箭头入肉钳不出，解骨丸纳羊脂敷， 铜毒箭金汁解，射 中人蓝汁涂。
【注】箭头嵌入肉内，钳不出者，宜解骨丸纳伤口内，外用羊肾脂细嚼贴之。觉痒忍
之，极痒箭头渐冒，撼动拔出，即以人尿洗之，贴陀僧膏，日换，伤口自敛。又有毒箭
二种，交广蛮夷用 铜作箭镞甚毒，人若中之，才伤皮肉，便闷脓沸烂而死，急饮金汁，
外亦用金汁抹之。若金汁一时不得，即灌人粪汁并外敷之，非此不能解毒也。又一种以
毒药喂箭，名为射 ，人若中之甚毒，急用葛氏方，用蓝锭汁一碗灌之，外亦用涂抹伤
处；一法用大豆、猪、羊血，内服外敷，解毒亦效。又箭镞不出者，捣鼠肝涂之，或鼠
脑捣涂即出。
解骨丸
蜣螂（研） 雄黄（研） 象牙末（各等分）
共和匀，炼蜜为丸，如黍米大，纳伤口处。
【方歌】解骨丸能拔箭镞，蜣螂雄黄功效速，象牙末加蜜炼丸，大如黍米纳伤处。

铁针入肉随气游，走向心胸险可愁；乌鸦翎灰酒调服，膏贴针出始免忧。
【注】凡铁针误入肉中，无眼者不动，有眼者随气游走，若走向心窝胸膛者险。急用
乌鸦翎数根，炙焦黄色，研细末，酒调服一钱或二钱俱可；外用神圣膏贴三五次，其针
自出。前法用在一二日间效。
神圣膏
用车脂辇油，不拘多少，研如膏，调磁石末，摊纸上，如钱许，贴之，每日二换。
（附注：毒箭）
箭头嵌入肉中无法用钳子取出，将解骨丸纳入伤口内，外用羊脂敷贴。铜制毒箭可用金汁解毒，射中人身的“射”类毒箭可用蓝汁涂抹。
【注】箭头嵌入肉内，若用钳子夹不出，适宜将解骨丸放入伤口内部，外用羊肾脂细细嚼碎后贴敷患处。感到瘙痒时要忍住，当极度瘙痒时箭头会逐渐冒出，晃动后即可拔出，随即用人尿清洗伤口，贴敷陀僧膏，每日更换，伤口自然愈合。又有两种毒箭，是交州、广州一带蛮夷使用的，用铜制作箭镞，毒性极大，人若被射中，刚伤及皮肉，便会感到胸闷、脓液沸腾溃烂而死，急需饮用金汁，外部也涂抹金汁。如果一时得不到金汁，就灌服人粪汁并外敷，不用这种方法不能解毒。又有一种是用毒药喂养箭矢，名为“射”，人若被射中，毒性极大，急忙使用葛氏方，用一碗蓝锭汁灌服，外部也涂抹在受伤处；另一种方法是用大豆、猪血、羊血，内服外敷，解毒也有效。还有箭镞取不出来的，捣碎鼠肝涂敷，或者捣碎鼠脑涂敷，箭镞即可出来。

铁针进入肉中会随气机游走，走向心胸部位危险令人忧愁；乌鸦翎毛烧灰后用酒调服，用膏药贴敷使针排出才免除忧患。
【注】凡是铁针误入肉中，没有眼孔的不动，有眼孔的会随气机游走，如果走向心窝胸膛部位则很危险。急忙使用数根乌鸦翎毛，烤至焦黄色，研成细末，用酒调服一钱或二钱都可以；外用神圣膏贴敷三到五次，其针自然会排出。前面的方法用在受伤一二天内有效。

When an arrowhead is embedded in the flesh and cannot be extracted with forceps, apply Jiegu Wan (Bone-Resolving Pill) into the wound and cover externally with sheep fat. For copper-headed poisoned arrows, use Jinzhi (Golden Juice); for "She" type poisoned arrows that strike a person, apply Lan Zhi (Indigo Juice).
[Note] When an arrowhead is embedded in the flesh and cannot be grasped by forceps, it is appropriate to insert Jiegu Wan (Bone-Resolving Pill) into the wound cavity. Externally, chew sheep kidney fat thoroughly and apply it as a patch. Endure the sensation of itching; when the itching becomes extreme, the arrowhead will gradually protrude. Shake it loose and extract it. Immediately wash the wound with human urine, apply Tuoseng Gao (Monk's Ointment), change the dressing daily, and the wound will heal naturally. There are two types of poisoned arrows used by the barbarians in Jiaozhou and Guangzhou regions, made with copper arrowheads which are highly toxic. If struck, even if only the skin and flesh are injured initially, the victim will soon experience chest oppression, boiling pus, and ulceration leading to death. Urgently drink Jinzhi (Golden Juice) and also smear it externally. If Jinzhi (Golden Juice) is unavailable at the moment, administer human fecal juice orally and apply it externally; without this method, the poison cannot be resolved. Another type involves arrows fed with poison, named "She". If struck, the toxicity is severe. Urgently use Ge Shi Fang (Ge's Prescription): drink one bowl of Landing Zhi (Blue Indigo Paste Juice) and apply it externally to the injury site. Another method uses soybeans, pig blood, and sheep blood, administered internally and applied externally, which is also effective for detoxification. For arrowheads that cannot be removed, crush rat liver and apply it topically, or crush rat brain and apply it, which will cause the arrowhead to emerge.

Mix uniformly, refine honey to form pills, size similar to millet seeds, and insert into the wound site.
[Prescription Verse] Jiegu Wan (Bone-Resolving Pill) can extract arrowheads, Scarabaeus sacer and Realgar act swiftly; Add elephant tibia powder and refine with honey into pills, size like millet seeds, insert into the wound.
Tuoseng Gao (Monk's Ointment) (See Ulcer Section)
Iron needles entering the flesh wander with Qi movement, moving towards the heart and chest is dangerous and worrying; Crow feather ash mixed with wine taken orally, applying ointment to expel the needle relieves worry.
[Note] Whenever an iron needle accidentally enters the flesh, those without eyelets remain stationary, while those with eyelets wander with Qi movement. If they move towards the epigastrium or chest, the condition is perilous. Urgently use several crow feathers, roast until scorched yellow, grind into fine powder, mix with wine, and take 1 qian or 2 qian orally. Externally, apply Shenshen Gao (Divine Ointment) three to five times, and the needle will naturally exit. The aforementioned method is effective within one to two days after injury.
Shenshen Gao (Divine Ointment)
Use che zhi nian oil (Vehicle fat cartilage oil), quantity unrestricted, grind into a paste, mix with magnetite powder, spread on paper, size similar to a coin, apply to the site, change twice daily.
