成锭剂。临用时用清水磨开，用新毛笔蘸取药液，围绕患处的空头部位涂抹，使全消，无不神效。
治疗小疖肿痛。
硫黄三钱，朱砂二钱。
共同研磨成细末，放入铜器中熔化，离火后加入麝香一钱调和，浇在油纸上，冷却后切成米粒大小的颗粒。如果遇到小疖，取一粒放在疖顶，用火点燃，立刻烧过，再用膏药覆盖，次日即可痊愈。
拔除一切毒邪。
巴霜（信石加工品），雄黄，麝香各一钱，冰片五分。
共同研成细末，撒在膏药上贴敷，则毒气被完全拔出，便无后患。孕妇及产后妇女忌用。
治疗瘘管。
角刺尖（炙烤），柘树膜（各五钱净末，炙烤），红腹金钱鳖（炙烤，净末三钱），蟾酥，榆面（各一钱）。
研磨成极细粉末。临用时用棉纸做成条状，根据瘘管的深浅，用唾液拌和药末卷在纸条上，塞入管中，直至痊愈。
治疗痔疮漏管。
明矾一两，红砒，白砒各三钱。
共同放入阳城罐内，外围用炭火烘烤，烧至明矾熔化冒烟时，即产生砒霜毒性，禁止站在上风处闻气味。等到烟雾散尽、明矾枯干，去掉炭火，次日取出研磨成粉。每次取一钱，加入水飞过的朱砂一分，再次研磨混合均匀。临用时用唾液调制药粉，时常拂拭患处，直至痊愈。
马曰：不必使用此方。
Eliminate carbuncles and swellings, unblock joint orifices, and resolve heat-phlegm.
*Saussureae Radix* (Shancigu) [Peel removed, purified], 3 liang; *Concha Arcae* (Wenge) [Remove impurities, purified], 3 liang; *Moschus* (Shexiang), 1 qian 2 fen.
*Euphorbiae Lathyridis Semen* (Qianjinzi) [Remove oil, purified]; *Radix Euphorbiae Pekinensis* (Daji) [Wash clean, dry-roasted], each 1 liang.
Grind all into an extremely fine powder. Mix evenly with old rice paste, pound in a mortar for one thousand strokes until it forms a paste-like ingot. Grind with good vinegar for external application, and take internally to dissolve.
Treats ulcerated sores and injuries caused by axes or sharp instruments.
*Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma* (Renshen); *Notoginseng Radix* (Sanqi).
Grind into an extremely fine powder. Apply externally to the affected area to reduce swelling and relieve pain. If the area is damp, sprinkle the dry powder directly.
Treats red, swollen, and malignant toxic conditions. Contraindicated for Bai Ju (White Gangrene).
*Realgar* (Xionghuang); *Ursi Bile* (Xiongdan); *Jingmo* (Beijing Ink); *Cinnabar* (Zhusha), each 1 qian; *Moschus* (Shexiang), 5 fen; *Bovis Calculus* (Niuhuang), 1 fen.
Grind each into a fine powder separately. First, dissolve *Jingmo* with a small amount of wine, then grind with *Ursi Bile* until smooth. Subsequently, add the other powders and grind together to form an ingot. When ready for use, grind with clear water. Dip a new brush in the medicine and apply around the hollowed-out area of the lesion until completely resolved; this is miraculous.
Treats painful small furuncles.
*Sulfur* (Huangliu), 3 qian; *Cinnabar* (Zhusha), 2 qian.
Grind together into a fine powder. Melt in a copper vessel. Remove from fire, add 1 qian of *Moschus*, and mix well. Pour onto oiled paper, cool, and cut into grains the size of rice. For a small furuncle, place one grain on the apex of the boil, ignite it with fire so that it burns through immediately, cover with an ointment plaster, and it will heal the next day.
Extracts all toxins.
*Bismuthum Nitricum* (Bashuang); *Realgar* (Xionghuang); *Moschus* (Shexiang), each 1 qian; *Borneolum Syntheticum* (Bingpian), 5 fen.
Grind into a fine powder. Sprinkle onto an ointment plaster and apply. The toxic qi will be fully extracted, preventing future complications. Contraindicated for pregnant and postpartum women.
Treats fistulas.
*Acanthopanacis Trifoliati Spina* (Jiaocijian) [Roasted]; *Membrana Corticis Zanthoxyli* (Zhuomumo) [Each 5 qian of purified powder, roasted]; *Testudo Chinensis Carapax et Plastrum* (Hongfu Jinqianbie) [Roasted, 3 qian of purified powder]; *Bufonis Venenum* (Chansu); *Ulmi Folium* flour (Yumian), each 1 qian.
Grind into an extremely fine powder. For use, make strips from cotton paper. Measure the depth of the fistula tube. Moisten the powder with saliva, roll it onto the strip, and insert it into the tube until healed.
Treats hemorrhoidal fistulas.
*Alumen* (Mingfan), 1 liang; *Arsenicum Rubrum* (Hongpi); *Arsenicum Album* (Baipi), each 3 qian.
Place together in a Yangcheng jar. Surround with charcoal fire and roast until the alum melts and smoke rises. Note: Arsine gas is produced; do not stand upwind to inhale the fumes. Wait until the smoke dissipates and the alum becomes dry and brittle. Remove the charcoal, and take out the next day to grind into powder. Take 1 qian each time, add 1 fen of *Cinnabar* (water-washed), and grind uniformly. For use, mix with saliva and frequently apply/flick onto the area until healed.
